Myself and both my daughters, the oldest (now 8) and the youngest (4) have attended the Montessori. My youngest is now leaving Montessori after 2.5 years, which is bittersweet as she is very excited to now be going to a big school but both us and her have enjoyed her time so much at Cookham Montessori. The staff are absolutely incredible and we have been so pleased with all of our years at Montessori. Thank you all so much for all of your support and efforts with my daughter. The love has been absolutely incredible and we have been beyond happy. I will be recommending Cookham Montessori to everybody!

My daughter loves coming to the nursery and is always so excited to see the teachers, especially one teacher in particular. The staff have been fantastic and immensely caring with her and we will always remember the positive impact the nursery has had on her.

Beautiful early years setting with lovely teachers. Both my children have loved coming here. The teachers are very kind and sensitive towards each child's needs. Lots of activities for children both inside and outside. Forest school is an added bonus - an absolute delight.

The staff helped our son settle in wonderfully. He struggled to begin with and they were fantastic with him. He absolutely loves nursery and has learned so much! He will truly miss going to Cookham Montessori.

After moving my child from another local one, I have noticed such an improvement in his energy levels, enjoyment, and learning too. After the first week, my child was jumping for joy and couldn't wait to tell me all the things he had done. Bringing home all his creative pieces for me to see. The nursery staff treat the children as their own, with so much love and genuine care. Lots of fun activities and parent involvement too. I've told all my Mum friends about this nursery, and they're all looking to give it a try. It's great!

Cookham Montessori is amazing! My son had struggled to settle at his previous 2 nurseries and so I was anxious about moving him again. He started in January 2024 and settled in straight away which was a huge relief. He loves going there and has come on leaps and bounds over the last 6 months. All staff members are lovely and welcoming and they are all brilliant with the children. There is a wide range of Montessori toys on rotation and I love receiving photo updates throughout the day of what my son has been up to. I highly recommend this nursery.

I often look after my grandson and pick up occasionally and attend events. I'm so impressed by the things my grandson has learnt and how he has changed from a shy child to a confident, happy boy. Having attended events, I've seen how all of the staff are constantly teaching, encouraging, correcting and praising all of the children. The children all seem to be happy to be there and the staff are all brilliant, kind and very caring.

We had to move nursery due to the location/distance of our previous to our home. Part of me wishes we had moved my son sooner! Staff members and children have all been very welcoming. My son loves being at Cookham Montessori and if he had it his way, would be there every day! He’s thoroughly enjoying forest school and his weekly outings to the local day centre. I personally love the extra activities (sports day, dance show and upcoming theatre trips). Not forgetting how encouraging they are in reference to healthy eating at snack times. In regards to my little one's development, my husband and I have noticed his speech and language have become more refined. We look forward to seeing him continue to grow and progress in the fun safe environment Cookham Montessori has created.

We’ve been at Montessori Cookham for 1 whole school year. My son loves Forest School and has really come out of himself during this period in a nurtured way. Highly recommend for your children. Well done!

Cookham Montessori School is an exceptional choice for parents seeking an enriching early childhood education. The dedicated staff create a warm and inviting atmosphere, fostering independence with engaging Montessori principles and tailored activities. My daughter has loved her time at the nursery and will miss it dearly, especially all the wonderful teachers.

My son has been attending the nursery since last year, I can honestly say choosing Cookham Montessori School was the best decision I could make. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. There is always someone to accompany the children when needed. I can see my little one is always eager to go back there every day. He has learned so much since joining Cookham. Love the big garden they can enjoy themselves when the weather is nice and the forest school he's attending. The facility is nice and clean.

My child started when they were 2 years old at Cookham Montessori School and they have gone above and beyond my expectations. The staff are kind, caring and incredibly passionate about all the children and their learning. The communication between staff and adults is exceptional. I always know exactly what my child has been up to. My child came in with very little communication skills and now is a confident, talkative and creative little one and this goes down to the staff and all their hard work. They love coming in every day and always come home with a big smile excited to tell all about their day. The school offers so much for the children and experiences that you would not expect to see at a pre-school. My child loves the forest school experiences and all the extra activities that happen during the year. I cannot recommend Cookham Montessori School enough. From the incredibly lovely staff, the loving and nurturing nature of the school and the exciting curriculum that excites the children.

My daughter has been at Cookham Montessori School for a year and a half. It was such an easy transition. The staff are wonderful. Caring, informative and keep us posted on her development along the way. I have only positive things to say. They treat the child as an individual and cater for their specific needs. Lovely outings and opportunities for Forest School have made it extra special. It just felt like the right place as soon as we stepped through the door for our visit. Can’t recommend this nursery enough.

Cookham Montessori School will always hold a special place in our hearts. Our 3 girls have attended the nursery. The care and nurture they received whilst there is exceptional. The nursery offers a place where children are encouraged to be independent, learn how to care for others and most importantly, have fun. Our girls have flourished as a result of being at the nursery. My children have all loved the Montessori activities they do each day, they love going to the forest school and always come home after their visits to the care home excited to tell us what games they played with their 'buddies' that day. The turnover of staff is extremely low which is a testament to the setting. All of the teachers there are so kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We truly feel like we are leaving the girls in the hands of family whenever we drop them to nursery, that's how caring they all are. We will be forever appreciative of the nursery and all that they do!

Cookham Montessori is hands down the most fabulous nursery. Do not let yourself be fooled by the modest entrance, it is literally toddler heaven. I have had 3 children through Montessori and they all remember it as such a happy place. The teachers are incredibly kind and the children learn a phenomenal amount. Incomparable to other local nurseries! They go the extra mile with fabulous trips for the children. My children are at private prep schools and I think the extras, trips and nursery shows Montessori organises are amazing. I’ll be so sad when my last one leaves. School is nowhere near as good!

Both my daughters have attended Cookham Montessori and absolutely loved it. The staff are incredible (many have been there for a long time which is a great sign) and do an amazing job of nurturing the children and encouraging independence. They also make a huge effort to organise special events that really spark the children's imagination. Parents are often invited too! Couldn't recommend enough.

A lovely little Montessori! Our son attends Cookham Montessori. He has learnt so much in the 2 years he has been there and we have seen such a change in him, becoming more confident in himself and with others. The teachers really take time to work with you when facing challenges. Communication is frequent, with newsletters and pictures sent via an app, so you know how the day/week has gone. Our son is always so excited to go to his Montessori and talks so positively about all his teachers.

Incredibly competent teaching staff who managed the settling in of my daughter really well after she'd had a tough time somewhere else. She now loves going in, has made friends and learns so much. It's a very nurturing environment with lovely people who put so much time and effort into the activities and special events. Would highly recommend.
