Fabulous nursery, I have a child in the baby room and in the preschool room also. Both children are happy and content. The staff are great, so friendly and always have time for you. They have helped us so much with potty training too. Children always have lovely activities set up and have as much outside time as possible. Heartily recommend. Just to add, funding at this nursery is stretched over the entire year, which suits us, but may not suit others that have school-age children.

Both my children have been incredibly happy at Busy Bees in Trowbridge. It is lovely to be able to drop them off knowing they're going to be happy, well cared for and will have lots of fun while I am working. The staff are amazing.

I have had 2 children attend this nursery and they both love it there. My daughter was there from babies through to starting school last September, and my son is currently in the baby room. Both of my children go/went in happy and came out happy which is the best indicator there can be. I feel the staff know my children well and make them feel safe and cared for. Busy Bees were fantastic in supporting my daughter through toilet training, and then again with preparing her for school. There always seem to be plenty of activities going on for the children to encourage their development. The staff provide regular feedback and are always friendly and approachable. I would recommend Busy Bees to anyone in search of childcare.

We have had a fantastic experience at Busy Bees in Trowbridge! Our daughter initially found settling in hard as she struggles to separate from us in the mornings, but the Baby Room team have all been so helpful and put in so much effort to get her settled. She’s grown in so much confidence since being there and has learnt so many new skills. She has such a great time there playing with the other children, and is well looked after by all the staff! We are very thankful for all their support and would definitely recommend the nursery to others!

I currently have two children at the nursery in separate rooms, toddler room and preschool room. My eldest has been there since he was 9 months old and the nursery has created a fantastic bond with him in all three rooms he has transitioned to. All staff know them so well! The staff are very efficient at informing me or my husband of any issues and dealing with any queries I may have. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel at ease leaving my children in their care and how they help my children when I’m leaving them too! The staff are fantastic and we couldn’t ask for any more from a nursery.

I absolutely love the team at Busy Bees. They are amazing! The team have made not only my daughter feel so welcome and settled and catered to, they too do the same for me and love how they update you about your little one and what they got up to etc. They go above and beyond. And love hearing how much a member of staff, in particular, sings and plays with my daughter to make sure she’s happy. Couldn’t be any happier with having my baby go to nursery when I’m at work as if, like me, you find it hard to leave them but they are phenomenal, I can’t rate them enough.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 8 months old. As a very nervous parent, they ensured I was happy and informed on everything that was happening with my child there, they updated the app throughout the day to keep me up to date. The staff within the whole building are lovely and really take the time and effort to get to know my child as well as us, as a family, to ensure we’re getting all the support we need. My daughter is about to move up to the next room and her current keyworker as well as her new one is checking in with me, helping me with my worries and they all go above and beyond to help. Management is lovely and helpful and answers any questions that I have. My second child is due to start in November and already the girls are supportive and helpful with it all.

My son has been attending Busy Bees since he was 11 months old. He started off in the baby room and is now in toddlers. He will be attending the preschool next before going onto school. I can’t recommend the nursery enough. They have been amazing with him and he absolutely loves attending. All of the staff know the children and their needs very well and will always go above and beyond for them. My son has a speech delay and struggles with communication and often gets frustrated because of this. All staff members have been amazing with dealing with him and have set additional things in place to help him. I also have meetings to go through his progress. I’m constantly updated with photos of him playing when he attends which is lovely to see. So grateful for all the staff at Busy Bees and would recommend to anyone.

Exceptional in all departments. Cannot express how impressed we are with the level of care, the communication or the attitude of all staff. Our son thoroughly enjoys his days and his move from babies to toddlers was seamless - no doubt due to the exemplary levels of all staff members.

I currently have two children at the nursery in separate rooms, baby room and toddler. My eldest has been there since he was 6-months old and the girls have created a fantastic bond with him in both rooms. I cannot praise the staff enough for helping both my children develop in their speech and social skills. The staff are very efficient at informing me of any issues and I cannot thank them enough for making me feel at ease leaving my children in their care. I absolutely love seeing the photos of them playing. The staff are fantastic!

We have been using the nursery since January 2021. Our son joined when he was just over 1 year old and settled in with the team immediately. His transition from babies to toddlers was managed really well and he has thrived with new and exciting activities and stimulation. Despite the challenges of Covid, we have developed a very positive relationship with his key workers and the wider team, through drop off, collection and wider communications. On the couple of occasions, we have felt the need to feed something back to the centre director, we have felt valued and respected in our feelings and opinions and have been very pleased with follow up activity. In March 2022 our baby joined the setting and due to some personal challenges he had, we were a little nervous about him starting, but again the team have gone above and beyond to welcome him and support him in his journey and to our absolute delight he has settled as well as his older brother and is thriving in the environment. It’s excellent.

