My child is very happy at Caterpillars. The staff care so much for the children, which helped my daughter settle in very quickly. She has formed bonds with everyone and always seems to be having a lovely time when I get updates on the app. The food is all freshly made with a wide variety of food being given. In December the staff put a huge amount of effort into doing a Christmas play which was amazing, all the children did so well and it was lovely for the families to see. I would definitely recommend Caterpillars.

My daughter started at Caterpillar's when she was 8 months old, I was worried about the settlement period into a new environment and how all that would be managed. Just want to say that it was a lot of support from the team during the adaptation to the nursery and a new routine. The manager and the team are friendly and always helpful. Now, it's almost a year since my little one has been going to the nursery, she is happy and enjoys being there. Thank you to the manager and her wonderful team for being flexible, caring and supportive throughout this journey.

My son has been going to Caterpillars since he was 15 months old, now nearly three. He has always been very happy to go to nursery but can be a little shy at times. Caterpillars have really supported him, and his confidence continues to grow. The staff show a genuine interest and really celebrate his little and big wins. Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough, in fact, baby number two is already signed up, and they aren’t born yet.

My little boy joined Caterpillars around 4 months ago, his experience so far has been really positive. The staff have been nothing but accommodating with him settling in and once settled in he has been progressing in development and confidence. He has a lovely smile on his face when he sees the staff so that’s so reassuring, handovers are always clear and detailed. The kitchen staff prepare lovely home-made food and again have no problems with adjusting meals for allergies/intolerances. My son gets plenty of nurture from the baby staff which I know he will enjoy and feel secure with. This Christmas we have been amazed with the preparation and production of the nursery Christmas play. Wow! From babies to toddlers all were involved, costumes were fab, singing was fab! Such great involvement from all, really impressed! All of the staff involved are brilliant and clearly passionate about their role. The nursery owner and manager is very much present, helpful and gives good communication.

My son has attended Caterpillars since he was 11 months old, he is now 4 years old! He loves going to nursery and has become so confident and chatty, he is learning new things all the time and has so much great support from all the staff. All staff are caring and keep us updated on our son's progress. Keep up the good work Caterpillars!

We have been on our Caterpillar’s Journey since September 2019 when our first child joined the nursery. Our second child has since been through the nursery and our third child is currently there. We have no negative comments to say about Caterpillar’s. The nursery itself is an amazing setting which has been designed and made with so much love and care. The service we receive on a daily basis is exceptional, second to none and we couldn’t ask for anything more. Our children have developed outstanding social and personal skills with the caring ethos of the nursery and staff having clearly been instilled in them. The nursery offers a wide variety of different activities designed to develop the children’s cognitive and motor skills. These change regularly to also teach the children about different times of the year and festivals that may be happening in various communities. A variety of fresh and healthy foods are available daily and my children have always cleared their plates there!

In recent weeks, my child had an incident of choking (not caused by the nursery or staff). This was dealt with, and she was assisted and ultimately fine. Nursery staff informed me immediately once resolved, and that same day, carried out some first aid training. I feel like this couldn’t have been dealt with better, and what’s more, my child was safe and provided with comfort. I couldn’t more highly recommend it.

The team at Caterpillars Nursery work tirelessly to provide a loving and safe environment for all children in their care. The manager is hands on and is known by all the children. The staff keep you updated about your child’s progress and are always on hand to help with any worries or concerns. As an EYFS lead in a primary school I am more than happy with the progressive curriculum provided by the staff. Thank you for all you do for my child and helping her to become confident and settled.

My eldest attended the nursery at the previous premises three years ago, I knew when I became pregnant with the twins that they would attend nursery. Even with the move of location being further away. I have felt all three of my children have extended in all areas of their development. Covid was a big scare time for all of us, however, I felt reassured by the manager and all the staff that my children were safe and cared for. The nursery constantly community with updates and feedback through face-to-face, emails, calls and the app. My daughter was diagnosed with Coeliac at one years old. This was very new for myself and I was reassured so much by the manager and her team. We worked closely together in putting things in place and communicating her needs. I can not praise this nursery enough, it is amazing in all areas.

My child has been going to Caterpillars Nursery for the last 2 years nearly and he absolutely loves it. He is well looked after always says he has fun and has become a more confident and able little boy. I can’t thank Caterpillars Nursery and all the staff there for their hard work with all the kids. Very friendly staff. My daughter is always happy when she's going in and coming home. Staff are always quick to deal with any problems. She always says that she enjoys the food. Staff communication through tapestry app is helpful in seeing what they are doing on a weekly basis. I would recommend this nursery to anyone

Caterpillar's staff are wonderful. They communicate very well with us as parents, they are always smiling and happy, and the children all respond very well to them. The staff never appear overwhelmed or too busy to talk to us about our child, his day and his progress. Staff plan some wonderful activities and are always easy to approach. Our child has been to two other daycare settings previously, we love that this centre is so intimate and nothing is too much trouble. We have seen our son come on so much since he started full-time in September. He is very settled, confident and happy with his nursery environment. He talks so much about his nursery, the staff and his friends. He has made a lot of progress with his potty training, he is keen to get involved in things at home role-playing his day at nursery. The staff have been great when he has been unwell, he broke his toe and this was managed well, he also has eczema with the team takes care to treat it. The staff really care. Thank you.

My son has been going here since July, I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. The staff are all very friendly, my son was quite shy when first attending but now is more than comfortable with all staff and happy to go to nursery. He has 3 good meals a day, which he enjoys. You are always informed of how they have been when you pick up your child. It's also nice seeing information and pictures of the activities taking place on the app used. Good communication from all staff for whatever reason it's needed and although I have never experienced it, I know if there were any problems, they would always contact me straight away. He has grown a lot in confidence since starting here and the quality of service is excellent.

My son has attended caterpillars since was 9 months old, he is now nearly 4 and he loves the nursery and the staff. It is a safe clean environment and they provide a range of activities for my son. I would recommend to anyone.
