Our daughter has been attending since she was 1 year going from baby room to toddler and now in the nursery room and she has had a great experience in all 3. The staff are so kind and caring and she absolutely loves going in each day - we can't ask for more! We loved the setting and the outdoor space, communication on the app is fantastic. Would recommend this nursery to anyone, it certainly was a weight off my mind when I went back to work.

It can feel unnerving when looking to put your child in a nursery, but since initially visiting through to being fully installed in each room the staff (rooms and management) have always been friendly, approachable, and open to discuss anything, including helping through play and learning if there are things that are tricky (dentist trips, transitions etc.). The spaces, in and out, and toys are all well thought out and the planned play keeps things interesting. The app is great for keeping updated throughout the day, but also messaging and notifications. With allergies and additional medical needs, the staff are flexible and open to discuss triggers, sounds, symptoms and regularly update care plans. The staff are all so dedicated and their passion for what they do is clear to see. They have exceeded expectations since that first visit.

The staff at Bright Horizons are incredible. They take the safety of the children extremely serious. Even though my child has been going to Bright Horizons for just over 6 months, and I collect my child most weeks, if one of the staff doesn't fully recognise me, they won't allow me to enter the building until they have checked with one of the members of staff caring for my child. I think this is paramount and even though it can be a minor inconvenience to have to wait a while longer, I'm more than happy to so that I know they're taking ever step to make sure the children are safe. My child's key worker has been nothing but incredible with my child. My child cannot wait to see her and instantly puts her hands out when she is being dropped off. Hannah lets us know exactly how our child's day has been. She also gives us plenty of advice and tips for our child's development that we can help with at home. This is very helpful. We also get photos which always brightens up my day.

My daughter is always excited to go into nursery. She especially loves it when she arrives in the morning and they are sat singing songs, she will launch herself to her key person and not even wave goodbye to me. Her Keyperson and all the members of staff at the nursery are all brilliant, she will always wave and give smiles to them all.

This nursery has so much extra magic sprinkled in. The managers who run it help inspire their staff with their positive attitude so all the staff do their best for the kids in their care day in and day out. It really is special!

Our daughter has absolutely thrived at this nursery, it's been wonderful to watch her grow into such a social butterfly and we believe a big part of her confidence comes from her having such positive experiences at nursery. Our son is due to start at the end of this year and I feel more than confident that he will be well loved and cared for.

Staff really care for the children and develop nurturing relationships. My son has a strong relationship with his key worker and it is clear he feels safe at nursery and able to enjoy his time there. The feedback given to parents is thorough and time is given for great communication. Parents are always kept up to date with what their child has been up to and enjoyed that day. The staff are positive and extremely supportive. I could not feel more confident and happy to leave my child in their care.

Bright Horizons North Baddesley is a superb nursery. Our daughter has thrived here since starting in September 2023. The baby room staff were outstanding and this has continued into toddlers, alongside the management team, and all other staff including catering! We can't recommend it enough.

We've been using this nursery since 2022, for our first and now second child too. We love their nurture approach and how much time the kids get to spend outdoors in all weathers. The rooms are all inviting for the kids, and each day they have different well thought out activities for the little ones to explore. We've been consistently happy and impressed with all the staff members who care for our children, and would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone.

We, as a family, are delighted with Bright Horizons North Baddesley Day Nursery and Preschool and have recommended to all our friends. The app is really good as a one-stop portal for communication, photos, reports, real-time updates, messaging, invoices etc. The facilities are decent, including outdoor space and forest school area. But the main asset is the staff who are all so lovely and truly invested in getting to know your child, building relationships and nurturing their development. Our 2.5-year-old absolutely loves her nursery days, we are confident she is being cared for and stimulated with lots of outdoor time, sensory play and different themed learning opportunities every week. Additionally, the menu is balanced and varied and seems to be popular with our sometimes fussy eater. Our 1-year-old's settling-in process is being managed in a sensitive and individualised way. Management is very approachable and open to discussing any suggestions or concerns you may have. Very happy all round.

Bright Horizon North Baddesley Nursery for us is outstanding in providing care, and support in helping children to develop their mental, physical, technical and life skills, friendship, good habits, etc. Our son loved being in the nursery all the time. He always looks forward to going there to see his peers. The staff are all professionals, friendly and lovely. Highly recommended.

Our son has been attending North Baddelsey Bright Horizons for just over 13 months now. When we were looking and visiting nurseries in the build up to his arrival we were just so impressed with the welcome and lovely atmosphere we experienced during our visit. As we both work and my other half wanted to continue her career, we were always going to need a nursery from when he turned 4 months old. He’s been attending now 2 days a week since Oct 2022 and will move to 3 days a week this April. Whilst there may well be “cheaper” options, they do not stack up to the care, attention to his individual development, daily feedback and genuine love from his key person we would receive at other nurseries. The whole 13 months have been superb and our son loves going to nursery. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. When we meet with friends with children of similar ages, the difference in development, especially socially is defined.

It is a really good nursery and preschool, my son always goes in excited and never wants to leave. There are lots of different activities for the children to do inside and out. The staff are very friendly and caring, they are always willing to help and are very easy to approach.

My son started nursery at 9 months old back in October. Our experience in the Baby Room has been incredible. The staff are so kind and patient. The updates on the app absolutely make our day seeing how happy and settled he is! All of the other staff are always enthusiastic and say hello to him as they pass by! There are so many learning opportunities that we are unable to do with him at home, making each day so exciting for him!

We cannot recommend Bright Horizons North Baddesley highly enough. We moved our 2-year-old son here last September after a bad experience with another nursery. Bright Horizons could not have been more professional yet friendly if they had tried. The parent and key worker relationship has been outstanding, as have their efforts to help settle our son as quickly as possible. Our son is extremely happy here and loves going to nursery. The reports of his progress are beautifully written, with time, care and attention to detail from the staff obvious to see. The staff in particular within the Toddler room is outstanding, she spends a lot of time talking about our son's day at pick up and it really feels like she genuinely cares and has such a passion for her job role which is so lovely to see. We will miss her now our son is transitioning into the Nursery room but have no doubt the same bonds will be formed here. It feels like a family! We couldn’t be happier we chose Bright Horizons North Baddesley.

Very happy with my experience with Bright Horizons. My son is in the baby room and I have always been met with a happy welcome by staff on drop off and pick up. I am always told exactly what my son has been up to, eaten, explored etc. At first, my son took some time to settle, the management team and room staff were very understanding and took it nice and slow for my son who now loves attending.

Bright Horizons North Baddesley Day Nursery and Preschool is a very good nursery. My son is always very happy to go in for the morning. They support him very well with his special needs and he has made lots of friends, with one special best friend!

Great nursery. Has really helped my son to grow in confidence with his social skills and his interests. Love the app so I can see what he has been doing and eating throughout the day and they are brilliant with his allergies. My child always has a great day at preschool and only has positive compliments regarding his teachers and peers.
