I cannot speak highly enough about Fledglings Nursery. My child attends the nursery and has from a young age, and as a premature baby, his nursery care was something very important to me. Fledglings have been there every step of the way to support their care and development. This includes putting in place detailed care plans for any medical needs and also reassuring me of their development alongside children their age. They balance educational development really well with emotional development and make sure the children have engaging activities plus being able to be children and enjoy play. If we choose to have another child I would definitely enroll them here as well.

My daughter has been attending this nursery twice a week since May 2024 and she absolutely enjoys it. Since attending nursery we have noticed significant progress in our daughter's learning and development. The staff are very welcoming, warm, friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. We are pleased with our decision.

Excellent nursery. The information they provide daily to the development overviews. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The staff are all excellent and we struggle to our son to leave at the end of the day. The kids are always kept busy with endless activities and learning tasks.

Fledglings Early Learning Center is a wonderful choice for young children, offering a safe and nurturing environment. The facilities are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with interactive classrooms and a fun outdoor play area. The staff are exceptional, showing genuine care and attentiveness to each child, fostering both learning and emotional growth. The play-based curriculum strikes a great balance between structured learning and free play, encouraging creativity and foundational skills in language, math, and social development. Safety is a top priority, with secure entry, child-proofed areas, and well-trained staff. Communication with parents is strong, with daily updates via a parent app and regular progress reports. Meals provided are nutritious, though more organic options would be a welcome addition. While a bit pricier, Fledglings offers excellent value for the level of care, making it a highly recommended nursery.

We have nothing but positive things to say about this nursery. Our son started with Fledgelings in February 2021 starting in the baby room, and most recently graduating from the preschool room. As parents raising a child with additional needs, we have always felt fully supported and the staff have been nothing short of fantastic with our son. Most recently, our daughter has started with fledgelings and we are so excited to watch her journey

We have always been very pleased with Fledgling’s nursery, having had two children attend from 2021 - present day. The staff are kind, compassionate and welcome the kids in with a smile every morning. Both of our children have always found the atmosphere friendly, safe and entertaining. There is always a range of educational activities and thoughtfully prepared food on offer. The key workers we’ve had over the years have been brilliant. I would continue to recommend Fledgling’s Hornchurch to friends.

The staff and management here make sure it feels like home and a family. The carers are a lovely group of staff that care and look after our son very well showing care and attention. Cannot fault this nursery. The staff, the site, the activities, the updates and the photos that you get on their app are all amazing. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. I couldn't think of a better place to send my child.

My daughter started at the nursery just over a year ago and started in the baby room and now in the toddler room. In both rooms, my daughter took time to settle, but I cannot express how amazing the staff were in ensuring she felt comfortable and happy. We have built a good relationship with all the staff at the nursery. Since starting here, my daughter has come along so much with her talking and overall learning journey. She really looks forward to her days at nursery. Nothing is too much trouble for the team. Recently, we asked the nursery team if we were able to swap a day as a one-off as we had a family bereavement, and they were so accommodating but also sent us a message sending their condolences. The team here really care about the children, and also this extends to the children’s parents. I am so pleased we picked this nursery and would 100% recommend this to anyone who is considering their options. Thank you for everything you do for our daughter. Highly recommend Fledgling Hornchurch.

My son has really enjoyed going to nursery. The staff are lovely and the facilities are great for the children. The children are well looked after. It has been lovely seeing my son develop lots of skills through nursery. Thank you all at Fledgelings Day Nursery.

Our child is happy to attend. Never crying at drop off or pickup. They have an app to help keep tabs on nappy changes and food/water intake which is great as it helps gauge if they need a top up meal at home to ensure calorie intake is maintained and ensure nutrition isn't affected by the fact our child isn't at home. They share pictures or videos of our child gets up to and a report on development which is great. Could be better in comparison to other nursery we used in the past with regards to activities and visits, which they said they will be addressing so I like the fact that they run an anonymous survey to help improve service provided which is a good sign. We know our child is in a safe and friendly environment which is the main reason we joined Fledgelings. They have a good size garden with water/sand exposure which is good for development and a change from drawing for example.

Our daughter has been at Fledgelings for the last 3 months. She has settled in very well and has progressed so much in relation to all aspects of learning. This is all down to the attentive staff who like us as parents want to see the children flourish. Every evening, during pick-up, we get a detailed update on what has happened during the day. For our daughter who has only just turned 1, we are so pleased with her progress and would highly recommend Fledgelings.

Since starting my 9-month-old at the Hornchurch branch back in September, I cannot explain how pleased we are with how it is going. My little one absolutely loves going there and has learnt so many new skills in the short time he has been there. I get regular updates via the app regarding what meals my son has had, his sleep schedule etc. The staff are beyond incredible and I get such comfort knowing that my son is being cared for by such wonderful staff (particular shout out to the ladies in the Robin Room) for looking after my baby. I could not recommend Fledgelings Hornchurch enough!

Very caring and pleasant staff. There are a bit too many rules but I guess that's to meet the standards. Don't take kids out for walks much, upon asking they always say we are short on staff. Also, the kids come out of the nursery very untidy with their hands and faces dirty as if they were just left on their own. The rest is very good.

I have been in close contact with nursery for 2 plus years, having both daughters attending. The ultimate review is the happiness and well-being of the children, so 5 stars from my girls. The staff is excellent, full of care, calm and well prepared to guide, nourish and support the children. Very happy with the development, communication and flexibility shown throughout our interaction. Many thanks! Our eldest daughter will miss you and the second one will enjoy life in nursery until time comes to go to school.

Our daughter and son have been attending Fledgelings full-time for the past 1.5 years, and we couldn't be happier. We must express that this is a great nursery, with staff who genuinely care about the children and consistently maintain excellent communication. This communication occurs during pick-up, with daily feedback, through the app, where we receive regular progress updates and relevant information, as well as during one-on-one meetings when necessary. There hasn't been a single day when our daughter hasn't entered the nursery with a beaming smile on her face. While we have had a wonderful experience overall, there are a few areas that we believe could be further improved. Firstly, incorporating more outdoor activities, such as taking the children on walks to the park more frequently. Additionally, introducing physical education activities, like yoga for toddlers. Lastly, promoting more frequent get-togethers with parents would foster a stronger sense of community.

Our daughter has attended Fledglings since she was 11 months old and is now due to start school, it is an excellent nursery, with approachable staff and with great communication, being sent pictures, videos and observations of our daughter was great to see what she was getting up to.

Our son enjoyed his time at Fledgelings Day Nursery while he was there. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this nursery to others as our daughter also went here too and had a positive experience as well.
