We can't recommend Kingsway enough! Our 3-year-old has been attending for about 2 years and she loves it. We are confident that the staff provide love and support, and the meals and activities are great too. We're so grateful to the team for their care and support, treating us as individuals.

My son really loved his time at Kingsway Nursery and still talks about it now. He loved the different activities set out each day and always came home with lots to talk about what he had learnt. The staff were great at settling him when he was a little upset in the mornings and quickly he went off to play.

We are extremely pleased with Partou Kingsway Day Nursery & Pre-School! The staff is caring, lovely, and compassionate, always showing genuine concern for the well-being of each child. They take a personal approach, understanding each child's unique needs and interests, which creates a nurturing environment. Our daughter is very happy here and looks forward to attending every day. It's reassuring to know that she is in such a warm and supportive setting. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention provided! She brings lots of artwork home and her speech development skyrocketed since she joined in December 2024. We're thrilled with how much our child has grown in such a short time!

Our boy started at this nursery in September 2024. He made friends immediately and started to tell me about their adventures. I can tell you that every member of the staff is so patient, loving and caring with the children. I know that my child is safe and taken good care of when he is at nursery. If there is a little accident, they are always letting you know immediately. You can see any improvement and activities through the app that we have access to, which is really handy in my opinion. We are going to miss them when our boy will have to go to preschool! Lots of love and appreciation! Thank you!

Our twin boys started at Partou Kingsway Day Nursery & Pre-School in Jan 25 and the staff have been so lovely. They are quite anxious babies which made me worry for the transition but the staff have been so patient and caring with them, they have settled more quickly than I thought they would. We always get great info about what the boys have been up to in the day which is really appreciated. Thanks team.

My son has always loved this nursery. He has been going for two years. I originally chose it because of the friendly staff and it has never changed in that respect. He always goes in happy and comes out happy! They have made lots of improvements recently with photos and learning updates on their app. The outdoor space is lovely and it's just generally a welcoming safe environment for little people.

We could not ask for more from the manager and the team. They care for our boys and have their best interests at heart. They track their development and they have both come on so much in their care. The boys have developed such strong bonds with the team and their key workers.

At the beginning of my daughter's start at Flower Pots, there was a lot of staff turnover and it was quite hard to get a grasp of who was looking after my child. Since starting pre school room, and the staff (who are consistent in the room) two staff in particular are amazing, my daughter always speaks highly of them! Now get great feedback from them from her day. There’s also other staff who always welcome my daughter and are lovely! I would appreciate more on their journal though although understand there are a lot of children to do this with.

Flower Pots is a lovely nursery with a home-from-home family atmosphere. The staff care deeply about the children and they make every effort to enrich their days. There are some beautiful wooden toys in the baby room. The staff are excellent and I highly recommend this nursery.

Nursery is amazing, nursery staff are so caring and attentive. My child comes in and goes away very happy. Leaving my baby in Flower Pots doesn't give me anxiety like with previous childcare arrangements. I would recommend it to anyone. Keep up the good work, children appreciate it and so do us parents!

My child enjoys going to this nursery. It's nice to see how the staff interact with the children. My child has been going to this nursery for a few years now and there have been a few changes over this time but I am very happy with the current set-up and the staff. They have recently introduced an app where they can give you relevant updates on sleep/food/activities which is handy and the staff are always helpful if you want to discuss anything with them. The environment has always looked safe and impressively clean given some of the activities they get up to!

Substandard nursery. Poor handovers at pick up I know what my child has done during the day. No observations on learning book despite numerous attempts to speak to management about it. Boxes and hazards at door entrances. Management just sit upstairs, no interaction. Would change nursery the minute I can move without disturbing my child!

My daughter has been with the nursery for just over a year she started in the baby room and has come on so much and has settled really the staff are all lovely and caring and always put the children 1st such a lovely team and nursery

Amazing nursery, Lovely layout and beautiful place. Could not fault the girls in the toddler room, my son loves the girls and even talks about them at home. Didn't ever need to worry about the safety or well-being of my child. My son's speech has come on so much since starting. He now knows his colours and can count to 5 and knows all the numbers to 10 although not all the numbers are in the correct order which he could not do before joining in July.

Staff work incredibly hard to keep all those in their care safe and happy. There seem to be lots of different activities on offer and the children spend lots of time out in the lovely garden. We can see that in just a few weeks our children have developed and learnt new skills. We love seeing the updates in Learning Book too. The settling in period was a tough adjustment for us, and one of our children in particular; we were really supported with this and after a few sessions, they love going to the nursery. We can tell our children have formed strong bonds with their key person and the wider team already!

New joiner for 2022, and enjoying our settling in and regular sessions. The toddler room staff are so personable and lovely, my little one has settled in quickly. The only criticism I have is to do with the lack of payment options, but that is absolutely no reflection on the staff as they are great!

I can’t recommend this nursery enough, my daughter always loves her time there and practically breaks down the door in the mornings. She’s learned loads since joining and her key worker always updates us on developments, plus the play activities are always vast and varied. So much messy play, I’m glad they do the tidy up! I also really appreciate their big garden which means there’s always outdoor time even in iffy weather. The staff are really practical too - they have spare clothes available and the meals are always well balanced and varied. My daughter has never lost anything and the few times she’s been ill everyone’s been very caring and even checked up on us at home. I’ve already recommended the nursery to my friend whose daughter is due to join shortly. Big thumbs up from me!

My baby girl attends the nursery as my older son. My son has been there since he was 9 months old although there has been a lot of staff come and go I couldn’t honestly ask for anyone better to look after my son. One member of staff, in particular, is his absolute world sometimes he even wants to go home with her! She has turned that pre-school room into a safe and homey environment for the children! The children adore her! My little girl attends the baby room and I was very nervous about sending her into a nursery as any mother, and the girls have just made this settling in process so easy my daughter absolutely loves the girls. Even though observations are not all the time the girls genuinely care for the children and give them that time and attention and for me that means everything to know my child is safe and comfortable with the girls. The staff throughout the nursery are friendly. All round we couldn’t pick a better nursery for our children.

A great nursery and noticed a huge improvement in my daughter's confidence, she loved going and looked forward to her session. Staff are lovely and the setting met my expectations. I like that it’s maybe slightly smaller than other nurseries and offered competitive rates. I would happily recommend the nursery.

My daughter loves going to Flower Pots Nursery. She's usually waiting by the door, urging dad to get her there. The staff are amazing: caring, perceptive, friendly, and always keen and happy to share the details of the child's day. We feel very lucky that our daughter is in such safe, loving hands.
