My daughter has been going to Once Upon a Time for a few months now. The girls are all so friendly and polite. As we pull up in the car I say nursery time with a few of the girls' names she knows and it’s big smiles! The manager has been brilliant, very professional, even when different girls come to the door I haven’t met yet, they are so nice and my daughter will happily go to them. It’s so reassuring knowing she is happy. The app is great, seeing what they have eaten and the photos of them having fun is just another added bonus!

My daughter has been attending Once Upon a Time Nursery since September 2016 and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We chose the nursery as we wanted a smaller, more cosy setting for her and the staff were extremely welcoming. Our daughter has thrived in the 6 months she has been there and this is due to the dedicated, friendly staff, who genuinely care for the children and plan activities around their individual interests. Every member of staff knows our daughter and they give us a smiley welcome at drop off and pick up. The range of activities the children do is fantastic and our daughter is experiencing so much during her time there; outdoor play, painting, making decorations, messy play etc. I am so glad I went with my gut feeling as my daughter is so happy at this nursery. This certainly makes drop off in the mornings easier for us!

The overall standard of care and thoughtfulness of the staff is excellent. They know every child personally and this is helped but the relatively small size of the nursery. They offer flexibility and understanding without prejudice or warning. I am so happy that my child is here and I am safe in the knowledge that he is respected, listened to and understood. His confidence and learning capabilities have grown since being here and this is because of the exceptional staff who care for him.
