We are incredibly happy with the care that you give our son. He is so happy and loves coming to see you and play. Thank you to you all for your kindness and the adventures he goes on. We love how chilled you are.

I have had my little boy with Tops at Winchester for over two years now where he will stay until he starts school next year. Due to my overall experience, I have no nervousness or anxiety about my little girl starting there soon. I honestly cannot fault any of the wonderful staff there. They are so personable, friendly and helpful. My little boy has made so many close relationships with all of his key workers in each setting and has developed his knowledge and skills beyond my expectations. He comes home from pre-school with a full tummy and lots to say about his day. Staff go above and beyond to help with anything and nothing is too much. Handovers are always really informative with feedback on what he has been up to for the day. We have had lots of help with listening skills and other personal developmental steps too. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone! Thank you all.

Management and the team have been brilliant. Our daughter started nursery in September and is thoroughly enjoying it, and really beams at management and the team on arrival. I cannot recommend the team enough. Tops is professional, providing sufficient updates throughout the day and a helpful report at the end of the day. We know our daughter is in safe hands, and the Forest School is great.

Our daughter has been at Tops Day Nurseries for a year and really enjoys her time there. There are extra activities such as Forest Schools where she is able to explore and learn about the environment. The system set up at Tops Day is well established, very professional with updates regularly, either through pictures or diary updates. This puts us at ease as we know our daughter is safe and happy. I would highly recommend them!

The nursery is managed really well. The staff show a real concern for the welfare of your child and seem happy and proud of the nursery. Ultimately feel very comfortable dropping off the kiddo there every day, knowing they'll be looked after well. Outside space is limited and would like to see a better method of allocating 'forest school' places rather than first come first served.

Tops Day Nurseries: Winchester Nursery have been amazing for both myself and my son! I really struggled going back to work after having him, they reassured me so much and now my son can’t wait to go to nursery! He has built amazing bonds with other children, staff and his key person!

Great people giving excellent, varied and considered care. Such a wide selection of activities and so much thought put into developmental journeys. The staff work so hard and clearly care so much about all the children.

Our son has had the most fantastic experience at Tops Day Nurseries and this is mainly due to the brilliant care, attention and support staff have provided from day one. We have noticed how well he has developed since attending nursery - communication, social and creative skills have all thrived by being a part of the environment. I can’t recommend Tops Day Nurseries: Winchester Nursery more highly. My daughter has been going there for the last 2 years and has thrived with the care and attention they’ve given her. The staff are kind and caring, and you can clearly see the bond that they have with the children. They really go above and beyond. The hours are incredibly flexible; not like any other nursery in the area.

I cannot rate this nursery enough. After coming back from maternity leave I was so worried about leaving my son as he was breast fed. The team at Tops Day Nurseries Winchester was so helpful and helped get him on a bottle. They made the process of going back to work easy for me. He has been at Tops Day Nurseries for a year now and really bonded with the team they go above and beyond for him. Thank you!

My daughter enjoys a broad range of activities, especially the outdoors and sensory play. We are regularly updated on her daily activities including sleeping time, meals and nappy checks through the parents' app, and have also had opportunities to discuss her long term growth and development through her key worker. I observe that the staff are caring and dedicated to the children's welfare and learning. She has lost some items at nursery, a very minor issue as it's mostly clothing and not items my daughter is attached to.

The nursery manager and the team make the nursery a great place for care. They are kind and professional and provide a safe, caring environment which allows learning and development. Both of my children have attended since 10 months and I have always felt confident in the care they provide. They are flexible and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Tops has been great for my son who joined at the start of lockdown 2. 18 months on, his development has come on so much. The staff are friendly and helpful and he is clearly very happy there. Thank you Tops.

I have chosen this nursery as it's close to my workplace. What I love about it is that I can drop my daughter off early in the morning and pick her up at night as I am a shift worker. She goes only 2x a week but she always has loads of fun in there. Socialising with other children surely did give her lots of confidence. The team does a great job in looking after her very well and I'm so grateful to them.

My two girls both go to Tops and it has been fantastic from booking the first one in! They have a lovely time, super caring staff who know them really well and always provide fun things to do. Also as flexible as any nursery could ever be. We rely on the extended opening and flexibility due to our work hours. Cannot fault the nursery staff or the admin team at all!

Tops is an excellent nursery and my son is very happy there. The staff are caring and knowledgeable. They respond to queries and feedback promptly. It is well located and my daughter also developed well at Tops.

Two of my children have attended Tops Day Nurseries: Winchester Nursery and we've been really happy with it. They've only attended one day a week so it has been a bit hard for them to feel completely settled but this is not at all due to the staff, who are always very welcoming and spend time helping them to settle in. The communication from management is exceptional and they always respond promptly to any concerns or questions we have. The staff are all super friendly and clearly passionate about their roles. Sometimes we would have liked a few more observations as we didn't get them every day but that's really only a minor issue for some constructive feedback purposes! We will miss Tops a lot!

Tops Day Nurseries: Winchester Nursery has been a fantastic nursery for my son. From the moment I meet the manager and looked round I know it was the place for him. My son has moved through two rooms and I can't praise all the staff highly enough. Their attitude, support and care are second to none and my son has come on leap and bounds with their support. Would highly recommend and we will greatly miss seeing everyone as my son moves on to school.

Our son went to Tops Winchester for two years and had a great time. The team kept us well informed in person and with messages via the app. We were most impressed by the flexibility offered, including early opening and late closing times, which suited our work patterns well. Overall, very pleased and grateful for the way they looked after our son.

My son has only been going to this nursery for a short while, but I am overwhelmed with the professionalism and kindness of the people that work there. I love all the updates we get in the day! As I and my partner are in the armed forces, we need to have the flexibility that this nursery does; it works perfectly as some weeks we work more than others, so my son only has to be in when we are working, and more importantly, we only pay the hours he is in for. Just thank you so much for being the nursery we use! In my opinion, you really are the best in the area.
