Excellent staff, great nursery! Both my girls attended. Would recommend it to everyone! An excellent chef who cooks fresh food every day. Great activities each day. Great communication between staff and parents!

There are numerous fabulous activities for the children with plenty of variety and scope for learning and development. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and attentive with careful attention to the children's individual needs. Overall, a wonderful place for kids to learn and play.

Excellent experience - my first parent's event to date. The staff were fantastic and answered all of my questions. No complaints at all. Very happy with my daughter in that environment. The effort everyone had gone to was greatly appreciated.

Plenty of varied fun and educational activities, my child has learnt a lot and seems very happy! Staff seem to genuinely care about him. Excellent at keeping parents updated via the app. Overall comes home happy and can see how much he has developed and learnt good manners since being here.

Since my daughter started the nursery, I witnessed a massive growth and development in her motor skills. She's become more independent in her daily tasks although there's more room for improvement. She's confident, vocal and smart. She also knows her alphabet and shapes.

I enrolled my daughter at Bright Horizons Nursery in Northolt, and I have been absolutely delighted with the experience. The staff at Bright Horizons are not only highly qualified professionals but also compassionate individuals who truly care about the well-being and development of each child. The nursery places a strong emphasis on providing a stimulating environment, enabling children to explore, learn, and develop at their own pace. Communication with parents is superb. The nursery keeps me updated on my daughter's progress through regular reports and maintains an open and supportive dialogue. Knowing that I am actively involved in my daughter's development gives me great peace of mind. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained. Safety is a top priority, demonstrated through secure entrances, vigilant supervision, and a strong focus on health and hygiene practices. I am confident that my daughter is in a secure and hygienic environment allowing her to thrive and grow.

Such a wonderful nursery, my boys absolutely love it here! They have great activities every day and the staff are so friendly and involved. They are a nut and egg-free nursery but are still mindful of my boys' allergies and I feel very comfortable with them there. I’ll be sad to see my boys leave for school next year!

Our two children currently attend Bright Horizons, and we absolutely love it. Our children have thrived, and the staff are totally brilliant. They are so caring and love their job and the children, and we couldn't have chosen a better nursery They are always supportive and do their very best to help our children develop and grow. Our daughter is leaving next week for school, and they have really prepared her for school. She will miss the girls and nursery so much. Thanks for being amazing, Bright Horizons. We love you!

My granddaughter has attended the nursery for the last 4 years and we have had the pleasure of seeing her grow into the confident little lady she is. She joined as a smiley 10 month old and in a couple of weeks she will be starting school with lots of questions and confident skip in her step. We love hearing her stories and seeing what she has done on the nursery app. She’s an active little thing and the large garden with a slide and mud kitchen is always a favourite, with muddy puddle jumping a favourite picture posted on the app. The recent addition of a stage has seen her singing and dancing with her friends, and also created the backdrop for the ‘sunflowers’ graduation. She has made many friends and she often talks about her key person and the staff within the room. She tells us about the sports class and ‘star of the week’ and she has brought the class pet home for the weekend as well as the holiday bear joining us when we have been away.

Bright Horizons at RAF Northolt has been such a wonderful addition to our family life. All the staff are so friendly and always go the extra mile for us. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery every day and this is down to all their excellent work and the wonderful teams they have.

Bright Horizons Northolt is a fantastic organisation. As a first time father, I was nervous about entrusting my little boy into the hands of strangers. Bright Horizons Northolt have not only provided him with a loving environment in which to develop, they have also demonstrated fantastic communication skills, ensuring I’m constantly provided with updates on what he’s doing, how he’s eating and even photos and videos of him playing with friends or learning new skills. I cannot recommend Bright Horizons strongly enough.

My daughter really enjoys going to Bright Horizons at RAF Northolt. The staff are excellent, very caring and attentive, and I can tell they are invested in the development of my daughter. She regularly comes home having learnt new things, particularly when it comes to movement or being creative. The staff have a very positive and happy demeanour. They had a wonderful summer fete; it was a credit to the management team for making this a success.

Bright Horizons Northolt have such amazing and caring staff members. All show the same level of support, understanding and attention to detail that makes them the best nursery my child has attended. This nursery has extra pressures imposed on all staff purely due to its location. All staff deal with the absence of a parent extremely well. They all show that they get support to help the children. But going one step further they demonstrate such attentiveness to the welfare of the parent/guardian left behind. The two-way conversations easily keep you as the customer feeling informed and in control. If anything is disliked by the child, additional support needed, medical assistance such as giving medication, applying creams etc. All of this is taken care of by staff without any qualms.

Really pleased with the nursery so far. Baby room staff are always so friendly and caring towards the children in the room. Love the updates that are on the app and makes us appreciate all the activities the staff do with the children. The outside area has been improved recently which makes it even nicer. Feel it is a safe environment for the kids inside and outside. I think my son eats better than I do when he’s in nursery!

I have used this nursery for 7 years now and they are amazing. The staff are really good, with very little turnover so great for continuity for children. The staff are easy to approach, they ensure they know how the children are feeling at the start of the day and ensure the children settle well each day. The communication is good and has got even better with the use of the app which provides information such as activities, meal information, nappy changes etc. Management communicate information effectively through this but are also happy to speak in person or over the phone. They set up a wide range activities daily for the children to help them learn/ develop through play. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer this nursery, the level of care is fantastic and I love how my children have/are developing whilst attending.

My child started at Bright Horizons nursery at the end of July and has come on leaps and bounds. In the last month he has gone from saying the odd word to babbling all day long. We love that we get photo updates and observations throughout the day! He is always happy to go to nursery and we love to see him playing with the other children and staff when I pick up. The management staff are always really quick and helpful when responding to our numerous amounts of queries. Overall the nursery and its staff are fabulous.

My son has gone to Bright Horizons at RAF Northolt since he was 10 months old, he is now 3. It is a brilliant Nursery my son absolutely loves it there. He asks daily if he is going to nursery today, even on a Saturday. The staff and management team have always gone above and beyond for my son. Helping him with all of his sensory needs with various water and messy play activities and supporting us as a family.

Staff are absolutely amazing. Feels like family. My child absolutely loves all the teachers and is always happy to go to nursery in the morning. Children do lots of different activities throughout the day. Meals are nice (wish there were more breakfast options apart from cereal but otherwise great!) Really glad they do Super sports on Tuesday. My child is a lot more coordinated and confident thanks to that. Overall, I feel we are so lucky with this nursery!

Cannot fault anything regarding this nursery, from staff to facilities to communication and our daughter’s enjoyment and development there. She and we are incredibly happy with her progress and the time she spends there.

My little boy absolutely loves his time at Bright Horizons at RAF Northolt Day Nursery, he settled really quickly and always comes out with a smile on his face. The staff are lovely and communication is great, highly recommend.
