View Full Details of Busy Bees Dorking Westcott RoadMy daughter has been attending Busy Bees at Westcott Road since January 2023 and she enjoys it. The staff are really friendly and at the end of the day, when we pick her up, they tell us what they did that day. They do lots of activities and when the weather is nice they stay in the garden. I would highly recommend Busy Bees.
My older daughter attended Busy Bees at Dorking Westcott from 2021 until starting school last year, and my youngest has been there since she was 12 months. We have had only positive experiences with the nursery; all the staff are lovely, and the manager and senior staff are very experienced. We get regular updates via the app, including photos and meals, and the workers let us know how the day has gone at pick-up. The nursery is clean and organised, and a really nice environment. Most importantly, both our children were/are really happy there, and are flourishing.
My son has become a very confident and happy little boy. He really enjoys all the activities in the nursery. He loves exploring all the different resources that are on offer. He is very familiar with the staff and affectionate. Overall, we are very happy with the choice we made for our little boy, we know that he is growing up in a very caring, calm and exciting environment.
It's a great nursery with wonderful staff.
We are very happy with the nursery. It is a great team of ladies. They are always caring, patient and kind. They plan lovely activities and prepare children beautifully for school. A massive thank you from us.
Our daughter loves going to Busy Bess Day Nursery, always comes home smiling. The staff do a lot of activities and keep us posted on their app. Happy all around.
My daughter loves attending nursery, is always excited to go and has made lots of friends. The staff are all very caring and understand her needs and strengths. They always do different exciting activities and eat a lovely menu of meals. My daughter had developed very well and nursery know everything about her and I am confident in her preparation for pre-school as well and the ability concerns are raised and taken seriously if needed.
Our little girl has been going to Busy Bees Westcott since she was four months old. From the start, the staff and management welcomed her with open arms and have been just as lovely and caring since. She is 18 months now. She loves going to nursery. It is very comforting to know that she is loved and gets the best care while I am at work. The nursery staff are wonderful and send daily updates on meals, sleep times, and nappies, as well as pictures and observations of the various activities they arranged for the little ones.
My daughter has been attending Busy Bees since August 2020 and is only leaving because it's now time for her to go to school. We previously had her at another non Busy Bees in Dorking before the pandemic and let me tell you, this nursery is in a completely different league. The staff see this as a calling more than a job and are all lovely and warm to the children. The manager is amazing and is always looking for ways to improve the children's experience. At her previous nursery, my daughter would always cry when we left her and when I would look through the window she always looked sullen and was on her own in a corner whilst staff chatted nearby. It was heartbreaking to be paying such a sum of money for care and to see your child unhappy. Now at Busy Bees, she can only have what I describe as a sparkle in her eye and really enjoys it. She waves goodbye, hugs staff and her playmates and she and the staff will greet each other when we are out in town. I can't praise this place enough!
This International Women's Day, Busy Bees Westcott Road read and created activities 'Votes for Women' plaques for the children after reading them Little People Big Dreams - Emmeline Pankhurst. I am so humbled by the nursery's commitment to teaching children about equality. Wonderful to see the positive way in which the teachers continue to inspire my three year old! My one-year-old has got so much to learn, it's the best environment I could have asked for.
My wife and I have been blown away by the professionalism, care and passion of the staff at the nursery. We currently have our son booked in for three days a week and he absolutely loves going. It is great to get the updates on the app and we love chatting to the staff about his progress and their passion for his development. The team have managed a difficult period of lockdown restrictions superbly and have been flexible and helpful when we have needed to change or amend days.
The Westcott facility is excellent. Staff friendly, helpful. My child is getting the best care and the food provided is of a high quality. The education resources used are innovative and of a high standard. Management is excellent.
My son runs into nursery every morning and is really happy and smiley when I collect him at the end of the day. I feel that is testament enough to how wonderful the staff are. He has developed really well since attending and the management are very responsive and hands on. We as a family are very happy with the care our child receives and would recommend this nursery.
The best nursery, my son is very happy when he knows it the day of nursery. He is going 3 times per week. The food is very good. The teachers are very well trained.
Our daughter absolutely loves her days at Busy Bees. Her confidence has improved so much since starting and she learns so much as well. The activities are so fun and educational. I love the way the staff keep us updated on observations and the photos uploaded make me smile every day. I could not recommend more.
Busy Bees provides excellent care for my daughter. They make learning fun and creative for all ages. The staff and management are dedicated to their work. They are always professional, friendly and are great communicators. They have great team-work ethics. Food is cooked on-site, is always fresh, healthy with a variety for children to try. The nursery is always spotlessly clean and the children have a large variety of indoor and outdoor activities planned each day. All team members follow covid 19 regulations and safeguarding seriously.
Lovely staff. My daughter is always well looked after, happy environment for children. I would highly recommend it to anyone I know.
Busy Bees has never failed us in its duty of care. I have had two children attend the nursery, and my youngest is currently attending. Both of my children have enjoyed considerable kindness and attention to their individual needs recognised and accommodated. The Nursery is a happy environment and the biggest asset is the wonderful staff who really know the children and are effusive with praise and other constructive needs. A brilliant place.
We are very happy with the nursery. Both our boys have been/are in the nursery and they were/are very happy and thrive there. We are happy with the way the nursery is coping during the pandemic and appreciate that it has not been easy. The staff are great and it is evident that our child adores them, this is testament to the friendly and nurturing environment the nursery has created. Like a home away from home. I find communication good and really like the new app, even though there appear to be some teething issues at our site, it is a small site/outside space but they make good use of it and feel it's sufficient for needs of small children.
My daughter has been at Busy Bees at Dorking Westcott Road for coming on 2 years. She always comes home happy and having learnt something new. The staff are superb, we always see the same ladies and they know my daughter well and she knows them. I feel possibly one of the best elements is that I really trust them with what’s most important to me. Beyond that, the nursery is clean, the food good and a nice home-like environment. I prefer this over more school-like/purpose-built nurseries. The manager is also really on the ball and during these difficult Covid times we have still felt safe with our daughter going. Overall very happy and our new twins will for sure go here!
