Our little one has made so many wonderful memories at this nursery! The kindness, patience, and care from the entire team have meant so much to us. It's been amazing to see such growth, confidence, and joy in a nurturing and supportive environment. The staff have always been incredibly accommodating, even with last-minute requests, making everything feel effortless and stress-free. A truly special place that we'll always remember with warmth and gratitude. Thank you for being such an important part of these early years!

Our son who has been here for the last 9 months since he turned one, has had a fantastic time here and loves attending. The staff are excellent, the venue is purpose-built with its own canteen, and food choices go down very well. The app keeps us updated with what he's been doing, what and how much he's eaten, and developmental progress along with photos of activities the class has been doing. You really feel informed. The staff are key and in our sons class they are wonderful, friendly, caring and great at their jobs, we're very happy we choose here.

Highly recommend Kiddi Caru! I was so nervous thinking about returning to work after maternity and looked at a couple of childminders and nurseries. Kiddi Caru was recommended to me by one of my friends and as soon as I had a visit, I knew it was the best place for our daughter. It's such a lovely, safe, and clean environment. Everyone is so warm and friendly which made me feel at ease right away as you feel they really do care about your child. We had several settling sessions, building up to a full day. Our daughter took to it so fast, and I was relieved to be able to see her settle in as they kept us in the loop with photos and updates. I feel completely confident that our daughter is in the best hands, developing so many skills and enjoying nursery which has made the transition back into work that bit easier for me. Obviously its difficult being away from her, but I know she is having the best time at Kiddi Caru and is above all, safe and happy! Thank you all so much.

Our daughter has been attending Kiddi Caru since she was 9 months old, we transferred to the Torquay setting when she was 1 year old because we moved house. She is now 2 years old and is thriving, the nursery staff are all so lovely and good with her and she adores them in return. Whilst we still have a few tears at drop-off, she never wants to leave at the end of the day.

We have been delighted with our choice of nursery. Everyone who looks after our baby has been simply brilliant. She has settled in so quickly, she smiles when walking up to the nursery and is always happy playing when I pick her up, not wanting to come home! We have had such clear communication from everyone about how she is doing and all her goings on, we feel so comfortable leaving her with them. Our baby has definitely made progress since being here also. We have really appreciated all the love and care the team has shown both our baby and us, as two nervous, first-time parents! The environment always feels super clean, well-maintained and resourced. All the staff from reception and across the building are kind, attentive, and welcoming. We have recommended you to all our local friends with young babies and a few are now on your waiting list.

My child always comes out smiling and is excited to go to nursery. The staff are all super friendly and keep me updated with messages and pictures throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Kiddi Caru Torquay.

All in all, very good! My little one has a lovely time there and loves the staff members too; she’s always really happy to see them. I feel she’s learning a lot, and it’s certainly helping with her development.

My son is thriving at Kiddi Caru, he is so happy there. The staff are absolutely fantastic, we cannot recommend the nursery enough. They are very thorough and informative in everything they do, we are kept up to date with photos etc throughout the day. Amazing nursery, thank you.

The nursery staff have been absolutely fantastic with my little girl from the moment we viewed almost a year ago to when we started her settling in sessions in July. They are so caring and professional, and I can really tell how much they enjoy their job as their passion shines through. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting and is learning and exploring new things all the time. The app is so reassuring to keep me updated on her eating/drinking patterns and activities whilst at work which saves me a phone call. Very happy we chose Kiddi Caru Torquay for our daughters nursery years. Especially a big thank you to the ladies in Seagulls, what an incredible team.

I always feel super comfortable leaving my son with the girls in pebbles. They are very good with him and understand what he needs. Staff have been amazing with him since starting in pebbles and the communication at handovers is always brilliant. He always has a good day and comes out very happy every week.

I'm so happy I chose Kiddi Caru for both of my girls. Each and everyone who works at Kiddi Caru has been truly amazing. My girls have enjoyed being part of the Kiddi Caru family and I would without a doubt recommend them.

Lovely outside space, very careful with safety. Lovely members of staff. The best nursery in the area for sure. Both children have attended here and have learned so much and been cared for well. Two staff members were amazing room leaders, we loved them so much.

We’ve been really pleased with our child's care. When we collect him he seems happy, engaged and well cared for. He is stimulated and shows affection to all caregivers. Communication has been excellent in recent months, art work coming home, videos and beautiful pictures. The rooms always look like fun has been had. Smiley and chatty staff. Three staff members have been super in helping us with our transition to nursery with our little boy who isn’t even one yet. Engaged and welcoming manager who makes a point of having an open door policy and who is always visible.

My son absolutely loves his nursery days. He has made an amazing bond with a staff member and is really happy when there. The nursery has been fantastic with my child's allergies and ensuring he doesn't get any of the foods he is allergic to. They give me updates, when trying to reintroduce foods at home if there have been any changes with him at nursery. They do a great range of activities that he really enjoys. Can't fault the nursery at all.

Fantastic staff, always clean, my child comes home extremely happy and content plus he eats everything they give him (he’s usually a very fussy eater)! He’s recognising words, letters and numbers, his speech has improved immensely! Makes all the difference knowing how lovely and caring the staff are!

Overall satisfactory. There were a few instances where the class was shut due to staffing issues. Lack of visibility of key workers and sometimes unresponsive. Often had people bringing him over who had not been with my son, so we didn’t have any insight into what he had been doing each day. We have moved to another nursery where my child already seems much happier.

I am just delighted my husband and I chose Kiddi Caru Torquay. My daughter was 6 months old when she enrolled, being so young it seemed like a really difficult and important decision to get right. With Kiddi Caru Torquay, I do not feel the fit could have been better. The team have really gone out of their way to get to know my little girl and to encourage her development, whilst nurturing her outgoing personality; it is just wonderful to see. The team made sure she attended lots of settle in days before she enrolled full-time, she was comfortable and happy from outset. She always greets the nursery practitioners in sandcastles with big smiles, which is so reassuring. In addition, in the few weeks she has been attending, I can also see her coordination and communication skills are developing really well. As a parent I love the regular updates provided in the written daily reports and on the parent app; for me this beautifully bridges the gap between Mother and Daughter whilst I am working.

My son enjoyed his last month at Kiddi Caru Torquay before starting his next journey in reception at his big school. He absolutely loved the class he was in and the staff were amazing, especially one member in particular. (Massive credit to the team) he came out of his shell so much, so thank you. Would definitely recommend and will be using again soon with our second son.

My child was always happy at the nursery. Loved the activities. I trusted the staff to care for my child and inform me when/if needed. The staff are friendly and positive. Happy with the selection on the menu.

My son has been going to Kiddi Caru Day Nursery for 6 months now. He enjoys going because of the staff one, in particular, from Sandcastles. I love the bond she has with my son. I would like to thank her for being absolutely brilliant with him, couldn’t of asked for anyone better to look after him.
