Overall very positive experience, lots of activities for little ones, absolutely loved Forest School as well as Cooking School and Joining Generations Programme. Lovely and caring staff. Flexible hours definitely made it easier for us too. We already miss the place .

Teachers are friendly and there are several varieties of activities for the kids to explore. The teachers are respectful of parents and it was an overall good experience. There can be improvement in the time it takes to open the doors for parents to drop off or pick up their kids.

Choosing Tops Nursery was the best choice I made for my child. The staff are very friendly and supportive for him and for me too. My child sometimes cried when dropped him there because he's very attached to me but once I picked him up from the nursery he was very happy being there. Thank you for being part of my child's story and helping him grow. You are amazing!

I have loved my daughter being in Tops. She has grown into a bright little independent lady and the staff have been amazing. She was in graduation 2024. But not leaving forever! My youngest starts in September. Would definitely recommend. All the staff are lovely!

My first two children attended this nursery. The staff are amazing, they value your opinion. Always there to help. I will always use them and will recommend my friends or family to use them. They have various things for various age ranges.

Both my daughters absolutely love it here, the staff are fantastic and really take the time to bond with and nurture my children on top of providing them with creative, stimulating and educational activities every single session. I truly will be gutted when our journey with Tops is over.

Lovely staff, excellent facilities, very clean and children were all surprisingly chilled on an open day visit which I feel is a reflection of the amazing staff. My daughter loved her time at this nursery and graduated up in to big school but still comes in holidays for the hi5 club which is also outstanding. I highly recommend a visit to see for yourself.

The staff are amazing here, they are always happy to help me and my child, especially with her toilet training. I love the flexibility of hours it really helps with work patterns. My daughter always comes home happy after her day at nursery, this really makes me feel at ease when leaving her in their care.

My daughter is feeling more comfortable in the nursery and she likes the staff. She can’t wait to go to the nursery. When I take her, she is sad because she wants to stay more. She has learned a lot of things in the nursery.

All staff have been very kind and have helped my child settle into the nursery. The daily updates and the app are great. It is always nice to see what he has been doing during the day. There is good communication between home and nursery; both written and verbal feedback is very useful. I am very grateful to all the staff and his key worker, who has been amazing. Thank you to all of you.

I highly recommend this nursery. Both my kids went to this nursery; they were very happy. The staff is amazing and very helpful and lovely. My kids learnt a lot of things, and they were very happy to go to nursery. The nursery is very clean, and they have lots of activities.

My son had a great time learning and playing at Tops Boscombe for three years. The staff really helped nurture his confidence and skills. They were always helpful to parents too. He already can't wait to go back for High 5 in October.

My son has been at Tops Boscombe for just over four months now, and he has settled in so well. I am really impressed with the attentiveness of the staff, how well they communicate everything with me (both the nursery staff and admin staff) and how much my son loves attending. It is great that they make use of the outside space when the weather allows, and they always have different activities going on to keep the children engaged. They provide daily diary updates on the app in a timely manner and also share pictures on a weekly-or-so basis of what my son has been up to, which I love seeing. For me, the things that interested me about Tops more generally was the flexibility of bookings and their commitment to sustainability. I really value that they offer good vegetarian meals for my son and that they are supportive of our choice of using reusable nappies (and actively promote this).

I love this nursery, my little girl won't even say goodbye to me when dropping her off as she just wants to go in and get busy. I love the way they do daily diaries so you know exactly what they have been doing while there, they really take care of the development and understanding of how your child is improving. I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone.

I really rate Tops Nursery Boscombe, so much so that when we moved a couple of miles away, we kept our daughter there rather than move her to a closer one. My daughter has built up great attachments to the staff in the baby room and I really get a feeling that they truly care about my child's wellbeing and happiness. The staff are always friendly and professional and I have recomended Tops Boscombe to a friend of mine who is about to return to work and is looking for a childcare solution.

The staff at Tops Boscombe are just fantastic. Throughout the pandemic, the nursery has been supportive and understanding, whilst ensuring the safety of staff, children and parents. They offer a great range of resources for the children to play with. Additional cooking and forest school too, never mind the flexibility with bookings! It’s awesome!

My son loves going to his sessions. He has got a really good relationship with the staff. Whenever I pick him up, I always have brief feedback about how was he through the day. Everyone is extremely helpful and kind. I am completely satisfied. I received updates about everything, so I am always up to date. The app system gives an insight into what my son was doing, what his interest was for the week. The admin team and manager is also very helpful and understanding, even in tricky situations, and I can comfortably turn to them for help or guidance if needed. I can definitely recommend this branch.

Since my child has started at Tops Boscombe, she has loved every second of it. I was very nervous about sending my baby off to nursery, but the staff and nursery as a whole have made it easy to leave her in someone else care. Would defiantly recommend!

My daughter started with your nursery in June, I was a little worried as she had never been and started just after the main COVID shut down. However, the staff have been amazing both with getting her settled and reassuring me! She absolutely loves going to nursery and has come on personally so much since she started! Thank you all!

I have used tops nursery in Boscombe for almost two years, my sons started at (near) two years old and (near) four years old up to three years old and five years old. * The best: The carers: they divide the children into four areas, each area is for a group of age. There is a main carer for each area plus the assistant(s). All of them were amazing! It's really helpful and comfortable that you can rely on them to care for your child; they always called me if something happened and just to keep me updated of any accident or issue. This is for me what makes difference and matters. I don't want to make this a long and tedious review to read, the negative aspects are really few and are no worthy for comments. This particular nursery has my praise and I will recommend it to anyone.

Choosing Tops Nursery was the best choice I made for my child. The staff are very friendly and supportive for him and for me too. The staff are amazing here, they are always happy to help me and my child, especially with her toilet training. I love the flexibility of hours it really helps with work patterns. I really rate Tops Nursery Boscombe, so much so that when we moved a couple of miles away, we kept our daughter there rather than move her to a closer one.
