My daughter started in 2023, at 15 months old. The first room she was in she settled into incredibly well and very quickly. The girls working with my daughter have always shown so much care and love towards her, I felt so relieved that my daughter was happy and enjoying her time there after me being so nervous that she was even attending nursery. They do so many daily activities, all with updates and photos through their app. Outside playtime is also a daily thing, which is important to growing children! The food is exciting and fresh, the menu's totally varied, fish (which my daughter still won't eat at home but eats at nursery), curries, roast dinners, pasta, soup (even gazpacho in the summer!), pies, and however many more different foods, which I think is an amazing variety for children. Healthy snacks at snack times, and puddings daily also. Any incidents which happened have been reported very quickly to me, helping me feel my daughter's safe. I could go on, but out of space.

Since my son joined in 2023, the team has done so many amazing things for him that it's hard to list them all-but here are just a few highlights. One staff member has been helping him develop his creativity and language skills. Another has encouraged him to explore mixing paints, fostering both his creativity and fine motor skills. One has supported his focus on solving puzzles, helping him strengthen his problem-solving and numeracy skills. Another has been guiding him during activities with his friends to build towers and laughing as they tumbled down, promoting his social development and sense of fun. It's also amazing to have access to the app, where I can see details of his day-like how long he slept, what he ate, and how he played. It's so reassuring as a parent to feel connected to his daily experiences. A huge thank you to management and the entire team for everything you've done to help him grow and for creating such a supportive, stimulating environment. I'm truly grateful.

Our daughter has attended Smart Tots Nursery since the age of 10 months and the wonderful staff has helped her learn and thrive, growing in the happy, confident and smart little girl she is. Their dedication, care, early years experience have been pivotal in ensuring our daughter has a great time, she is so happy when I tell her in the morning it's another nursery day. The staff provides excellent and diverse play and learning activities, both indoors and outdoors. The food is healthy and cooked on the premises, the menu is varied on a weekly rotation and the staff is very attentive to food intolerance's/allergies. Opening times are very convenient for working parents and Smart Tots offers extra early drop off / late pick up options, which we have used in the past. All in all we are so pleased with our choice as we have peace of mind that when our little one is not with us she is in a stimulating, nurturing environment she loves and where she can learn and have fun.

We looked around several nurseries before choosing Smart Tots for our 1-year-old and could not be happier with our decision. The manager is superb and has been a pleasure to deal with. The staff are all incredibly caring (many longstanding) and engaged with my daughter who loves going in every day to take part in lots of messy and fun activities which I can see on the brilliant app. The lack of official parking and outside play space hasn't been an issue to date with all other aspects (including the excellent opening hours) making up for this. Thank you Smart Tots for being the best nursery team a full-time working mum could wish for!

All the staff are welcoming and friendly. My child is happy to be left with any of them, not just her key worker. My child is well socialised and gets plenty of variety during her time at nursery. The app is really useful for keeping updated throughout the day and we really look forward to seeing photos of what she has been up to each day.

Cannot recommend this nursery any more. My child has settled in so quickly, and the transition from her old nursery has been smoother than we could ever have wished for. The staff are so lovely, the communication is second to none, and she literally runs in there excited every single day. We only wish we’d moved her sooner! Thanks to all staff at Smart Tots!

Amazing staff. Friendly. Caring. The warmth you feel from the minute the door opens is incredible. I feel that my child is always safe, loved and cared for, just the same as I am with them. They are all informative, very knowledgeable about my child and very forthcoming with how the day has gone. You cant ask for more when it comes to Smart Tots staff. I love how they make you feel confident with every one of them. When my child gets to the door ready for the day, the smile that beams from their face are amazing. The food is excellent. A good variety every week. Milk feeds to nappy changes, and the app is excellent and easy to use. The play time outside is a firm favourite for my child. The activities in the day are brilliant and change all the time. I can’t ask for more, and I won’t because what they offer is brilliant. Thank you, Smart Tots.

Our little boy has been going to Smart Tots since he was 12-months-old. We have always found the nursery to be excellent, from the caring staff to the activities they do and the array of meals provided. Would thoroughly recommend this nursery. We have never found anything that isn't too much trouble for them. Very accommodating to any requests.

My daughter has been attending Smart Tots since she was 9 months old, I’m extremely happy with the service they give. Since the first settling-in session, she has had a smile on her face every time she is handed over to one of the staff members. The app is amazing and keeps me updated every 1-2 hours on what she’s eaten/toilet/slept/played with. All the staff are very friendly (although I haven’t met many due to Covid) the Manager always puts me at ease and explains everything for me. They have followed my routine I have given them for what I do with my daughter at home. I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend it.

My daughter has been attending this setting since January 2020. Her confidence has grown massively! I truly believe they have helped her so much, become the bright and bubbly character she is today! The manager and the girls work incredibly hard, and they are one of a kind. It takes a lot to trust your child with someone else, but Smart Tots is a family.

This nursery is just what we were looking for. Our daughter has settled in from the moment she arrived at 9 months old. The staff were and still are kind, caring, friendly and extremely helpful. They put the needs of the children at the centre of their focus. They put us at ease returning to work and we would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. The whole running of the nursery is fantastic and we have no negatives to share.

I'm very satisfied with the nursery. Very friendly staff. My kid adapted very quickly and loves going there every day. He found friends and mentions some of them very often. After just 2 months my son is more open to other kids and has improved his English very much. Thank you so much for the efforts and the lovely job you are doing.

My daughter has been attending since July when my maternity leave finished and I returned to work- we couldn't be happier with our experience so far. She has such a good time and always seems to be having lots of fun- I love seeing what she gets up to during the day through the app. There is such a wide selection of toys and activities on offer including the outdoor space. The staff at Smart Tots are professional, friendly and caring and I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Smart Tots is a lovely nursery! All the staff are welcoming. My daughter has been attending since May 2019. They have an app that they update throughout the day, so you know what your little one is getting up to. The photos are brilliant.

We have used Smart Tots since our daughter was seven months old and she is now three and a half. We have been consistently reassured and impressed by the exceptional standard of care given by the staff to the children. Our daughter loves going there and we feel completely at ease when we drop her off, knowing that she is going to be well looked after. Special thanks to the staff for all that they do. Our daughter has formed a very special bond with her keyworker too which we are truly grateful for.

I got called back into work before Christmas for two days a week before my maternity leave was due to end. I was so worried about childcare, as it was never our plan for our little one to be in a formal setting at such a young age and we didn't have long at all to find a suitable setting for him. I've been beyond pleased with the experience we've had at Smart Tots, I know how much my little boy loves it and will miss it! The staff made the experience so easy and straightforward for me as a first time mum leaving her baby for the first time and I can tell that my little one has such a strong bond with his two wonderful key workers. I can highly recommend Smart Tots, the care he has received is wonderful.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for over a year now and she has built some amazing bonds with the girls. They provide a home from home environment catering for all her needs. She enjoys a range of fun and educational range of activities and loves all the meals which are prepared fresh daily for her. Highly recommend.

Both of our children have attended Smart Tots, and both have enjoyed a wonderful experience. Our son has attended for over two years, and he has been extremely well cared for and challenged. The staff are all very warm, supportive and professional. Communication between the nursery and parents is also very good. There is a real family feel to the nursery, unlike larger nurseries. My children have loved attending and both settled in quickly. My son has particularly enjoyed learning French too. We highly recommend Smart Tots and thank the team for all their support over the years.
