My children have been coming to Bright Sparks since 2019 and when they finish this summer it will be the end of a special era. I honestly cannot fault the nursery, the facilities and the staff. I have always found members of staff to be open, helpful, pro-active, considerate and supportive. The security of the premises is great - being nestled within the high school grounds, the nursery is regularly being updated with new equipment / fresh decoration and garden furniture. Management are very understanding and supportive whenever there are special arrangements relating to my child and communication is very strong.

Excellent nursery , the staff are warm ,very welcoming , professional and attentive ! My child loves going there every day . We've seen great progress in our child's development. Would highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with the care and attention my child receives at this nursery! The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always making sure my little one feels safe and supported. The activities and learning programs are engaging, and I can see how much my child has grown and developed since starting here. The environment is bright, clean, and full of fun, encouraging creativity and exploration. I truly appreciate how communicative and involved the team is, keeping me updated on milestones and progress. It's a wonderful place where children are nurtured and given the tools to thrive. Highly recommend!

My son has been attending Brightsparks Old Coulsdon since Jan 2023. The staff have always been very communicative with us as parents, from drop off to collection and with the daily diaries inbetween. The nursery is really well run by management. We are confident sending him each day as know he has a super time with both structured play and learning.

We're so happy with Brightsparks. The staff are caring and attentive, creating a safe and nurturing environment. My daughter loves attending, has grown in confidence, and enjoys the engaging activities. It's a fantastic nursery that I highly recommend.

My daughter has been at brightsparks in Old Coulsdon for over a year now and she loves it. The nursery manager is great and listens to your concerns. The staff are lovely and friendly and my daughter loves it.

I cannot recommend Brightsparks enough. All three of my children have attended, and over the years the level of care has not faulted. I feel the children have definitely benefitted from attending a smaller setting; the staff know the children's likes and dislikes and are always encouraging them to try something new. The facilities and resources are also constantly being refreshed. Communication from management is great and any worries are addressed immediately.

The staff are wonderful and always doing to much with the children, all the messy play I would worry about doing at home because of the mess he gets to experience here.My son loves his key worker and the weekly sing and sign they get to do.

My oldest attended Brightsparks from 2017 and I quickly enrolled my youngest when she was born in 2021. I didn't want my second to attend any other nursery as I knew she would be well looked after. All the staff are so caring and quickly learn your children's likes and dislikes. I will be sad when my eldest leaves this year but I know they have given my daughter the building blocks to be a happy confidential little girl when she starts big school.

Our daughter started at this nursery when she was nine months old and from the very beginning we've all been so happy we chose here. The staff are all brilliant and really build lovely bonds with the children. We've always been so happy with every key worker our daughter has had, to the point where she still runs to her very first key worker she had. The app is great and updated well. The food provided is of great quality so we know our daughter really eats well. I honestly believe a large part of her development has been as a result of going to this nursery so thank you so much to all at Brightsparks!

Both my children go to Brightsparks and they love it! The staff are very friendly and clearly care about the children. Staff have always been very supportive of the difference between home and nursery and try to follow habits and routines. Overall this is a great nursery and at a reasonable rate when compared to other nurseries in the area.

Our daughter has been with the nursery since February 2022 and loves it there. She has required some extra SEND support which has been delivered by the staff extremely well and has put us at ease and really helped with our daughter's confidence and development. All the staff are lovely, friendly and approachable and our daughter really enjoys her days at nursery. The app to keep an eye on what they get up to is also really handy and helps us with conversation when she comes home. Would highly recommend Brightsparks to anyone, we'll miss it when our daughter leaves later this year.

My son really enjoys his time in the preschool room and has a very relationship with the staff members, as a nursery they continue to evolve to the needs of the children, adding more facilities and activities.

This is a brilliant nursery, such a clean, happy environment for all of the children. The staff are always so helpful and have really helped my daughter develop since she has been going since she was 9 months old. I feel at total ease leaving my daughter in the care of all of the staff. I would definitely recommend to all!

We chose this nursery because of the great levels of communication and not disappointed a year onwards. My son loves it there, he has a lot of fun and the staff are very welcome very friendly, warm and welcoming.

Fantastic nursery - our child is well looked after, happy, healthy and loves going there. So much so she doesn't want to leave!! The staff are all brilliant and hold themselves to high standards. The facilities are clean and well equipped. Activities are well thought-out and evidently very fun as our child loves to come home and tell us about them! Would recommend 100%.

We really love it here at Brightsparks Old Coulsdon - we've always felt welcomed, informed and reassured that our son is well looked after every day. Our son likes to go to nursery every day and has bonded with the staff. The manager is brilliant at email communications, explaining updates and keeping us all informed. The parent app is always well updated, and Masie does a great job at explaining daily activities and exciting events that the kids get up to. We are so grateful for all the team's hard work. I contacted Brightsparks (Old Coulsdon) after my daughter failed to settle after 6 weeks of trying at a different establishment. I was absolutely gutted because on paper it ticked all the boxes, but my little girl was unhappy. Another mum and I struck up a conversation in a park and she recommended Old Coulsdon. I called them and we haven't looked back since. My daughter settled on her very first visit! I was adamant they would not be able to get her down with a no contact nap, she was napping with all the other babies within two days. She was happy, comfortable and safe. She is still there and we are still very impressed with the care and attention she is given. We've since had another baby and she also attends. Yes the staff have changed over the years, but the care and attention to detail have remained. Would highly recommend them.

Our boy has flourished being at Brightsparks, Coulsdon. He can't wait every morning to see his teachers and friends. Everyone at the organisation is approachable and friendly. We couldn't be happier.
