Since my daughter has joined the nursery she has come on in leaps and bounds learning and growing everyday. The staff are fab and make you feel at ease even when you have a upset child at drop off.

Could not be happier with our nursery experience so far. Our son had just turned 9 months when he started here in Sept and as a first time mum feeling quite anxious and emotional at the thought of leaving him for me to return to work, I needn't have been as he is absolutely thriving here and the staff are out of this world. Our son has just moved on from the Baby room to the Toddler room and after a small adjustment period he is loving the new setting. We have already booked our place for our daughter who will be joining him later this year at Kiddi Caru Hengrove! We feel so incredibly lucky that this nursery is on our doorstep and that we were able to secure spaces here as I know it's become very challenging for parents to find childcare recently so we are really grateful to have found such a gem of a nursery, he absolutely loves the staff there and we love the updates on the app (would love more of those!) that let us know how he's getting on and what skills he's learning. So happy!

We recently moved our son to this nursery and in the short time he has been here we have already seen a massive change in his communication and what he is able to do. The staff have all been amazing and helped him to integrate very quickly. Their communication with us on how each day has gone and his overall development has also been great.

My daughter is thriving at Kiddi Caru Hengrove, thanks to the wonderful staff - she loves going in and always has stories of the fun activities she gets up to. The nursery is excellent at providing daily updates, along with photos and videos. The staff's passion, enthusiasm and diligence is ever present and I couldn't be happier with the setting. I would wholeheartedly recommend that any parent send their child here.

The incredible staff truly set this nursery apart. They are kind, personable, and genuinely care about my daughter's well-being. We receive regular updates not only from her key worker but also from nursery management, which keeps us well-informed. My daughter loves everyone at the nursery and is thriving in their care. I'm confident she's growing and developing in such a supportive environment. We couldn't be happier!

I couldn't be more happy with the support and care that we have received for my son. He started in January aged 6 months and the team - especially the staff - are just amazing. They really care about the children, and I am so certain that my son is having a wonderful time when he goes. Really, I couldn't be more pleased with everyone at Hengrove - the support we get through the app is excellent, regular updates and good information on some of the activities he is doing. Thanks again to all the staff for being so wonderful!

Kiddi Caru Hengrove are fab! My daughter absolutely loves attending and looks forward to her days with her teachers and friends. She comes home singing new songs, singing along, and a much more varied diet due to being introduced to new food and thriving there. Her teachers are brilliant, and always go the extra mile to let us know how she is getting on and how her days have been. So pleased we chose Kiddi Caru Hengrove!

The nursery has improved steadily over recent months following the takeover by the group and new branch management. The management is far more reasonable and welcoming. Staffing levels have improved, with new staff being enthusiastic and great with the children. The food is well received by my child, and the activities are varied and engaging.

My daughter's first week in the nursery was really great! The staff were very kind and mindful in getting her settled in and answering all my questions. Their efforts were much appreciated.

My son has been attending this setting for the past two years. He absolutely loves it and is always talking about his friends, the staff and what they’ve been doing. As a parent, I’ve been incredibly impressed with the management and the rest of the team. All of the children seem happy and content and they are exceptionally caring towards the children. I’ve asked their advice on several occasions and they’ve gone out of their way to help. I know we will both be very sad when the time comes to move up to primary school.

My child loves attending this nursery and runs off happily each time she goes. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always on hand to answer any questions. I’ve only given four stars as the app seems very hit-and-miss. Sometimes I receive lots of updates then it seems nothing apart from lunch for a week or two. Would love to see more pictures and videos of the time my child is there.

Our children have been going to this nursery for 2 and a half years and have recently increased their hours. They love going to nursery and talk about the staff and children at home. They often play 'nursery' at home so it's safe to say they absolutely love it. Recently on pick-up, they have been asking why I've been picking them up so quickly as they have been having fun. The staff at the nursery are lovely everyone is so friendly and always willing to help with anything needed.

Our son has been with the nursery since January 2023. It is still early days into our experience however, our son enjoys going and we can already see things he is learning. The staff seem friendly enough and our son is very fond of them all. The app is a great tool to see what they have been up to. I appreciate there are a lot of children to care for but would be nice to see this updated more often.

I have 2 children at the nursery and they are very happy there! The staff are absolutely lovely and really care about the children. I know the nursery have had issues with staffing and they have done a great job recently of covering so that the two rooms can remain open. They have recently started going back on trips out and about and looking forward to more of those. The garden overlooks a busy road which is a shame but obviously not a fault of the nursery! The manager is fab and knows all of the children really well.

The manager and the team here are brilliant. Very friendly and inviting. My son absolutely loves it here. His speech has come on brilliantly since attending and he has become very outgoing and eager to experience new things along with being very confident in every aspect of life. The only thing I would say could be improved on is the child portal where parents can see what their child has done during the day activity-wise and meals etc. Only meals and nappy changes are logged nothing else so it would be welcomed massively if it could be updated with pictures, descriptions etc of what they have done during the day once a week or something along those lines. As I would love to know in more detail what he has been doing/learning. But other than that, lovely place for my son and would highly recommend it to others.

My 2-year-old son attends nursery at Mama Bears Wells Road. The team there have been so fantastic in his development. He was born during the covid pandemic and has had a hard time mixing with other children or leaving me. The team have always put my mind at ease by keeping me up to date via updates on the app or calling to reassure me when he hasn’t been so happy going in in the morning. He always leaves with a smile on his face and tells me all of the activities he’s done during the day, whether this be painting pictures, playing outside or going on a bear hunt. I couldn’t work without having the appropriate support from such a good nursery and they really don’t get enough credit for what they do. Thank you to everyone at Mama Bears for making my son and myself feel so comfortable, we don’t know what we’d do without you.

My child has a great time. The staff are friendly and activities seem engaging. I have no concerns over the safety and welfare of my child. I have not given 5, however, as the senior management is very questionable. Policies are introduced to protect the bottom line and not the welfare of children. The policies are not available for parents unless you know to ask for each individual policy. When senior management has been on site, they are rude to parents.

Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. All the staff are lovely and do their jobs with such high standards. My child absolutely loves going to nursery and has the best time there. If he had his own way he would quite happily stay there instead of moving up to reception at a new school.

My daughter has been with Mama Bear's for just over a year, she only goes one morning per week but she absolutely loves it and is thriving. She loves to tell me all about her day at school (as she calls it!). The staff are all very friendly and approachable. The homemade food is also a hit with my daughter who is otherwise a very fussy eater, but she eats most of what she's given at nursery. Look forward to enrolling my 7-week-old when the time comes.
