Both of our children have attended Rainbow Nursery. Our 4-year-old daughter left in the Summer of 2024 after being there for 3 years. She loved going to nursery every day and I believe that's because of the dedication of the lovely staff. The outside space they have is really rare in the local area and they use it multiple times in the day. The key workers update you regularly throughout the day on the app and you can call and speak to anyone at any time. They host lovely stay-and-play sessions throughout the year with different themes which as a family we all enjoy. They gave her a wonderful graduation. It really was so special and we will never forget it. Her time at Rainbow's has been wonderful, she has been safe, nurtured, and loved by you all (me included) and I can't quite believe it's over. Rainbow can be very proud of what a wonderful family nursery it is! They prepared her very well for school and we fully entrust them with the care of our youngest son now.

Our daughter has been at Rainbows for almost 4 years, moved through 4 rooms, and enjoyed every moment. Each room has its own outside space as well as a larger communal garden so she has plenty of time outdoors, which was important to us, and she has loved. Resources in the rooms and outside are moved and changed regularly so she never gets bored. Communication through the app works well. Daily updates are shared and I always receive quick responses to my messages. Photos can be shared both ways which my daughter has benefitted from. I can always phone, or ask to see someone too. The staff are lovely and work hard. A huge effort went into organising a memorable graduation event. There have also been enjoyable stay-and-play sessions for parents, visits from the emergency services, and animal visitors. When our daughter broke her leg (not at nursery), Rainbows worked with us to accommodate her attending as much as possible whilst prioritising the safety of her and the other children.

My son has been at Rainbows from around 7 months until 4 years. Every room he has been in has been amazing. I can't fault the key people he has had or the entire team from reception to caretaker and cook. My son knows them all by name and has been so happy in their care. I would highly recommend Rainbows Day Nursery. Not only am I happy with how they have looked after him whilst I'm at work but communication between the nursery and myself/husband has been brilliant. Daily messages as to what has been happening that day, what he has had to eat, photos and videos of fun activities he has done each day. We make a point of sitting down each day with him and reading what he's done so he can tell us all about it and it's a highlight for him to be able to show us his friends and teachers. It's such an exciting time for him to start school in September but we will miss everyone from Rainbows and I couldn't be more grateful to them for looking after our son. Highly recommend.

Our daughter has had a fantastic 3 years at Rainbow Day Nursery. She joined just after Covid and as all of the children born at this time she had not been able to socialise much and experience much of the outside world so coming to nursery was a difficult challenge to face, but the whole team did such a brilliant job of helping these children settle in as quickly as possible and she has thrived ever since! She's really enjoyed going to nursery and always came out saying she had had a great day of fun! She's excited to join her big sister at school in September and is more than ready to face the next challenge in her life thanks to the work and help from everyone at Rainbow Day Nursery. Thank you all and keep doing a great job!

My daughter started at Rainbow Day Nursery when she joined the Reception class at Westgate a couple of years ago and we cannot express in words how wonderful it has been! The staff have been so caring, loving and flexible and we have always felt safe in knowing our daughter is being well looked after while having the best time! We will continue to use Rainbow Day Nursery in the coming years as it has been an integral part of my daughter's education, along with her school!

My daughter started at Rainbows just after her first birthday in Jan 2019 up until she left for Reception in Aug 2022. Rainbow Day Nursery became her second family. All the staff at Rainbows are truly amazing and go above and beyond to help your little ones grow and archive to their highest level. I can't thank Rainbows enough and both myself and my daughter miss them so much since my daughter left in August 2022. I highly recommend Rainbows to any parent.

The staff at Rainbow Day nursery are excellent. Both of our children have been to Rainbow Day nursery from 1 year old until they started school. Our children were supported, very well cared for and both really enjoyed their time at the nursery. The staff helped one of our children when they were going through a fussy eating phase, they helped our children to count, start writing their own names. The staff are all friendly and listen to any questions and concerns, and work with parents to resolve them. I felt completely confident dropping our children off there and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone considering it. Thank you again Rainbow Staff!

