Absolutely wonderful nursery, honestly the best - my little one is thriving here and has thrived from day 1, the nursery has given confidence and taught independent play as well as playing well with others. Food is included at the nursery and provided by a food company - so super healthy hot meals (when paying for your child's day food is included in the fee, however, if funded then you pay a small fee for food). The nursery has a wonderful communal space for all the children to play in, the staff are amazing, so kind and caring and are so easy to talk to. Updates are regularly given and the building is safe and secure. From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable, welcomed and really loved the vibe. Cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

In April 2019, at 6 months old, our daughter joined this very special Nursery and stayed until she graduated this year to start Primary School. The staff here will always have a special place in our hearts for the help, support, care and encouragement they have given our little girl and for helping her to shine. Also, the support they have given to us, as her parents, especially in the early days when I was adjusting to leaving her and returning to work. In each room that my daughter was part of, she had a very special relationship with the team and her key workers, staff were always friendly and approachable and the Management Team were always on hand to help with any queries we had or information that we needed - they all went that extra mile for us and made us feel so comfortable, secure and supported. They knew my daughter well and always took an interest in her activities and celebrations outside of the Nursery.

My daughter started The Enchanted Wood at age 1 and attended until she was almost 5 years old and we have been so so happy with her whole time there. All the teachers and key workers through her time there have always been so kind and caring and I really felt like they knew my daughter well even though she only attended 2 days a week. The outdoor area is one of my favourite things about The Enchanted Wood as it really is so special compared to other nurseries. There are 3 different garden and playground areas with play equipment, wooden climbing frames, sand pits, Wendy houses, etc all surrounded by trees which is a lovely setting. The management staff are also so helpful and informative when I’ve needed to change or check things, being very quick to answer any queries or questions I may have asked. My daughter has been really happy at this nursery and made a lovely group of friends - I have recommended The Enchanted Wood to lots of friends and would definitely give it five stars.
