The staff at Little Pips are polite and friendly and they are great with my daughter. My daughter has lots of fun at nursery and is always worn out when we get home so I can tell she has been learning and playing a lot! The activities my daughter does are varied and great for her development. I am regularly updated on the progress of her day. I am very pleased with my nursery choice and I would recommend it to other parents looking for a nursery! in particular, two staff members are fabulous and I think they deserve pay raises! The only niggly comment I will make is that there are some organisational issues. My daughter comes home without certain bits quite often and she comes home with other people's items or in a different nappy to the ones I have provided. I also turned up to parents evening and the book we came to see was not available so it was a bit of a wasted journey! This is minor in comparison to how happy I am with the nursery and how happy I am with the care my daughter gets.

The nursery have looked after our son since he was a baby, and are now doing a great job preparing him for school next year. The staff are responsive to messages and we love hearing about all the great activities they involve the children in.

As the mother of the child who attends this facility, I am very pleased with the quality of services that this nursery provides. Children have a lot of different types of activity both inside and outside the building. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever you need it.

Little Pips is a fantastic nursery with caring and experienced staff. There are loads of fun activities for the children to do and great communication with parents, both during the day via the app and at drop-off/pick-up. Both my children have been really happy there.

We are really happy with Little Pips. Our little one is thriving. The care and attention from staff is second to none. There seem to be varied activities on offer for the children. I am also impressed with how much they are learning in preschool to get them ready for school.

My son has made some amazing relationships with the staff and other children at Little Pips. My son always tells me about all the activities he has done each day. There is a really good variety of activities at the nursery and I am really impressed with how my son has developed in his time there.

3 of my children have been to Little Pips and all of them have thrived there. Very happy with the nursery, they have a good balance of inside/outside play and will sometimes venture into the local community too which I feel is really important. The variety of food seems good, the communication is great and I feel like the sensory play set out for the children is fun and engaging. Overall very happy!

Little Pips is a superb nursery. My little girl has been attending for just over a year now and is absolutely thriving there. The staff are fantastic and the daily updates are really informative. Would highly recommend it.

Overall fantastic nursery! Staff are nurturing and attentive. Good food. Good engaging, creative and interactive activities. Lots of learning opportunities. Would be good if the nursery did more trips/walks.

I just fell in love with the nursery on my first Visit. It has an aura of a welcoming one. My daughter hadn't been to any playgroup or nursery until two. I was so nervous but on the first day, she liked it. The second day was awesome as it was a long day. I was unsure how she was going to cope but the team were so amazing when she realised Mum was leaving. I was worried when I left but nobody called me which gave me a positive note and an up-to-date event about the nursery's communication to guardians is top notch. I believe child safety is also paramount to them looking at the controls in place. I will recommend this nursery over and over again.

My little girl started in September. She thoroughly enjoys nursery, she walks in with much confidence and is always happy to see the ladies which is a reflection of the effort the ladies put in. The team are great at communicating with us. It's lovely to see the range of activities offered. Although my little one only goes one day a week, you can see the progress and the next steps are carefully thought through. Thank you ladies for all your hard work. It's definitely not easy to manage all the little ones!

Where do I begin, my child has been attending Little Pips since he was 11 months old. Always beaming when he goes in, doesn’t look back and couldn’t get in quick enough. As a parent, your worry is always that they can’t cope without you and will anywhere understand and adapt to my child’s needs. We’ve been on a big journey with Little Pips as my child has been recently diagnosed with Autism so as you can imagine we’ve come across challenges. Little Pips have always gone above and beyond to help my child, we’ve been guided through everything in regards to Springboards and now the start of an education, health and care plan. It can be really overwhelming at times but any questions I’ve had have always been answered instantly and our regular meetings have been so beneficial. In regards to the staff, they’re outstanding! Especially as my child doesn’t fully communicate yet I can see the comfort he has with them. He feels safe and always has someone to confide in and has built so great relationships with them. Room staff and Management at Little Pips Chippenham are always wonderfully supportive of my little one. They keep us updated with the day’s events, and any plans to help behaviour etc. Activities are shared with us and they go to lots of effort to make them varied and exciting. Transition is well thought-through with lots of time for settling into the next room. We had our first child go to Little Pips and happy to see the same high standards second time around! Great work ladies!

My daughter is absolutely thriving at Little Pips. She looks forward to her days there and always has lots of exciting stories to tell me about the activities and games. They seem to have the perfect balance between education. The most important thing to me is the attention to relationship building. My daughter has incredible bonds with the ladies in her room and they support her emotionally as well as developmentally/educationally. I honestly cannot fault Little Pips and will always recommend them.

We feel confident that our child is being looked after in the best way and always comes home happy after a day at nursery. The staff keep us up to date daily and always chat to us about any changes they’ve noticed new things our child has learnt. She is always happy to go in with the staff which is a testament to the relationship they’ve built and she enjoys playing with the other children. She always has a lovely time.

Little Pips Nursery is a fantastic nursery and I would recommend them to anyone. Both my daughter and son have been with them from 10 months old. There is three and a half years gap between them and Little Pips have been consistently amazing with both of them throughout their time with them, past and present. My daughter is now in Year 2 and still talks fondly of her time at Little Pips! The staff are great, they have a good deal of knowledge and experience and have really helped us with some of the more challenging toddler issues. They also run a really good apprenticeship program for their staff to gain early years practitioner qualifications, which really gives you confidence in them. The activities that the children are encouraged to do are really varied, interesting and engaging. They have really helped to nurture my children and prepare them for their onward journey to starting school and beyond!

We are so happy we chose Little Pips Nursery for our little girl. Since starting at Little Pips in September 2022, our little girl has grown into a confident and independent toddler who absolutely loves her days at nursery. We have been so impressed with the care and learning provided by the team and would highly recommend the nursery. All of the team are extremely helpful, kind and caring. We get regular updates via the app where we can see photos of all of the fun activities our little one has been up to each day and get a handover at the end of each day where we hear of all of the activities and new skills she has acquired. We can rest assured every day that our little girl is in the safest hands!

The ladies that look after our children are really wonderful. I feel happy and relaxed leaving my children at Little Pips. My son also tells me how much he enjoys going to nursery and preschool. Both children have come on leaps and bounds in their learning.

Little Pips is a wonderful nursery with fantastic staff. My son has come on leaps and bounds since attending this nursery and they have also been so accommodating of his dietary needs with no problem at all.

The ladies at the nursery do a great job of teaching and looking after our daughter. The constant updates and the fact she runs in through the door in the morning reassure us that she is in great hands!
