Cuddles has been a lifesaver. It is the best childcare provider ever in the area. I have had my 2 kids in Cuddles. I would strongly recommend Cuddles to anyone looking for excellent childcare and peace of mind. The staff are amazing. They are caring and always listening to my daughter's needs. They are respectful to all families and they respect and appreciate differences among kinds due to culture, religion, ethnicity etc. My girls have been always the happiest with Cuddles. I have been also using Cuddles Holiday Club and it has been brilliant and cost-effective. If you are looking for a place where your kid will be happy and well looked after, then Cuddles is the perfect place.

My children have been with Cuddles, Parkstone for a total of 4 years between them. The staff and environment are second to none and I couldn't have wished for better. Sadly, my son leaves cuddles this year to move on to a big school; and I know I'll be very sad to not only leave nursery days behind, but this nursery and staff in particular. They have helped my children progress enormously, providing encouragement and giving them the confidence they need to start in school life. My son has said that he "loves nursery affinity" (infinity) and doesn't want to leave the staff and other children in his class. Thank you all for everything you have done for not just my children, but for me over the past 4 years. Your support has been so gratefully received. We'll miss seeing you every day!

I can rate this nursery highly enough, it’s fantastic. Both of my girls have been at Cuddles from the age of 1 year until they started school (my youngest is due to start school this September). The staff are amazing and the care is excellent. The nursery is perfect for getting them ready for school! Both my girls love Cuddles.

Absolutely amazing nursery! My daughter joined the baby unit at just 6.5 months old and has thrived under their care. The communication between the admin team and ourselves has been super efficient and quick and the communication and feedback from the staff who work with my daughter is always detailed and positive. I’m so pleased we chose it as it has a lovely welcoming family feel to it and the staff, although busy, always make time for you. They cater brilliantly to my little one’s allergy and are so caring and lovely! Thank you.

My daughter settled very quickly even if she started later. The staff are amazing, and my daughter considers them her best friends! I think that it’s the most important part, she feels safe and cared for and has a lot of fun activities during her stay. She loves it here! A big thank you to all of you for helping me with the growth of this beautiful tiny human. You guys are the best! Keep it up.

I love the nursery and I feel like my daughter has grown and learned a lot. We are satisfied with the team, which is brilliant. I really recommend thank you all for the excellent work and the little hoots room.

My daughter loves it here. She has progressed so much since joining. The staff are lovely and keep you informed of what the kids have been doing each day. Will be sending my young daughter here.

We have had 2 of our children at the nursery and would highly recommend it to anyone. The setting is perfect with lots to do for the children, great access and parking for parents, and lovely staff who are friendly and treat all the children like they would their own. Fantastic indoor and outdoor play options and lots of trips out, great food options, and reasonably priced. Impressed with the nursery and how much my children have developed in confidence and academically.

Cuddles (Parkstone) has been recommended to us by friends and cannot be happier that we have chosen this nursery. Our experience has been amazing since the settlement days. The staff has been so supportive, caring and loving that we can not be more grateful. All activities and materials are well-planned to suit all children’s interests and needs. Our little girl goes to the nursery with great excitement and pleasure. Many thanks to our key worker, the whole Little Hoots team and the rest of the staff.

We are so happy to have chosen Cuddles. All the staff are extremely caring and our daughter loves her time there. She has learnt so much and has made really solid friendships with the security of the care around her. The communication between the nursery and us has also been incredible and we are involved in everything she is learning.

As a mum, I think it can be pretty daunting when choosing a nursery for your child but upon my first visit to Cuddles, I was amazed at the attentiveness and outstanding care they provide for the children there! My son started at the nursery in early 2023 and was about 1 and a half when he joined. He was a very reserved and a quiet boy but after just a few months, he’s very outgoing and a chatterbox. He’s gone from only saying basic words to singing songs, knowing lots of different animals and generally being really confident in lots of things. And I can only thank Cuddles for helping him grow, learn and to become a bubbly toddler. He’s an only child so I was worried about how he may be around other children but going to nursery has taught him to be confident around adults and children, and how to share and take turns. He is always so eager for the day when we arrive at nursery as he adores the whole team in his room. They are all very lovely, caring and absolutely excellent at what they do!

I’ve had absolutely no problems with the nursery since October when my daughter first joined. The staff are brilliant with her and the other children. My daughter has a wonderful time there. Always tells me how she’s “had fun at school today”. Her speaking and listening have come on so well since she’s been here. Every day is different activities and she loves it.

My Son attends Cuddles Day Nursery Parkstone and he really enjoys it, he is learning alot and the staff always provides fun activities. I find the staff very friendly and helpful, and the staff are always happy to answer any questions I may have, or point me in the right direction. The playrooms always look clean. I would highly recommend Cuddles Day Nursery Parkstone. My Daughter is ready to start Nursery I had no hesitation in asking for a place at Cuddles, she now has a place.

My son has attended the nursery for more than one year and he has been really happy here. We have moved him from another nursery where he was really unhappy and crying every day. Since his first day at Cuddles Day Nursery, we have noticed such a massive difference. The teachers have helped him settle and have shown so much professionalism, patience and devotion. He is always saying that he loves this new nursery where teachers give so much love and cuddles all the time. His evolution in this nursery has been amazing and we have been supported all the way by the amazing and flexible staff. He started being confident in speaking English even if this is not the language spoken at home and has learnt so many songs, the alphabet, phonics, and building new skills for school. He is so excited about all the different activities organised by the nursery including weekly walks to the woods, fun activities in the pool during summer and so on. I could not be more happy with this nursery.

Cuddles have been fantastic with our 2 boys. The staff are amazing, super friendly and approachable with excellent knowledge of what support our boys needed. Our oldest has been there for over 2 years and is now ready for school. The staff in his room have made sure he is confident, happy and ready to move up to reception class. They've helped over the years with special educational needs, toilet training and behaviour problems which we couldn't thank them enough for. Would highly recommend Cuddles to anyone who wants childcare for their children in a comfortable setting with staff who treat your children like their own.

When my little one first started, she was shy and quiet and was made to feel welcome. She has since then come out of her shell and is very chatty. The staff are extremely friendly and always smiling and happy to see everyone.

Our little boy absolutely loves cuddles! We did consider moving to another nursery that’s more convenient with its location, however, it couldn’t hold a candle to cuddles. Amazing staff, facilities and activities. Couldn’t ask for a better start to our little man’s education!

My daughter absolutely loves Cuddles Day Nursery and so do I. She has been attending since the age of 1 and is nearly 4. Throughout this time I could not fault any of the staff and the care they have given my daughter. She loves the trips to the woods, the outdoor play, and all the little friends she has made along the way. I will not hesitate to send my son to Cuddles in the future.

Cuddles Day Nursery really is an outstanding nursery in all aspects, I’ve had/have three children go here from age 2 up to school age. We absolutely love Cuddles. All the staff go above and beyond for both the children and parents, the setting is such a welcoming place for again both children and parents. I have no worries or concerns when it comes to my children being left in the care of Cuddles staff. The building is so safe and extremely clean. Admin staff are super helpful and so understanding. We love Cuddles.
