My daughter started attending the nursery just before she turned one, beginning in the Baby room. Within a couple of days she had already settled into the room and routine, and felt very comfortable around the staff. She was happy to be dropped off at nursery and started to build relationships with the other babies in the room very quickly. She has been in Tweenies since the summer, and continues to be really happy in this room. I feel she's well known and supported by the staff, is growing in self-confidence and is learning so much - from a language, motor skills and relationship-building perspective.

My children have had a great experience at the nursery, they have always had a good connection with their key person and drop-offs have been straightforward. The staff make a concerted effort to get to know each child on an individual basis and their likes and dislikes. Since attending the nursery, my children have made great progress in their vocabulary, their confidence, their social skills and their physical abilities. Transitions from the baby toom to tweenies room and tweenies room to tots room have been smooth with plenty of adjustment time for the children to get used to the new room. Outdoor areas are fantastic.

I have a good experience with the nursery, their staff are amazing mainly the three girls in tots, but their app is not good, my son doesn't eat a lot so I think the food is not great. Their activities are very good and my son is learning lots.

Since my daughter has started she has been made feel so comfortable and has thrived in the nursery. She looks forward to going there every day. Staff were so welcoming and so helpful and supportive! Couldn't ask for better! Can't thank them enough.

Our eldest daughter started in March 2021 during the COVID pandemic& and eft for school last August. She had such a happy 3.5 years at NCC, thanks to the care and dedication of the amazing staff there - you have always made us feel confident that you care for our children as we would want you to. It was an anxious time for us to hand her over to be cared for by others when she had mainly only been with the two of us because of the pandemic, but we soon learned of what a special group of people the staff at this nursery are. Our younger daughter started in June this year and she has settled in so well. The staff have made the transition from babies to tweenies so smooth for her and she now happily walks off into the room when we drop her off! We are so grateful to each and every staff member who has cared and continues to care for our daughters, the past 3.5 years. As a family we feel that you have taken care of all of us, our daughters really love you, and all the staff here will forever have a special place in our hearts.

Our daughter has been safe, cared for, and happy ever since she started at NCC. Her key workers know her, and know us, and let us know what's going on. She has made friends, and her speech is developing at pace. She's happy to go in every morning. The management team are more than open to feedback, and actively seek it from parents.

Staff have been incredibly welcoming to my daughter and our family. Nothing is ever too much trouble! There are a variety of activities on offer and, in the baby room, my child seems to be thriving. I am incredibly happy with her first 4 months at nursery.

Good environment for children to be in. Staff are friendly and pay attention to the child's needs. Good range of activities. On the odd occasion if they have missed any details of how to care for my child, once brought to their attention, amendments are made appropriately. My child has always felt happy here and appears to be thriving well.

My daughter has been at The Natural Childcare Company since she was 9 months old, she’s now almost 4 years old. She’s built such lovely relationships with the staff and speaks really kindly of them when she’s at home. She’s made some lovely friends in the preschool group this year. I really like how the staff have great communication with myself and my husband on how her day has been and also how they encouraged her with potty training to eventually giving her independence on using the bathroom by herself.

We currently have two children at the nursery and are very happy with the care provided. They both go in and come out with smiles on their faces and seem to be progressing well. The staff have all formed good bonds with both boys, whether they are carers in their specific rooms or not. It is good to know there will always be someone on hand with whom both boys feel comfortable in case they need extra attention.

Our child has been with the nursery from 6 months old. He has been cared for and looked after well throughout and we have seen a noticeable acceleration in his overall development, especially in the last 6 months. He was helped and cared for during the times when he was uneasy at drop off and now he is thriving and loves going to nursery.

Really lovely nursery with fabulous staff. I have both my boys here and they have really thrived since joining! They run in without a backward glance which is really lovely. I really like the outdoor facilities too as both my boys love being outside!

My daughter goes to this nursery. My daughter has settled well and she seems happy when I drop and pick her up. She gets engaged in many activities as well during the day. I believe this nursery can do a lot more in terms of improving kids' activities which used to happen earlier, like day trips, role plays etc. which seems to be very less now. Recent fees hike is not reasonable, I believe, given low Ofsted ratings as well.

We have recently moved to the area and our daughter had no problem adjusting to her new nursery. Everyone has been amazing and it’s like she has always been there. Her speech has improved immensely since she started there, we get updates every day, the staff are super friendly and helpful. My husband and I have nothing but a good comment about The Natural Childcare Company. We all, three, love it!

The Natural Childcare Company is a brilliant nursery. My son settled in straight away, all of the staff are lovely. They offer lots of activities to the children, all which help them learn and develop. I couldn't recommend enough.

The Natural Childcare Company, Shirley, provides a great environment for nurturing and developing young children. I have trusted the nursery to care and support both my children who have learnt and developed within a positive setting at a nursery where the staff are welcoming and have taken the time to get to know both of my children and understand their individual needs. My eldest son, who has now started school, is still welcomed and regularly speaks to staff when he accompanies me to collect his brother. The staff that looked after my eldest son, whilst he was in their care at The Natural Childcare Company, Shirley, still remember him and ask how he is getting on at school which, in turn, shows the staff’s commitment to us, as a family, as well as my youngest son who is in their care currently. This creates a sense of family around the nursery which is comforting and reassuring. I have recommended the nursery to other families as well who have also enrolled their children at The Natural Childcare Company, Shirley.

Brilliant, efficient and friendly nursery. They do loads with the children, arts and crafts and the “stay and play” days for parents are well-organised and create a real connection between parents and the children’s time at nursery.

Since moving to The Natural Childcare Company in early 2023, my daughter has been really happy and her development has been fantastic. The facilities and staff at The Natural Childcare Company are brilliant and provide my daughter the best environment to thrive in! There are always activities planned and the communication via the app, social media updates and emails are really good. The parent stay and play days are a highlight! My daughter's baby sister is already enrolled.

Our son was at Natural Childcare Company for 3 1/2 months. We had chosen NCC based on the fact we had lots of family and friends who had sent their kids there. On our Son’s first day, he came back with a huge cut on his head, the staff were adamant it was from him scratching. It definitely wasn’t. After we kept asking about how it happened they said there was a chip in the sleeping beds and he must have caught himself on there. Upon reflection, we wish we removed him there and then. The final incident resulted in us taking him out immediately. He was on the changing table and a member of staff turned away from the table. With no eye or hand kept on him he fell off the changing table. We viewed the CCTV and it was as bad as it sounds. Luckily our baby is okay, but this incident definitely was not, he could've been seriously injured. The nursery also has huge staffing issues and we could tell our son wasn’t as comfortable as he used to be. I would not recommend this nursery to anyone.

Lovely caring staff and a great learning environment. The building is large, modern and spacious. My little one has loved it since the day she joined. The activities are varied and engaging. My little one loves the meals and snacks, and always comes home satisfied. Thank you for a great service!
