My son has attended Scallywags pre-school for a year and if it wasn’t for moving out of the area to be nearer to family, we wouldn’t dream of taking him out. He has loved every minute and we have only been impressed at the effort the staff put into the children who are taught skills and are educated through fun and practical methods rather than simply left to play which has been our experience in the past. The staff clearly love their work, seem to have boundless energy for the kids and are always looking for new ways to interest the children and generate enthusiasm for different cultures and ideas. They involve local businesses such as an agricultural company and their tractor was a definite hit! Animals have been brought in and every week has new experiences. There has never been an occasion that my son has not wanted to go – even when poorly. We recommend Scallywags to our friends. It has truly exceeded our expectations and set the bar high for the next preschool that my son attends.