My daughter has been at Rainbow since she was at nursery age and is now at their after-school club after entering full-time education. From the very first day, my daughter has loved going to Rainbow and to this day is always disappointed that I "pick her up too early" hahaha! Personally, as a mother I have always felt like I'm dropping off my daughter at a place she loves, where she feels safe, was with staff members that truly care for her and have also built a great relationship with me as a parent as they are always so friendly and go out of their way to make parents and children feel valued and heard. I fully recommend Rainbow nursery! Thank you to all the staff for all you do. Each and every one of you are amazing, including the lady in admin who goes out of her way to provide parents with anything they may need.

Both of my children attended Rainbow Day Nursery from a very young age. They both had wonderful experiences and felt safe and secure. They enjoyed a variety of activities in the vast amounts of space available, and formed strong bonds with the staff. My children still attend wrap around care there, and holiday club. The staff are very supportive and there is a great feeling of community.

Since my child has been going to this nursery she has so much confidence she has not been there long and even on the days she struggle and is sad going in they always manage to cheer her up which is so reassuring all the staff are absolutely brilliant and would not wish for her to be anywere else

My son has been going to this nursery since eight months old. Everyone is very nice and helpful in the nursery. My son loves it and the communication between parents and the nursery is very good. They always pick up the phone and I can always speak to someone about my child's development. There is a new app, where I can see a daily report of what happened on the day and I can see pictures of my son. The food is also very good, lots of different food every day which is cooked in the nursery.

Nothing I say about the nursery would be enough! I can vouch for this nursery. I never expected my child to get used to a new place, so soon. Every carer at the nursery made sure that she was well looked after and cared for, every second of the day, due to which, my daughter soon started loving the place and in a few weeks she herself started wanting to go in every morning, which was a victory for everyone! She came out of her shyness, slowly learning the language and so much more. She has learnt so much from everyone at Rainbow. I and my daughter simply love everyone at the nursery and would have loved it if she could stay with them forever.

I highly recommend Rainbow Day nursery as it has become a home away from home for my 4-year-old. The staff are very friendly and warm and they take care of my kid very well. My kid used to cry his heart out before going to a different nursery and it would break my heart to see him do so. But after I changed to Rainbow he has changed so much that now he wants to go to nursery even on weekends. They keep you well posted about his day-to-day via the parent app and also carry out great activities for them and sometimes even include parents which is really fun. They celebrate various occasions around the year. They have great indoor and outdoor spaces for the kids to play around. Also, they keep you well communicated on everything!

The best nursery in Dartford, a friendly staff with many activities for children. Our child eagerly goes to nursery every morning and in the evening when we pick him up from nursery he would like to stay longer. We strongly recommend this nursery.

I'm very satisfied with the level of care given to my child at the nursery. He has improved his speech and learning since starting. He's always very excited to attend classes. The app that has been introduced is excellent.

We have been so pleased with Rainbow nursery. The staff there are professional, caring, and take really good care of my daughter. The communication between the nursery and parents is good. Despite being apprehensive at first, my daughter has settled in really well and is excited to go to nursery. I highly recommend them. You are unable to go into the nursery for safeguarding reasons so it is difficult to comment on their facilities.

My daughter attended this nursery from when she was a year and a half up till the age of four years she really loved it there she was well cared for, and she is now seventeen years old. My son who is three now started attending when he was two years old. He is learning a lot in all aspects from communication, relationship building, and being independent, to learning maths, shapes, letters, words, sentences etc. Really pleased with the development of both of my children. Thanks to all the lovely staff, you are all the best. I would highly recommend it!

All three of my children have attended Rainbow! Since 2015! I highly recommend this nursery! The communication, staff, environment, and parent inclusion have all been brilliant. Each room has its one outdoor space and the children are encouraged to be fairly independent from a young age. All of my children have thrived here! The staff are extremely approachable and respect the parent's wishes with regards to helping to care for your child whilst they're there. They are always happy to offer advice if asked and will work closely with you through important times like potty training etc.
