We absolutely love N family - Cobham! Our son started at 12 months after we moved to the area and just in 8 months we have seen a massive change in his development from his self-confidence to interacting with others. The staff are amazing and he often says their names at home and is always excited to go to nursery. The facilities are great and we are so glad to see him thriving!

N Family Club is - in every sense - an outstanding nursery. We used it from 2020-2024. The nursery stayed open throughout the pandemic and has gone from strength to strength. Each room is well run and tailored carefully to the age group in question. A lot of thought goes into the curriculum and the team provides thoughtful daily updates on activities done. Forest school is a particular highlight, with lots of great short-day trips. Toilet training was well supported and the team accommodated our needs and worked hard to build on the work we were doing at home. We were really sad to say goodbye, but the school readiness programme is nurturing and comprehensive. A lot of effort is put into transitioning to school in big and small ways in the months before the day comes. We have certainly seen the benefit of it on the other side. All of the team are amazing and work so hard. Their training shows, that at no stage in four years did we feel anything other than reassured. You are all superstars. Thank you!

I am beyond happy that we chose to send our son to N Family Cobham! From day one when he started at 14 months, the staff went above and beyond to provide a warm, friendly, comforting, kind, loving and safe environment. What makes this nursery so special is the team - it really does feel like a family! We were greeted with a smile every morning and de-briefed about our son's day upon pick-up in detail. Fresh croissants were provided each morning for the parents - an amazing and thoughtful touch! We were sent daily photos of activities being enjoyed and updates on food/toilet trips. Genuine care and a desire for the children to thrive was felt from start to finish. My son has absolutely loved N Family Club and we are so sad to leave! I would highly recommend this nursery. We recently moved our child to N Family Club - Cobham following a negative experience at our old nursery. We are so happy we made the move. The staff are lovely, kind, caring and supportive. The children are provided with many educational and fun learning opportunities as well as outings. The environment is always very calm and happy. The food provided is of a high quality providing my daughter with nutritionally good food. We are very happy with the nursery and have made recommendations to our friends.

It is extremely easy to positively review N Cobham. It is a well-run, efficient organisation that provides first-class care for our child. Communication and content to the parents is thorough, the activities are varied and the food impressive. Our daughter took to the nursery very quickly which we can attribute to the quality and warmth of the staff whom she loves. Her practitioners go the extra mile, more recently exemplified by helping our daughter with her potty training. Very easy to review the Nursery 5 stars!

Our son has a wonderful time at N Family Cobham. He is deeply attached to many members of staff as well as to other children. The atmosphere is very welcoming and he enjoys all aspects of his time there (food, naps and play). We are excited to send our second son there in due course.

I have had a lovely experience with this nursery. I recently placed my daughter (second child to attend this nursery). The staff are really wonderful and really take on board any feedback or instruction. The general manager is ever accommodating and beaming with positivity. I will forever be thankful that N Family Club was a part of both of my kids' journeys and development and will remember it fondly.

Very caring staff, incredibly supportive with everything even when we have a tricky situation, can't say enough about how brilliant they are. Communication and contact is excellent so we always feel involved.

We are thrilled to have our daughter enrolled at N Family Club for the past 5 months. Our experience with the club has been wonderful. From the caring and dedicated staff to the wide range of activities offered, the nursery provides a professional yet heartwarming atmosphere that she thoroughly enjoys. One of the greatest joys as parents is knowing that our child is both safe and happy environment. N Family Club has exceeded our expectations in this regard and the nurturing environment has also allowed her to truly flourish. Her verbal skills have noticeably improved, and she proudly demonstrates her cognitive development at home. The club's commitment to keeping us informed about our child's well-being and performance is remarkable. The regular updates help us to stay involved in her daily experiences. Their willingness to address any concerns or questions we have is greatly appreciated. We eagerly look forward to witnessing her continued progress at the N Family Club.

Fantastic team. Hugely dedicated, caring and always very welcoming. Our daughter loves going there and the weekly meal plans are exceptional. We love getting the daily activity update on the app and the pictures always bring a smile to my face.

Both of my children have been at N Family for 12 months, and my daughter is now successfully settled in school. The staff engage with the children, and I know my children are well looked after and part of a little family. The menu is like no other I’ve seen, with a very good range of healthy food. When the time comes for my son to move to school, I will be genuinely sad not to see the amazing people who have helped to nurture and guide my children.

I am very happy with N NFamily Club - Cobham. We have recently joined (at the start of the year), following a move to the area, and my 3-year-old son struggled initially with our move. The nursery was so patient and kind with settling, which took longer than anticipated. Now it’s a joy bringing him in, he is so happy and is making some lovely friends. All the staff I have met have been very friendly and welcoming. A big bonus is the delicious breakfast snacks made by the nursery chef... yum!

All of the staff at the N Club - Cobham has been nothing short of amazing with our daughter. When she started at 9 months, we were worried about her separation anxiety, but after a few weeks of settling, she has really thrived. She’s so happy at drop-offs, we feel informed throughout the day and happy with her progress. We are always incredibly jealous of the menus the kids get each week, too.

A nurturing and educational environment with excellent staff who are attentive and supportive. The curriculum is fantastic, and the menu gives us a piece of mind that our child is eating well and getting all the nutrition he needs.

A lovely and friendly nursery. The facilities are great - lots of variety of activities and a nice outside space. Teachers are all very welcoming and have shown great patience with our daughter who took a while to settle.

Fantastic nursery, our son is very happy there. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable and always welcome us with a smile. Communication is very good and we can easily contact a member of staff if we need to. Children are provided with individual next steps and the activities planned are exciting and age-appropriate. We cannot fault the care our son receives and would highly recommend this nursery.

It's a fantastic nursery, with such supportive and caring staff. Our son started just before his 2nd birthday and settled in extremely quickly. He has grown a strong bond with his key worker and the other staff members in his room. It's been such a pleasure watching him develop over the last few months. We get daily updates via the app, and it is always lovely to see pictures of our son having fun and doing interesting activities.

My son has been with N family, since he was one and he has loved it there. The facilities are excellent and the provision of forest school is a bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I have felt very happy leaving my son in their care for the past 4 years.

Our daughter has attended N Family Cobham for the past 2.5 years and we are so happy with how she has thrived at the nursery. All of the staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The nursery is beautifully set up with different areas for creative crafts, cosy book reading, role play etc. and she participates daily in a huge range of activities, games, yoga, cooking, forest school etc. as well as fun extras from time to time like a visit from a farm and Zoo Lab! She has a great bond with her key worker and head of room but has also got to know and love all of the staff at the nursery too. I am still blown away by the incredible menu and snacks that are provided for her. For parents as well, the opportunity to grab coffee and treats in the morning is an added bonus, the muffins are so good! We've loved the free parent talks from top authors and experts and learned handy tips. We are thrilled to see her so happy at nursery!
