The Little People Day nursery in Hucclecote is by far the best in the area. When viewing nurseries, Little People was the only one to encourage children to use their imagination to create games, rather than provide plastic toys. Since my twin girls have been there (8 months now), the nursery has enabled them to make great progress in their social and emotional skills, as well as walking and speech. The children are provided with the opportunity to go outdoors in a safe age appropriate environment at least once a day, which is of great benefit to their health. Whilst in their room, knowledgeable and caring staff set up a range of activities to inspire their curiosity and develop their fine motor skills, such as painting, shape sorting and water play. Children are provided exceptional, healthy meals. Staff are always friendly and approachable, and as a first time mum, they have helped me greatly in navigating new development hurdles. I always leave my children knowing they are safe.

I can honestly say my child absolutely loves going to nursery. She loves all the activities put on for the children during the day and loves the outside area which has recently been improved. The management care and take the time to know and understand your child which I think is important. The food is always varied and nutritious. We 100% picked the right nursery for our child and would definitely recommend Partou Hucclecote.

Staff have a fantastic relationship with all the children, including management. They know our child personally and understand his interests, needs, and development. Lots of outdoor play and activities, no matter the weather. We’ve seen amazing development with our boy and seen his social skills outstrip peers who don’t attend nursery. Very happy with the nursery. Would recommend!

My daughter has been going to the nursery since she was 8 months old. All the staff really care for her, she has developed massively since attending nursery and it’s fantastic to see her so settled and thriving.

The Little People Day Nursery has been wonderful with our daughter. She had a lot of separation anxiety and they were incredibly caring and supportive. The staff and management are all so warm and welcoming and lovely with the children. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Our daughter has been with the Little People Day Nursery since April starting at 6 months. We were introduced by current attendees and have never looked back. When we first stepped into the nursery, we could feel the caring, welcoming nature of the organisation. Our daughter has been since in the baby room and has excelled in her development both with her social skills as well as her gross motor skills. We love the offer of the quality nutritious menu which the chef prepares fresh, differentiating for all the children. The staff are friendly, approachable, supportive and compassionate, taking in all of your child's needs and requirements. We enjoy the daily app updates on what our child is eating, drinking and sleeping. It's refreshing to feel confident in leaving our child with people who offer such a nurturing approach. We would highly recommend The Little People Day Nursery establishment. Our daughter loves arriving at her nursery everyday and we can't wait to see her grow here.

My son has attended the nursery for over a year now. After a difficult start with many tears, the staff worked closely with both our son and us as parents to create a comfortable and nurturing environment. Tips they provided, such as creating a picture book of family members, were both effective and enjoyable experiences. Fast forward to now and our son loves his time at nursery, is developing well, has a wide variety of food and will confidently walk into the nursery room by himself. He has been provided with great learning opportunities and plays outside every day. I'm happy to say that not only would I recommend this nursery to other parents but already have.

The children enjoy coming to the nursery, they have made friends and it is nice meeting other parents at birthday parties. The nursery has been terrific with handovers and keeping me informed of how they are managing. The App is useful to see what individual projects they're working on and how they interact and socialise with the other children. The staff provide accurate details of how much the little one slept by logging this information and this helps know what the evening will entail. All the staff I have encountered are lovely and encourage the children to participate in large projects which foster teamwork. Management has been more than approachable and are proactive when it comes to helping me understand how the billing system works and wanted to get to know me more which has made me feel welcomed. Both my children attend The Little People Day Nursery. My son started in the toddler and is now in the preschool room; he’s a shy boy but has had lots of reassurance from his key workers and other members of staff and tells me when he gets home how much likes them, and he likes nursery so much. My daughter hasn’t long started in the baby room, and she’s so happy there; the staff are warm and welcoming and genuinely care about your children. They’re happy to give her lots of cuddles when she needs them, which gives me lots of reassurance. The food at the nursery always goes down very well, and I’m often told my son had seconds most days! I also look forward to seeing what they’ve been up to on the app, and it’s lovely to see them looking so happy. On pick up, you always get a good thorough handover on how they’ve been and what they’ve been up to and what they’ve eaten.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. My children are thriving here, the nursery staff are extremely caring, it’s very well run and the food is of a very high quality. The facilities and cleanliness are of a high standard and the nursery is a welcoming environment for my children.

I have been very pleased with the nursery. My daughter has settled in very quickly with the support and encouragement of the nursery team. I receive regular communication on sleep, milk drank and the food she has eaten which is varied and nutritious as well as weekly photos of activities enjoyed. I feel they actively engage in progressing my baby's development in a fun and positive way. I have been impressed with the nursery and management team and have confidence my daughter is safe and well taken care of and have confidence my daughter is safe and well taken care of and I would be notified if anything were to happen.

When our son started in January he had a difficult time settling in and was feeling unwell most weeks, this made it especially hard for us as parents to leave him and continue to work full time. The staff at The Little People Day Nursery were incredible and went above and beyond to help get him settled, feeling better and us at ease. Whether this included a bit of additional attention for him, a trip around the other rooms to take his mind off things or keeping us up to date over the app/phone with how he was getting on. He now loves going to nursery and reaches out for his key worker and other staff members. We see so many pictures of him smiling and laughing and enjoy hearing about how much fun he’s had that day. The facilities at The Little People are also amazing with great outdoor space. The food menu for each week is diverse, interesting and nutritional and our son is happy eating everything.

My daughter's nursery got closed with only 48 hours' notice. Little People Day nursery had a place for my son to start in September and they were my first phone call. The manager went above and beyond to help get my daughter a place and to start as soon as possible, for which I will be forever grateful! My daughter settled in so quickly and the staff are so caring. Since being at Little People, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds with her letters/sounds. She is now very prepared to start school in September! Thank you to all the staff involved in my daughter's care!

Since my grandson started nursery, he has enjoyed his time there and learning new things. We hope that he will start to talk more and come out of himself a little more before starting school. Hopefully, with the help from the senco, we will get him there. But we are very pleased with the way that he has settled in.

All three of my children have attended here and they have all loved their time and the staff that have looked after them. The staff are really helpful and friendly and we are always kept in the communication loop via emails. The nursery itself is lovely and they have so many options for indoor and outdoor play. We have never had a bad experience in the 4 years our children have attended.

I have had 2 of my children here over the last 5 years and I cannot rate them highly enough! Even in the toughest of times in the pandemic they did their best to welcome us all back and managed to maintain an extremely high hygiene standard. My 2nd child is flourishing despite her early months spent in lockdown, she is so happy to go to nursery and I fully credit the staff and facilities. And let’s not forget the chef! My daughter can be picky but her menu is wonderful, varied and healthy and it seems to have turned her tastes around. Fully recommended.

My daughter started at The Little People Day Nursery at the height of the pandemic and handing her to a stranger was terrifying but I need not have worried. The staff are all so friendly and, importantly, communicate well. I have been really happy with my daughter's key workers and my daughter is so happy and comfortable at the nursery.
