View Full Details of Keiki Day CareKeiki Day Care Nursery has been an incredible part of our lives for the past few years. Both my son and daughter attended from just six months old until they turned five and I can confidently say it has been the best possible start for them. The staff are truly amazing-so caring, attentive, and always willing to listen. They work closely with parents, creating an incredible partnership that makes you feel valued and heard. I always felt included in my children's learning journey, with regular feedback and updates on their progress. The food provided is excellent, offering a diverse and nutritious menu that my children absolutely loved. The level of care and attention to detail in every aspect of the nursery is outstanding. Thank you so much for everything you have done for my little ones. I couldn't have asked for a better nursery experience!
We have one child in Keiki, 2 years old. Keiki is a wonderful nursery, with a good range of activities, a range of facilities depending on age, and a high level of care. What stands out is the staff, who have been incredibly welcoming, engaging, and caring. We have been very happy with how our son has been looking after settling in 3 months ago and the care he has received since.
Our children have attended Keiki since 2020. The staff are fantastic, forming strong bonds with the kids and real affection and interest in supporting their development. The nursery offers a wide range of activities with our kids loving the crafts, science experiments, baking, yoga, singing and dancing, trips out to the local parks and so much more! What's great is lots of photos and detail in care diaries and feedback at pick up, meaning you feel really engaged in their nursery experience. The staff have also really helped with potty training our kids, and the nursery has improved its food offering over the last 5 years with lower sugar content and great range.
Our child has attended Keiki Day Care since they were 7 months old, and are now in their toddler group. Keiki has been a wonderful part of our family from the beginning, and the key workers and staff are incredibly supportive and caring. Keiki feels like an extension of our family, and we have benefited so much from their love and support through these early years.
My little one has had 4 fabulous years at Keiki, and is leaving for reception! He has loved the different staff he's met over the years, all the activities, books, games, play, toys and music they organise for the kids, and has made so many friends with the children in his room. The staff have been consistently lovely - attentive, kind, caring and thoughtful remembering information about my child and us as a family. I could not have found a better second home for my child for his early childhood. Very happy parents. Would highly recommend.
My daughter spent a very happy two years at Keiki (from 12 months to nearly 3). The staff are warm and friendly and my daughter formed close bonds with her keyworker, other staff members and friends. The toddlers have use of two separate rooms and a balcony as well as the lovely garden. They have a good range of indoor and outdoor activities and each day brings surprises. My daughter learnt and developed so much here. Highlights were the weekly Spanish music classes and learning about different cultures through 'country of the month'. My daughter was always enthusiastic about the food. We only left because we were leaving the area and haven't been able to find anywhere quite like it elsewhere.
Keiki Day Care has been our second family for all three of our kids, especially as we have no family nearby. We believe in their ethos and are so grateful for how incredible the staff are and continue to be despite these unprecedented times. I have never experienced another nursery setting where staff provide so much love, kindness, and enthusiasm each day with the kids. My kids have built special bonds with their teachers and peers, and we always know they are safe. Despite all three being very different, each has thrived within their care. They use an app to keep us up to date with daily nap time, observations and meals and we love that they have bilingual beats music class, and adventures when the weather is nice. We highly recommend Keiki Day Care if you are looking for close-knit loving day care for your child.
We have two children at Keiki, 18 months and 4 years old. We've had a very positive experience with Keiki and their staff members over the years. Over the course of the pandemic, they've communicated with us clearly every step of the way. We like the fact that it is a smaller nursery and the intimacy that it provides. Our eldest has been there since he was 10 months old and will be graduating later this year. We'll be very sad for him to leave but we're happy our youngest will remain there for a while longer. Our children love it there and have made some good friends. The staff work very hard, especially over this last year, and have been very kind and caring.
I have two children at Keiki aged 18 months and 3 years old. My oldest settled straight away and has always loved going to nursery. My younger child is more reserved and attached to his mum, but they have been amazing helping him settle. The staff have really made him feel calm and happy. I am also very impressed with how they have handled the pandemic. Constant communication as well as being more than reasonable in March with fees and reopening as soon as they could.
My daughter loves Keiki. My partner is an extremely anxious mother and was very nervous about sending our eldest to nursery before our second arrived. Keiki and all the management supported my daughter and partner from day one. They managed to squash any concerns we had and did a great induction for my little girl. She loves it there and has gone nearly full time, we will 100% be trying to get a space for our son when he is ready to go. They have a new garden which was a huge plus for us, as we like our daughter to be outdoors as much as possible, and his development has come on leaps and bounds. Communication is great, even if we call too many times, they are patient and methodical. Could not recommend enough.
Terrible experience of Keiki as a nursery. Poor communication between staff and parents (ie very mixed and contradictory feedback of how daughter had settled in) and then no notice, sudden cancellation of childcare place. The complaint has not been managed satisfactorily and we are still no clearer as to why this happened- although it has been alluded to that they could make more money out of offering her place to another child. My daughter had 3 key workers in 3 months and always came away beyond filthy. Would not recommend.
Excellent care provided by staff, children are well looked after and happy. Range of activities to stimulate the children and extend their learning in a fun and enjoyable way.
My son was extremely happy at this nursery and as a result I was happy. His first key worker really showed him a lot of love and attention when he first started to she made his transition welcoming. One year later my son still adores her. All the staff care a great deal for the children I feel. The food is great and my son often has second helpings - great that he like it and great they are happy to provide seconds. His speech and good manners have developed a great deal and he really loves singing and stories thanks to the nursery. Overall, I am really happy with Keiki Day Care.
