We moved into this area in October and our daughter has been a regular at this nursery since. She got along with the class and the caretakers very quickly and I am very happy with her progress. Something that I really appreciate is the outings the kids have to the park, grocery stores nearby which gives the kids an amazing life experience. We also get daily feedback about the kids which helps us a great deal. Off late we've been also getting to know the teachers a little better through their profiles which are shared by us. This is a fantastic initiative

My child has only attended for a short time but is very well looked after there. The staff are excellent at communicating with parents and providing updates, I never feel like I don't know what's going on with my child. The facilities are lovely and clean. The onsite chef is fantastic and my child sometimes eats more at nursery than at home! I trust my child is in good hands there and always comes home happy so that's a great sign.

Our son had a great time at Brightsparks Day Nursery and Preschool New Malden. They had great activities prepared for the children every day. They also have a lovely little garden with different outdoor toys. They even got taken to the near by playground sometimes. I can definitely recommend this nursery.

Our son joined the nursery 5 months ago. The staff are lovely and very caring. He took quite a while to settle in but the staff were reassuring during this time and sent photos and messages during the day, which helped. The app is brilliant, recording exactly what they ate, how long they slept and nappy changes. I find this so helpful, especially in that transition time. He is now very very happy in the Shooting Stars room and comes out beaming every day. I feel really comfortable taking him to nursery knowing he will have a better time there than with me!!

I have two children at the nursery, eldest since 2020. My experience is all positive. The current team are fabulous, warm and always very friendly and helpful. My children are very happy! I recommend this nursery.

Our little boy loved going to Brightsparks Day Nursery and Preschool and now our little girl does too. We're very impressed with the friendliness, care and knowledge of all the staff there. Different learning activities are planned for each day ensuring that children are kept engaged and are developed at the right pace. Children are also taken for outdoor activities every day, as long as it is safe to do so, and parents are kept up-to-date with what their child has been up to via an app. Three meals and a couple of snacks are provided each day and the food is healthy, nutritious and freshly cooked on-site. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our choice to send our children to Brightsparks and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Bright Sparks is a brilliant nursery. Our daughter has been attending for the last year and loves it. The staff are caring, friendly and knowledgeable. They support us and work with us to help our daughter to make progress. We have been so impressed with how much she has developed and how happy she is there. She goes in happily every day and the nursery staff are always able and willing to answer any questions we have. Would highly recommend it.

Wonderful nursery and I would highly recommend it. My son has attended for just over two years and he is really happy. The staff are kind and caring and the activities they set up and provide are great for child development. Communication has always been excellent and staff have been really supportive through all milestones.

Brightsparks is a really lovely nursery with exceptionally caring staff who always welcome us in the morning with a smile on their faces. They provide verbal updates at the end of every day and I feel well informed as a parent with regular updates throughout the day via a dedicated app. They are led by a very experienced and competent manager who is approachable and quick to respond to any queries. They’re very supportive and communicative during settling in and transitioning to the next room and during stages such as potty training. It’s a lovely setting, conveniently located a couple of minutes’ walk from Malden Manor Station. Children seem to make good use of the outdoor play area as well as outings to the park in summer. There are events put on during the year in which parents can get involved. My daughter is really happy at Brightsparks and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery to other parents.

Couldn't recommend it more, the building itself is clean and a great size for activities, the staff are amazing, so caring and involved with learning and development. Their chef makes fresh healthy meals and snacks and every day, all activities (meals, naps, bowel movements) are documented in real-time on an app straight to my phone including pictures of activities such as painting, playing outside in their toy garden and so on. The management are super helpful with any requests or questions. All round 10/10 couldn't fault them at all.

They take good care of our daughter who has been going since she was 9 months old. She seems happy going there and enjoys her time. The flexibility of booking ad hoc days and early starts work well for me.

We are very happy that we moved our son to Brightsparks. The staff are really caring and he loves his days at nursery; he's always doing fun activities and his communication has come on so much since he started. Would highly recommend it.

A lovely nursery, my son loves his days in Bright Sparks. The team are very good with him and do lots of fun and educational play too. Since starting nursery my son’s speech has greatly improved and has become better at interacting with other children. We are very happy we picked Bright Sparks.

Fabulous nursery. The team are amazing. They take such good care of our daughter. We always felt reassured that she is comfortable, happy and engaged. There’s always so much to do every day for the children - from outings to different activities and events. I would highly recommend it!

Our son attended Brightsparks from the age of 15 months to starting school. He has enjoyed his time there and has learnt a lot. He has additional physical and learning needs, which the team have been excellent at supporting, including working with other education and health professionals. We would recommend this nursery to other parents.

This is an outstanding nursery, one the best in the area. The staff are superb, especially the manager, and my daughter loves going. It has a real family feel to it, and I could not recommend it more highly.

Really lovely place. The staff know the kids really well and forge great relationships with them. They give you brilliant updates on fun and development, and they have a lovely and friendly way of running the place. Our son has been there from baby to preschool and loved it.

Brightsparks is a great nursery. My older daughter attended from age 5 months old to 4 years old and currently my 3-year-old son is there, having started when he was 5 months old, too. For every age phase, there are caring nursery staff who ensure that the children have fun, are safe and develop the skills that they need to take into primary school. I would recommend Brightsparks to everyone.

We are extremely happy with Brightsparks. My older son has been in Brightsparks since he was one year old and he loves it there. They have been very professional and understanding, even though I was anxious after lockdown, but they have always been so great with him and with us as well. The staff are friendly, they are genuinely caring and they do their best to ensure every child is well looked after.

Brightsparks is a fantastic nursery. My twins have been attending since they were one and loved every second of it. They are well looked after, the food is fantastic and do great age-appropriate activities. Would recommend highly.
