View Full Details of Windsor Montessori SchoolI drive 35 mins each way to bring my daughter to this fabulous, authentic Montessori school. I work in education and understand the importance of the best start to early education and wouldn’t choose any other setting for my child. The staff care so deeply for the children, their well-being and their education and they create a family-like feel to the nursery school. Friends and family comment on my daughter’s incredible confidence, independence, self-help skills and perseverance and I credit this to the education she is receiving. The children are encouraged to explore the beautiful area surrounding the nursery building with trips to the local park included. I would highly recommend this setting to anyone looking for a genuine Montessori start to education, where children’s interests and skills will be nurtured. The children also have ballet lessons each week and are beginning sports classes to ensure a well-rounded education. I’ve been learning new yoga poses from my 3-year-old!
My son joined in February 2022 and was there until July 2023. I am so pleased with the manager and her team. They have been fabulous in shaping his personality. He has come out of his shell. The school provides play and activities which help with character and knowledge building. I would strongly recommend this place for any child to make them well-rounded. Children are given proper attention here.
From the moment we enquired about a place for our 3-year-old son, we had a warm and lovely feeling. It’s set in the beautiful surroundings of Windsor Home Park, overlooking the castle and easily accessible. Upon our first visit, it was clear that this was an authentic Montessori nursery; the way the class was set out, the equipment neatly organised and the activities the children were doing etc. The warm and welcoming feelings were growing. Our son has just turned 3 so will be one of the youngest throughout his schooling. It’s only been a few weeks yet he’s loving his time there; bounces in and out each day! Testament to the calm, patient and caring approach from all the staff. Days are spent learning the Montessori way and painting/playing with the rest of the class. Today, at pick up he was outside in the fresh air jumping in puddles and having the time of his life (all in waterproof wellies and coat). Highly recommend this warm and caring environment for our little treasures to learn and grow.
Having recently been introduced to this wonderful Montessori I only wished I found it sooner. My 3-year-old is attending three days a week and he is so happy with his “new school”. A nurturing kind environment that I only wished I’d found for my older daughter. 5 stars and more if they were available
