My experience of Little Garden Bourne End Day Nursery has always been positive. Staff and management have always provided excellent care for my son and are always helpful and approachable if we have any questions. My son will be starting school in September and I feel his time at the nursery has set him up well for the transition. I would happily recommend the nursery to other parents.

The Bourne end day nursery has been a brilliant setting for our little boy to grow and thrive. The staff there have made him feel safe and welcome and have been great at communicating with us. Our son has been at the nursery since he was 10 months old and is due to start school in September, I know he is sure to miss the nursery and all the lovely staff who have looked after him so well.

My son has been at the nursery for nearly 1.5 years. He is so happy there and has a great relationship with his key worker and his peers. We get brilliant updates about his progress and the weekend sessions and Christmas parties that the team put on are a fantastic way to stay in touch. The team work so hard, finding activities such as arts and crafts supplies to fit the themes of each even that they put on.

My son has been attending for nearly 3 months now and he absolutely loves it! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and treat him as though he was their own. He has developed and progressed so much in his short time and I have no doubt he will flourish in the months and years to come.

My child loved her nursery experience and I could not have wished for better carers. The staff all truly care. Since new management felt the nursery well stronger on safeguarding and variety of education. This was more to us than childcare my daughter my daughter was taught manners and kindness.

I have two children at this nursery and both thoroughly enjoy their time there. The staff are amazing, they are all super friendly and genuinely care about each child which creates a lovely family feel. I get photos on the app every day and love seeing the variety of things the children are up to. My eldest is going to school later this year and having seen all the guidance the school have given about what the children need to be able to do I am so grateful to the nursery for preparing him and making sure his transition will be smooth. My experience has always been positive but has been further improved by the current manager who has made a great impact on the nursery, injecting a new energy and ensuring a child-first focus.

From the moment we decided to move our daughter from another nursery to Little Garden, we have been continually impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the dedication of the staff. The nursery staff are dedicated, nurturing, and highly skilled, providing a stimulating environment where children can thrive. We particularly love the nursery's emphasis on hands-on activities, outdoor play, and interactive learning as it ensures our little person is engaged and excited to come in each day! Safeguarding, welfare, and hygiene standards are impeccable and on our own experience of another setting and viewing all alternate settings in the local area - far exceed the competition! This really does give us total peace of mind that our child is in a secure and healthy environment. The staff communicate effectively with parents via an app and verbally keeping us informed about our child's daily activities and developmental milestones - which is very much valued and appreciated! My eldest girl has been going to Little Garden Nursery for over 2 years now and she loves it. She's learned so much, the staff have now prepared her for school in September. She has started to eat more varied food because of the great food they serve. She's come out of her shell over the last year and made lovely little friends. My youngest joined the nursery over 9 months ago and she equally loves the nursery. They both enjoy the activities and playing in the garden. Each room caters for all the children's needs. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. They all make such an effort to get to know the parents and the Nursery Manager is always on hand and offers great advice. It's a great place and I feel happy to leave my children there as I know they will be looked after. Overall been very happy with the Nursery and will be sad once my girls go.

Our child has attended the nursery for more than 18 months and he's loved it there. The staff have always been so loving and caring, they take such good care of the children and you can tell everyone puts their heart and soul into the job. It almost feels like leaving the little one with family. Thank you!

We love this nursery and cannot thank them enough for how well they have cared for our daughter. Unfortunately, she suffers from a health condition that requires extra monitoring/a care plan. The staff and management have been amazing in looking after her and making us, as nervous parents feel reassured. She loves going to nursery and she adores the staff. If you want to send your child to a place where the staff care for them as if they are their own children, then this is the one!

The Bourne End Day Nursery is a happy place where my child has enjoyed his time over the past 3 years. My child started at the nursery when he was 9 months old and is leaving for school soon. He has been happy at all the stages and loved his teachers in each room. I feel the nursery has a lovely family friendly feeling. The head of the nursery is attentive, kind and proactive. The staff are all down to earth, approachable and kind. My child’s key carer is imaginative and makes every day fun and enjoyable. I feel the nursery is equipping my child for his next chapter (school) while still letting my child be a child. They balance learning with fun and invest in the development of my child. I have been very happy with the nursery and would highly recommend Little Garden.

My daughter has been going to the nursery for 1.5 years and she loves it so much. This is a safe environment and it’s very easy to communicate with the guardians. English is not her first language but she has been learning it fully there.

My son has only been at the nursery for three weeks, but so far, our experience has been good. The staff are friendly and approachable, really care about the babies, and my son seems to have taken well to them. The daily activities are varied and stimulating, and the meals are plentiful. The only observation I have is the communication could be improved - it can be inconsistent - and perhaps new joiners could be inducted rather than just added to the standard comms to start.

This is an outstanding nursery that is very well run. The team strike the perfect balance of being very caring but also highly professional, and the communication with parents is excellent. Our little boy moved here aged two and a half from another nursery (where we hadn't had the best experience) in July of this year. The manager and the team did an amazing job of settling him in and accommodating his every need. Since joining, his confidence and communication skills have grown exponentially and he is genuinely excited to go in every morning. We get photos of his activities on the app almost daily and we are invited in regularly for stay and plays. It might be slightly more expensive than some nurseries, but then the quality shows in the amazing staff and the responsive way in which the nursery is run.

My child has been at this nursery for nearly one year, the staff are friendly yet professional and constantly working so hard. I like that the nursery offers a lot of opportunities for the parents to join in. I always feel I have open communication with the staff they are always happy to help and very reassuring.

Our daughter has been at the nursery from baby nest all the way through to pre-school. She has been well looked after during all that time and we have never had any issues. The staff have been excellent and we are very pleased with the overall experience that she has had.

Excellent nursery and preschool and our son has been really happy here since joining. The staff are brilliant the days and activities are really stimulating. Our little one spends lots of time in the garden and comes home happy every day.

Our son has settled in well at nursery. We are happy with the information provided on his day and the level of detail shared. We are happy that the quality of food seems to be good and the staff care for the children’s well being and meet all their needs.

My son (1year) started nursery a month and a half ago. Management and ‘baby room’ staff have been absolutely amazing. We were given support and flexibility to lead our son’s settling in. We were able to focus on what worked for our family. As a result, we achieved an easy transition to the nursery. Phones and emails are being answered all the time. (One of my red flags when picking a nursery). This shows how attentive the staff are. The environment is clean, organised and content. I love that they have appropriate toys allowing for good motor development and cognitive stimulation. There is a separate sleeping area which in my opinion, is absolutely essential (regardless of where the child chooses to sleep). The Garden is beautiful, safe and fun. You can always smell fresh food in the nursery. I can tell he loves the food there. I could not compliment the staff enough. They are attentive and sensitive to child and parent. Review comes from a mum who happens to be a specialist psychologist.