My son has recently started at Busy Bees within the toddler unit. This week was his second session! I honestly can’t thank the staff enough for taking care of the most precious little pickle of mine! It’s a huge thing for both of us spending time apart but the girls within the room are so loving, kind and my son loves them already! one member of staff is like a second mummy to him and he loves her! Also, his key person is amazing at reassuring me as a mum letting me know all the wonderful things he’s up to! I connect is updated with plenty of lovely play pictures to see - these are lovely when you're at work wondering how he’s getting on! And not to forget the two girls both have given me lovely end of day reviews of how his day has been! I really wouldn’t take him anywhere else! Thank you to each and every one of the girls that work with my pickle! You make it so enjoyable for us both in this next stage!

I have both my children in Busy Bees at the moment. I can’t say enough good things about the whole team there. We’ve moved through all the rooms (my son has been in since 8 months old and is moving to school in September) and each staff member we’ve dealt with has just been so friendly, welcoming to us and our children, and genuinely cares for the kids. I know if my children need a cuddle and comfort at any time during the day it will be given with open arms. Add to this level of care the expertise in childcare and development, gourmet food (often jealous of what they’ve been eating that day), and flexibility with the early and later opening times I would gladly recommend them to any parents locally.

Busy Bees have been absolutely amazing with our daughter. It took her a long time to settle but they were very patient and encouraging all the way. Our daughter comes home happy and we have noticed major development in her independence and even her use of words. If we ever need anything or have any questions the manager is efficient and handles matters quickly. I am amazed and so grateful for all the staff members at Busy Bees.

This is a fantastic setting, with a wonderful team of dedicated, caring staff. Our children absolutely love coming here, we feel as though all of the staff know the children extremely well and tailor the activities to be really engaging and exciting for them. Sometimes it’s the little things that really make the difference, like helping to look after one child whilst I get the other one strapped in and ready to go home, or even just offering to put their hats on when they see that we are going to walk home. At the end of a long day, these seemingly small acts go a long way. As a family, we are so happy that our children are at Busy Bees, Trowbridge.

I cannot put down just how strongly I would recommend this nursery. My eldest has been going since August 2019 and my youngest started Jan 2021. Every day they come out with huge smiles and excitement (early days for the youngest, but I have realised I really didn't need to worry about him!). The rooms are set up perfectly for all the different interests the children have, with different themes and activities to explore. They have access to outside at all times which is a massive tick in the box for our family. They allow the children to find their own independence - my eldest was extremely proud of himself when showing me how to take off his own jumper. Everyone that I have met, and spoken to have been welcoming, friendly, polite and professional. Staff in other rooms from my children and office staff know who they are and have always got a friendly word to give to them. It's become a running joke at home about how well they eat, and knowing it's healthy food gives us peace of mind.

We have recently enrolled our daughter at Busy Bees Trowbridge. We were quite nervous about the whole process due to her being so shy around adults who were not in her direct circle. However, we were completely reassured by the wonderful staff at Busy Bees who informed us that her settling in period would be tailored to meet her needs and could take as long as needed. Straight away we got on with her key worker who really took the time to get to know her. They formed a bond straight away and she is now all our daughter can talk about. There was one day we struggled to get her in as she got quite upset but the staff were very understanding and allowed us to rearrange the settling in session for the next day, after that, she was completely fine and we didn’t end up needing extra settling sessions. We have been super impressed with how strictly they are following the COVID guidance and just shows how professional they all are. We are so pleased to be apart of the Busy Bee Family!

As parents, we have received a brilliant service from this nursery. Our son adores his key worker and after a rocky start to nursery (due to feeling unsettled which is to be expected) he now walks in, feeling happy and content. We wanted a nursery that provides a loving, nurturing and a great learning environment and we feel that Trowbridge Busy Bees provides every aspect. The menu provides a wide range of healthy food too which is a real reassurance. We look forward to seeing our little boy progress through nursery.

I really cannot praise this setting enough, from day one when I dropped my twins off at the Baby room all the way through to preschool they have all been amazing. They take the time to get to know your child and really bond with them. My two even ask at weekends if they’re going! They’ve made lifelong friends and continue to go with a big smile on their face. I also really commend all staff on dealing with the pandemic so well. We’ve been kept informed regularly, been given at-home resources and felt safe at every turn. It’s a great team of people that really care and we really value them all and what they’ve done for our family.

Busy Bees Trowbridge is amazing. My little boy has loved it from his start in Babies and still does now he's in Toddlers. He talks about his friends and the lovely ladies who look after him all the time. In such difficult times everyone has gone over and above to keep things safe and happy for him. We are so grateful for this. Everyone is very approachable and helps him with his development every step of the way. Communication is great and we always know what is going on. Can't thank everyone enough.
