My son attended Child First, Banbury from 8 months until just before his 3rd birthday - the only reason for leaving was a family relocation. We miss the staff daily! They made life so easy for us and our son was unbelievably happy in their care. He developed well in each of the rooms, moving from room to room with no issues as he grew. He ate well (often second portions!) and enjoyed a huge range of well thought out activities. He was most happy in the garden, which was encouraged all year round. There are several staff members that became more like family to us and would take a genuine interest in our child's outside life too. I never worried about leaving him each day and knew he would be perfectly safe and particularly well looked after. I can't recommend Child First Banbury any higher.

Amazing staff and nursery! My 1 year old has just started at the Child First Banbury Nursery and he has settled in so quickly with no tears! He has developed a really strong bond with his key worker, to the point he runs up to her for a cuddle and waves goodbye to me and points to the toys so she will play (he only started a couple of weeks ago and does 2 days a week). I am so happy he enjoys it and I was shocked at how well his first few sessions have gone considering he started a different nursery (more local) and cried non stop! Two members of staff in particular are so friendly, really care for the babies, I couldn't ask for better staff. My son loves going to nursery to play and seeing all the different activities set up each day. In my show round it was clear the nursery has been run very well and has a hands on management team and manager! Who joins the rooms and gets involved with the children to come up with ideas to improve the nursery and development of the children.

My son attended the nursery since he was 2 and settled in really well. The staff were kind, caring and attentive to his needs. He has just started school and after recently having his first parents' evening and hearing how well he is doing is a testament to the staff at the nursery and in the preschool room. Our little girl has just started in the baby room and again has settled really well. I couldn’t be happier with the nursery.

My son goes to Child First. I’ve had nothing but good things from the admin staff through to my son's key workers. You can tell the staff love what they do, it shows in so many ways, as most parents are aware it’s hard leaving your child, but I have no worries at all and they made everything so much better for me and my family! I want to say thank you so much to all the staff at Child First!

My little boy has attended the nursery since he was 9 months old and is still there now at 2. We have always been impressed with the communication from his key people in this time and he is always happy to run in to his room. Everyday we are told he has eaten his food and sometimes finished a second portion too! It is always a good mixture of home favourites and some new meals too. He has recently moved down to the 2 year old room where he is really enjoying the outdoor garden space, no matter what the weather brings. The nursery share photos a couple of times a month which are really nice to receive whilst at work. It is so nice to send my little boy in to nursery knowing he is happy and going to have a great day!

Great overall experience and helpful to my child. Great development and learning for my child and assisting in my child’s progress. Friendly and great keyperson that went the extra mile. They worked hand in hand with us.

Child First Nursery is an exceptional child care setting! The amazing nursery staff are so lovely and friendly. My daughter absolutely loves attending pre school. The food they provide from the wonderful onsite chef is exceptional and has really improved my child’s eating habits. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nursery.

We have been attending Child First Banbury Nursery since February 2021. From researching extensively local nurseries this one came out on top for us. Not only did they offer availability for the working hours we wanted but they provide everything: nappies, formula, food etc (and the food is all freshly prepared on-site too which is a bonus!). The staff have always been nothing but extremely helpful and lovely and it is clear that a bond was made straight away - we haven’t had any tears to go in, just smiles and arms open ready for a day of fun! We always get daily updates on what’s happened in the day and the communication for us has always been great too. Would really recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe environment, full-on fun for their little one!

My son has been attending Child First in Banbury since November last year and throughout this time has clearly loved it. We are always hearing about how happy he is and this can be seen in the pictures and videos we get from the nursery through the app. He is well fed, well looked after and we are very happy with the service that Child First provide. I would absolutely recommend this nursery!

My son attends this nursery, and loves every moment he is there. The nursery have plenty of learning opportunities through play. The environment is safe and the staff are friendly and caring. I have full confidence in leaving him in the mornings knowing he will enjoy his day.

Whilst we haven't been able to see our child in the nursery because of the restrictions, we are absolutely certain that she is taken care of the best way possible. She loves the people who take care of her, she is always happy to go and always has a big smile at the end of the day. All of the staff we met are welcoming, reassuring, friendly and very professional. I don't think there is anything else I could hope for.

I have been really pleased with Child First Banbury Nursery. My son joined when he was eight months old and has now been there two months. The staff have been great and really helped my son settle in. He now loves it there and I have noticed a definite improvement in his abilities since he’s been there. They have a good variety of toys and activities and a great array of home-cooked meals. Thank you very much, Child First Banbury Nursery.

