My eldest son with SEN attended Tops Day Nurseries: Bournemouth Nursery and the staff were amazing with him. They are very supportive and caring. He was always happy to go to nursery. With this positive experience, I also enrolled my second child and he is enjoying nursery. He is gaining more independence and always excited that he asks to go even on weekends.

Absolutely love this nursery. I have 3 children that have experienced Tops Day Nurseries: Bournemouth Nursery and they love it. The staff are so friendly and amazing with the children. My girls always come out smiling and happy and excited to tell me all about their day. If there are any concerns, I feel so at ease talking to the team and they are so understanding. The process for enrolling my girls is so easy and very quick. Can't fault the nursery at all! Absolutely love it and the new garden!

All staff are so friendly and caring and make all children feel welcome and involved. They have a vast range of activities, including extra curricular activities such as Forest School which is great for outdoor learning. They also do events for the children and parents, my son and I attended Breakfast Morning in the end of September. The staff have feedback to parents everyday. They post photos/videos of the activities that my son is doing, which I love seeing it. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone. My son has grown and has learnt so much since he started nursery. My partner and I work in the hospital so we are immensely benefitted by the flexibility booking options, 6am to 8pm opening times and last minute bookings.

My little girl has been going for a month and she loves it! The staff have been so welcoming and I can't fault them. It was a hard decision putting her into nursery but I am so glad I picked Tops Bournemouth!

My daughter loves going to this nursery. She has only been going one day a week for four months, but she settled really quickly and always goes on and comes out smiling. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. I love the shift booking options, it's easy and so useful for a shift worker. It's great that food is provided and I know she's eating good, nutritional meals.

Such a great start for my daughter's learning. Despite starting during the COVID pandemic, the nursery has offered such lovely learning experiences that were full of kindness and support.

It was a great experience having my son at Tops Nursery. The staff are very accommodating and kind to the young ones. God bless them all for their sacrifice offered to our kids.

Me and my daughter have had a pleasant and great experience over the past 3 1/2 years. She was provided a platform to learn and explore herself to extraordinary experiences that were not possible from home. She is a good team player because of the nursery journey and we as a family are very grateful for all the hard work and support Top Nursery in Bournemouth has shown our daughter and us. Both of our children have graduated with Tops in the last couple of years, having both been in their care since 9/10 months old. What a wonderful experience they have both had! The kind and attentive staff have supported them to thrive. Our children have enjoyed learning through play that has been targeted to their interests and have always been so excited to tell us about their day. Throughout the years they have loved trips out to the Oceanarium, Yoga, Boogie Mites and Forest School - so many opportunities to grow. Our children have both left confident, writing their names and ready and excited for reception. The biggest of thank yous Tops - we will miss you!

Our two children went from the nest to preschool 2 over a total seven year period with a small overlap in 2021. We've been delighted with the fantastic career, education and flexibility that Tops have offered over this time. Of particular note are the messy play and on hot days, water play that they have really enjoyed. Their preschool time has prepared them for school really well and they have had a thorough grounding in letters and numbers which complements what we are practising at home. The bonfire night party and graduation ceremony are special memories with lots of staff effort to make them fantastic. Thank you! Forest school also brilliantly ambitious and adventurous!

We are very pleased with the progress our son is making at Tops. He is well looked after and does a lot of fun varied activities whilst at nursery! He really enjoys going to nursery. I have my full confidence in the staff. They are always friendly. From the management side, they are always very helpful and quick to answer queries.

Our daughter has been attending Bournemouth Tops for the past four years and has really enjoyed her time there. We have always felt that she is well cared for and looked after and the flexible hours have been very helpful for us as my working hours can vary. The nursery offers a good range of indoor and outdoor activities and the staff are friendly and informative, I would highly recommend it.

My two children have both enjoyed their time at Tops Day Nursery. I still have one attending but she will be starting school this year. The staff are brilliant and it is lovely to hear about all the things my daughter has done throughout her day. It is lovely to hear about the friendships she has made and the new things she has learnt.

Since starting my daughter at Tops Day Nursery, I’ve seen one very happy girl. Very attentive care, staff are amazing and ever so helpful and happy in their work and the person-centred care to the children is great too. My daughter is often at the nursery and is very happy and is often very chatty on the way home. I can see the learning she’s achieving as she’s growing into a toddler. Thank you, Tops Day Nurseries.

My little girl has been coming since November and although it's one day per week and although it's been a bit tough for her to settle, she absolutely loves it now. She knows who her staff members are and she loves going in, I think she's more disappointed to come home. I love getting photos of her and her friends playing and taking part in different activities. The staff have been amazing, they are so good with her, they always inform me of her day, how much she has eaten and slept, what they got up to. She always eats all her food so it must be yummy. They get to play outside which is great because she loves exploring and climbing and getting messy and running around. We love her going here, I'd be heartbroken if we ever had to take her out, it's her little time away from me and her dad and it's done her the world of good.

I have had two children attend Tops Day Nurseries: Bournemouth Nursery since they were toddlers and they have both enjoyed their experience during their time, from Explorers up to preschool. Our daughter still currently attends but will be starting school this year. We love seeing and hearing about all the exciting things she has done and learnt each day she attends and the friendships that have been made. Our baby will soon be joining the nursery and will be starting in the nest. We feel confident knowing that she will be looked after by a fantastic team, when she joins.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery at Tops Day Nurseries: Bournemouth Nursery and she adores all of the staff. The progress she has made with all aspects of her development while enrolled at Tops is staggering. There are so many activities and events for her to take part in and the daily play is always fun and varied. Cooking school has been wonderful for her kitchen skills and she now helps peel and chop vegetables at home.

My little boy has just left Tops after 4 and a bit years to go to school. The way he has moved seamlessly from nursery to school has been brilliant and I put this down to his time at Tops, always playing with new people and making him the confident social child that he is.

I have had two children at Tops and they have both loved it. The staff are great and both of the kids have made close bonds with them. Cooking school and forest school were great additions to their time there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for both of my kids. However, the admin isn't great, it takes a long time to get responses to emails. I am also still waiting on my deposits to be refunded a month after my children have left, despite chasing.

Outstanding care provider. My child enjoys attending. She is encouraged to participate in tasks and is always learning. This relates whilst she is at home being more explorative and intrigued by things. She loves eating together which is encouraged by the nursery. The nursery have been exceptional with my requests, even down to how we have potty trained and take the lead from us, which is encouraging. Thank you all.
