Significant decline in education and care provision over the last 4-5 months. A recent Ofsted report deems the nursery to be inadequate. Even with this damning report, senior management has failed on several occasions to keep families informed. I feel I have let my children down by paying for their attendance at this subpar provision.

My daughter could not be happier with Busy Bees and we could not be happier as parents too! She talks so fondly of the staff when we are at home and they are nurturing her development superbly! A huge thank you to the centre director and all the team!

Our little girl has been attending Busy Bees since she was 17 months old and she really loves it. She is so happy going to nursery and loves her key worker and other staff. Since attending, her vocabulary has significantly improved and she can now have full conversations. The app also keeps us updated with what she's eating each day and we frequently get photos via the app of what she's doing throughout the day. All of the staff are also lovely.

Our daughter has attended Busy Bees, Morden, since March 2022 and since then we've seen her develop at an extraordinary rate. Her understanding has greatly improved as have her fine and gross motor skills. It is clear the staff/management at Busy Bees, care deeply for the children and tries to think of exciting and interesting tasks for them to do, each day, that are both fun and educational. One thing I would like to improve is the size of the outdoor gardens, however, I appreciate this is probably not possible! The food provided for the children is varied and nutritious (they feast like royalty!) and use of the app to keep parents updated has improved in recent days - the staff clearly take on board parental requests. We highly recommend Busy Bees, Morden.

My son joined six months ago to help with language development as Covid times meant he missed out on all the stay and plays and he was very behind. He started at Busy Bees as a shy toddler that could not say more than one-word sentences. And now after six months, he has extended his vocabulary greatly, able to express himself so much more and he even sings now. The staff have not just supported my son, but the team has also helped me as a mother coping with the anxiety that stems from introducing a toddler in to a school setting. Everybody at Busy Bees has made this experience a pleasant one and I am so grateful for their support.

This month in particular has been quite poor in terms of updating their app, especially on a Wednesday afternoon. The same snacks that include toast or tea cake. I think that could be improved. My daughter has had 3 conjunctivitis infections here along with other kids who have had the same. Other than this, the nursery is good and promotes creativity, learning good behaviour skills and is encouraging and friendly. I would recommend this nursery and 2 key workers in particular whose names are mentioned almost daily in my household.

Both my children go to Busy Bees in Morden and they both love it. The staff are so kind and loving towards the children. They have a great software App that updates throughout the day on what the children have done with photos and observations of learning and skills which makes me feel connected to my kids whilst we aren't together. I'm really happy to have chosen this nursery.

Our son has attended for around a year and we're very happy with the level of care he's received and the progress he's made. The staff are attentive, caring and friendly. And the management has been thoughtful, efficient and understanding particularly given the circumstances over the last year.

Great nursery that is innovative and has great staff. Both my children settled in very well. Very helpful and always trying to work with me about whatever the issue is, whether its potty training, sleep or food. The toddler room staff in particular are the best in my opinion, having been through all three rooms. Open minded and flexible staff.

My first daughter has been attending nursery since she was just under one year old. As a first time mum I was very worried and apprehensive about leaving her in the care of others but I had no choice as I needed to work. I couldn’t have left her in better hands than the staff at Busy Bees at Morden. They were so lovely to her, I could see an improvement in her development straight away. I have never had any issues and if anything concerns me I know that I can send a quick email or call and my concerns will be resolved. When my second daughter came, I had no doubts in also sending her to Busy Bees at Morden, they are such happy little girls and love going to nursery. The staff have been great during this pandemic, I really could not ask for more from them. Thank you Busy Bees at Morden.

I have had two children in Busy Bees Morden since Sept-19 and they're both very happy there. One of the most comforting things for me is that all the staff, no matter which room they work in, know all the children's names. It is a nurturing and friendly atmosphere and my children have thrived there. The nursery have also managed the Covid Lockdown and precaution measures professionally and with great care.

Great staff, very open and communicative with us, made difficulties during lockdown easier with their open and honest approach to everything; my child adores attending each day- loves the staff and the food. Great team.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees nursery for just over a year now, and has been in the babies, pre-toddler and now toddler group. She absolutely loves it. She looks forward to going each day, often getting her bag ready and standing at the door waiting to go. The staff are amazing and really take care of her, she has built up great relationships with everyone and I can see her developing in leaps and bounds. It puts my mind at ease that I can leave her in such a loving, nurturing place each day.

Our daughter is really happy at Busy Bees at Morden, all the staff are very caring and she arrives and leaves happy every day. We genuinely feel like she is being well looked after there. It would be nice to get more information about the activities they do every day - perhaps an email each week or a message board that tells us what she has been learning but otherwise we are happy.

My son has a wonderful time at Busy Bees, Morden. The staff are wonderful and are all fully engaged in my son's development. I feel very comfortable saying goodbye in the morning knowing he’s in such good hands.

Our son has attended Busy Bees for over two years and has been extremely happy. We always feel very comfortable leaving him there, the most important thing you could ask for in a nursery.

As a mother of a child, I am very pleased with the service offered at Busy Bees Morden. My child is very happy to attend the nursery and feels comfortable with the staff there, which is what matters the most. I believe the care provided is of a very high level and I trust that my child receives the needed level of support and well-being.
