The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful to parents. Both my sons have attending the nursery (youngest is still there). My eldest was always so happy to go, and my youngest has settled in brilliantly. I would highly recommend any parent sending their child there.

Overall the care is great. My child is happy when they go in. The staff are friendly and caring. The communication throughout the day is lacking and also between staff when I send a message or tell them of care plan updates, it can take a couple of times to tell people before it gets implemented. I'd like to see more photos and more artwork.

My son has been attending this nursery for almost a year now and he is always so happy and cheerful to be there. The staff are amazing, they are very attentive and responsive towards the children. They have lots of activities including indoor and outdoor, which I believe is a fantastic way to teach, learn, engage and have fun with children.

I would certainly recommend Kids Planet to other parents. Our son has been at the nursery for 2.5 years and has been very happy there. The staff are really friendly and always happy to talk to us about what the children have been up to each day and to listen to our feedback. Similarly, the office team are exceptional, very responsive and helpful.

Kids Planet took over our nursery late last year. It’s been a very smooth transition and my little one adjusted well. The staff are excellent, very friendly and invested. The menu is great, sometimes a little experimental which is great, I wouldn’t have the courage to try at home and my little has discovered some new foods. They have a studio and often do dancing, or yoga, or cooking. They also have a mini library, and regularly bring home books. I believe they do one big trip a year for the pre-school, and this year they are off to the local farm park, my little one is very excited. We are getting ready to start school and so far have had a lot of support from nursery. Would highly recommend.

My daughter started this nursery 7 months ago now and she absolutely loves it. Always happy to go in. They played a lots in the garden which I really like and she does too. Nice carers. I still think I chose a good nursery.

Our child has been in the baby unit for 8 months and we are really happy with the nursery and the provision they provide. The staff are all really lovely and she has built such great relationships with them, which we value so much. It’s nice they spend lots of time outdoors, they provide a range of activities, and her vegan diet is catered for brilliantly with an excellent variety of meals. It is never easy leaving your child in the hands of others, but we feel completely confident she is as happy and cared for as possible here, and we could not recommend the nursery highly enough.

My experience now as it was 5 years ago is still excellent. The staff take time to have a chat and care about the development of children by creating fun environments for them to explore. We have been happy with the communication and care from Kids Planet.

I only have positive things to say about Kids Planet. The staff are lovely, they do so many different activities with the children and offer a wide variety of food which my daughter loves. My daughter always looks forward to going and she has made some great friends. Soon my son will be starting and I know I can go back to work knowing they’ll be in safe hands.

We have used this nursery for a number of years with both our children and have been impressed. The recent change in ownership has caused some confusion and quite a bit of staff change, but my child is still happy. I feel like the range of activities offered is really good and the food varied. The staff are positive and helpful. The management is also quick to reply.

All good, nothing to report that is not positive. Still early days and can’t comment yet as we haven’t been allowed in the nursery for pick ups etc so this would be better coming out in a few months time.

Our daughter is extremely happy at nursery and has the best time and experiences. She always has lots to tell me at the end of the day and mostly goes in quite happily. There are lots of opportunities for the children to explore and use their imagination and we love this for her. The staff are so caring and we really are grateful for all they do.

The nursery is brilliant, they are responsive! They’ve been great at caring for my son and ensuring he has his medication. They are nurturing and he’s just so happy and settled with all of the adults in the baby unit! I am so grateful. The office is also very responsive and helpful if I have any queries!

My kids have been at this nursery since 2018, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff at Kids Planet are amazing at creating exciting and fun things to do, and this means my child is so happy to learn and try new things. The space the children have access to is great, but for me, the staff make a great nursery, and you won’t get better than the team here.

Since my daughter joined the nursery, each member of the team has been invaluable to both her and me. Each parent (I am sure) has extenuating pressures (all be it work, bills or another), and yet, through my daughter's time at Kids Planet, each member of the team has been professional yet personal. This, I feel this really sets Kids Planet apart. As sometimes is the case personal circumstances change and when this occurred in my family, the staff were nothing but compassionate and understanding. Not only do they endeavour to get to know my daughter (warts and all), but moreover, they consistently show support and are patient, if let's say, I am running late for pick up or have forgotten something or other. It truly is an amazing place, and I wholeheartedly recommend Kids Planet to you.

From the beginning, this nursery has been great. The Buttercup room staff are fantastic and have always shown such amazing care towards our son. There is always plenty going on, a good amount of information provided via the parent app, and I have never once doubted his safety or happiness here. Would definitely recommend.

They have been fantastic at looking after my little boy from day 1! He is sadly leaving them to start school in September but my youngest will be starting as he leaves. Can’t recommend Little Treasures Academy enough!

Our son is so happy here, settled in so well, clearly has a great relationship with the staff and often comes home having learnt a new skill. He gets the opportunity to take part in all sorts of different activities that we can't do at home and has been able to spend so much time out in the garden. Honestly, can't recommend this nursery enough!

All of the staff at Little Treasures are incredible and have been amazing with my daughter for the past 3 years. She has come on leaps and bounds with the fantastic care and daily activities the children do daily. The best recommendation I can give is that my daughter loves every second that she is there as well as all of the staff who care and have cared for her during her time there. We are so happy with the great service and care, that we are taking our new son as well in May. Cannot recommend them enough.

Our child has been at Little Treasures for just over a year and we could not be happier with how it has gone especially in the current challenging environment. The nursery have been extremely professional and supportive to us during this time. Our child has been in two rooms at the nursery and both have been excellent. It is always hard to leave a baby at nursery but the staff were so kind and caring that very soon our child couldn't wait to leave us and get to nursery. Our child developed a special bond with one of the staff which was so lovely for us when we left. The nursery are communicative through the parent mobile app, providing photos, observations and updates on development which we can use at home. My wife and I are extremely happy with this nursery and would recommend.