My daughter absolutely loves it, every morning she wakes up with a smile and is very exited to go to nursery, say hi to the teachers and play with her friends. The food is amazing and my daughter eats a full meal, snacks and tea, she really enjoy it. The outside areas are very big and full of toys to play with, they also do a lot of activities like colouring and making new creations out of paper. They get your little ones to make cards for special days like valentines, mothers day and many more. Your children really get good education and you have nothing to worry about. The staff are really nice, polite and help you with anything that you need. Overall, I really highly recommend this nursery because its a really good source of education and your kids will have lots of fun. Thank you so much for everything that you have done for my daughter, it is very much appreciated.

Just to give a viewpoint from a lockdown and pandemic nursery start, we started at Child First Banbury Nursery in October last year when my daughter was twelve months old, having grown up as a lockdown baby. Child First Banbury Nursery have been brilliant throughout the whole process, very reassuring and always quick to respond to queries. I was particularly anxious about the settling in process and we made a plan for it together, thankfully it went very smoothly and my little one is so happy going in now. She launches herself from my arms to theirs! I was really considering not using a nursery given the current climate but I am so grateful for the normality, richness of experiences and human contact it gives my little one, especially with no local family to rely on. I particularly love the free-flow child-led approach. The staff are really wonderful, especially given the risk they take everyday by coming to work, they are so cheery and welcoming and I really trust leaving my little one with them.

Our daughter loves attending nursery and she gains so much from it. She has a great relationship with her key worker and always seems so excited to spend the day with her. It’s wonderful that she can attend somewhere that not only attends to the necessary childcare needed while we work but also brings her so much joy and education. This seems especially important as she was born just before the pandemic and so nursery has been the first opportunity she has had to socialise with other children and adults. We would highly recommend Child First Banbury Nursery.

Since my little boy has attended Child First Banbury Nursery his confidence, social and emotional development have improved significantly. All staff are welcoming and will go above and beyond to help with any questions you need answering. The nursery is very child-focused and you can sense it from the front door; it is very welcoming and inviting. Child First Banbury is an amazing nursery and goes above and beyond expectations. I wanted to thank all staff for their continued hard work, prior and during Covid19, the level of care has not changed and you can see each member of staff is there to provide love, nurture and comfort to each child that enters the building. It really is a home from home for my little boy and I feel more than comfortable in leaving my little boy in the care of Child First.

My daughter has attended nursery since September 2020 and loves it. Nursery have been fantastic in settling her in, they are so welcoming and clearly care about her. I was particularly worried as due to Covid she had limited interactions with others and was really quite shy however she has come out of her shell massively and is so unbelievably confident and that is in part due to how fantastic nursery are. The communication from nursery is always brilliant and it is clear that staff really know the children well and care. I have also worked with the nursery professionally before my daughter attended and have always been impressed with their safeguarding procedures.

Caring, attentive, kind and fun. Just a few words to describe the amazing team at Child First Banbury. My daughter absolutely adores her time here and always comes home full of smiles. The varying daily activities have been amazing for her development. The onsite chef is incredible! She now eats foods that I couldn't even get near her before!

Two of my children go to Child First Nursery. They are such a lovely, welcoming nursery. I was very nervous about putting my nine-month-old in so young but I needn’t have worried because they made her feel so comfortable and she settled in straight away. It is a home away from home. They were also so flexible when I wanted to increase the hours and had that put in place within a week. Such kind, caring staff and we couldn’t be happier sending our children there knowing they are getting the best care and attention. Not only that, but my three-year-old comes home learning something new every day. They stretch the children’s mind and he has come on leaps and bounds. Thank you Child First!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Child First Banbury; from the beautiful setting to the passionate and caring members of staff, it really is an exemplary nursery. Both our children have attended Child First and have absolutely loved it. The child-led ethos creates such a wonderful environment for the children to grow - I have truly felt that our children's interests have been pursued and nurtured. The staff clearly love their jobs and are so welcoming to both children and their families - the team are managed by a team who are so supportive and accommodating to individual needs. The food offered is all made fresh within the house and the menu is always varied and appetising. It's a huge weight off of our minds knowing that our children have been so happy and well cared for whilst we've been at work. It really is a home from home. We'll miss them all dearly when they outgrow Child First!

Child First Nursery is an exceptional child care setting! The amazing nursery staff are so lovely and friendly. My daughter absolutely loves attending pre school.
