Jack & Jill's is a great nursery. My daughter thrived there and my son is there currently and loves it! The staff are so friendly and caring and look after the kids. It feels like a safe environment where they have fun learning.

My daughter loves nursery so much she doesn't want to leave! We picked Jack & Jill's for its location and space both indoors and outdoors. The team at the nursery are very welcoming and are never too busy to have a chat with you. We are very happy with our choice of nursery and happily recommend them.

Absolutely love Jack and Jill's Day nursery! Our daughter has been with them since she was 7 months old (she's now 2) and has thrived there! She loves all her nursery teachers and she gets very excited when it's a nursery day. We get regular updates on my daughter's progression, daily updates on what she's done each day, what she's eaten and her nappy changes, this definitely made returning to work a lot easier knowing she was doing okay each day! She often refuses to leave at pick-up as she's having so much fun! Cannot recommend enough!

My son has been at Jack and Jill's for over a year. He started in the youngest room and is currently in the '1-2' room, getting ready to move to the '2-3' room and is happy and thriving in all rooms. The staff are incredible, cannot do enough for the children or parents and my son has formed a bond with so many of them. Communication is great. I would definitely recommend it to any parents.

My son attends Jack and Jill's in their 1-2 year-old room and has done so since October 2023. He is thriving there and absolutely loves it. It helped him to get more confident in his walking when he was younger, and now his speech is coming along too. There are so many lovely activities and I'm always getting some new artwork! His key worker is kind and helpful with him, as are the rest of the team who work with him. He recently had to have an inhaler and they have handled it with care and professionalism. The comms are great and I get updates on the app all day long and a phone call if needed (they even start it with, it's nothing to worry about, but..) which as an anxious parent I need! They've also been so helpful with the funding forms which starts for me in September. I would have no qualms in recommending J&J's to anyone in fact I have to my sister when her baby is older. I'm only sad that he's moving up a room but I'm sure the team there will be as lovely.

A great nursery! Lovely people, a lovely place, my son loves to be there. As a parent safety, health, and happiness of my child were my main priority when choosing where to go. He has been going to Jack & Jill's Day Nursery for around four months and we have been very happy with the care provided by the team. They have an app that tells us what my daughter has been doing and eating all day along as well with pictures uploaded on what they done. I'm very pleased with Jack & Jill's Day Nursery, and glad that I've chosen them. Thank you for your hard work guys!

Great nursery, the staff is so lovely, friendly, and trustworthy. They take your preferences into consideration and help with any issues that may arise. They help with potty training. Also, every room has access to a big garden with lots of toys to play with. I cannot recommend it more!

We have probably viewed most nurseries in Hemel (even viewed some in Berkhamsted) and we chose Jack and Jill's. We live on the other side of Hemel and have to detour every morning, before our commute, to take our child to the nursery as we want the best for our daughter. Our child has been attending the nursery for 9 months and has developed so much. All the nursery staff have a nurturing way of caring for the children, my daughter loves the staff so much she calls their name all weekend. I feel so much better about leaving my daughter there when I go to work, as I know she is enjoying herself. They do lots of fun activities, and we get updates daily and pictures. Very happy with the nursery.

We are thoroughly impressed with Jack & Jill's Day Nursery. The facilities are clean, safe, and well-equipped, providing an excellent environment for my child's development. The staff are not only highly qualified but also genuinely caring and attentive to each child's needs for my little one.

Since the day my son started settling into Jack and Jill's, he has always loved it! He enjoys nursery so much that even on his days off, he asks when he will be seeing his friends and lovely teachers next. He is always greeted by a friendly member of staff every morning, a member of staff in Sunbeams is such a fantastic key worker, along with all the other staff members, she is so enthusiastic, caring, and kind. I never have any concerns about the standard of care my son receives and can always trust he is being well looked after, as well as being supported with his developmental milestones. They have been fantastic at supporting my son with potty training, and he even eats better at nursery than he does at home!

Just wanted to say all the staff at Raindrops and Sunbeams are absolutely amazing. My son has so much fun and loves learning new experiences, a lot of the stuff he does in nursery is hard to do at home so it's great he has the opportunity to do lots of messy play and activities. I've always been quite anxious leaving my son at a nursery but Jack & Jill's Nursery have been great and helped ease any stress, and seeing my son with so much joy at Jack & Jill's has been the perfect spot for my son to develop and grow.

We loved Jack&Jill's, the staff are extremely welcoming. They made us feel very comfortable and relaxed straight away. The tour they provide is very detailed and shows where your child will be each year. It's a very clean and happy environment for any child to be. Our daughter enjoyed every minute she was here and we can't wait to return next year. The staff in the snowflakes room were amazing and the app to keep parents updated was also a bonus throughout the day. I can't recommend this nursery enough to anyone looking.

We've had a great experience with Jack and Jill's for our son, he joined when he was one and settled in very well. He is now almost 3 and has moved up classes, since he joined, in each class, the staff have been so attentive, kind, and caring. We get a thorough debrief every day and know they will communicate effectively with us whenever necessary.

Great setting, both my children are well settled and have great relationships with the staff. They do lovely themes and adult-led activities and they have a huge outdoor area. Happy with the nursery all around.

My daughter absolutely loves Jack and Jill's Day Nursery. She attends three days a week and the carers are fantastic always friendly and welcoming. They do a variety of activities to keep the children entertained and we would recommend the nursery. My daughter started at 11 months and is now 2.5 years old and settled into the different age group rooms well. The outside space is fantastic for them to run around.

My daughter enjoys coming to nursery. They do various activities at the nursery, and she has learned so many things. I am very pleased that I have chosen this nursery for my daughter. Also, the teachers and all the staff are very kind.

Jack & Jill's Day Nursery is a great place for kids. I highly recommend it. My daughter loves going there. The amazing, large garden is one of her favourite places to play; in spring and summer it is a very popular place for the youngster. All in all, I am so happy with my choice to send my daughter to Jack & Jill's Nursery and she has achieved so much in the past two years. Keep up the great work and thank you so much for taking such good care of my child!

A great nursery! My daughter has been going to Jack & Jill's Day Nursery for around three years and we have been very happy with the care provided by the team. They have recently introduced an app which tells us what my daughter has been doing and eating all day. We can also upload pictures of what we have been doing at home which I think is really good. Last Christmas the Rainbows room produced a Christmas concert with all the children dressing up and performing songs. This was really good and I was a very proud mummy. I would 100% recommend. Thank you all so much.

I highly recommend Jack & Jill's Day Nursery my daughter always goes in running and comes out smiling. They keep me well informed if anything happens and meals are balanced, my daughter is bilingual and is lovely to see that they make an effort on that as well with words etc.

Jack & Jill's Day Nursery is a great place for kids. I highly recommend it. My daughter loves going there.
