Halesfield 20, Unit A, Telford, TF7 4QU
View Full Details of Club 0-5 TelfordNursery messy, not clean. Unfortunately had to experience discrimination due to child's disability. At the beginning my child was accepted, after started make excuses why they can't provide a childcare, asked to have an autism assessment first and only then they would be able to provide a childcare. It isn't a procedure however staff lied that it is. Reported to Ofsted because of discrimination due to child's disability.
My son just graduated from Club 0-5 Telford after being there for around three years and I have my daughter going two days a week in baby room. This is a wonderful nursery with great, experienced and friendly staff. My son had a few behavioural issues, but they always were very patient with finding the best ways to handle him, and communicating these techniques with us too.
My daughter attended the pre-school at 0-5, staff were always welcoming and supportive. Freshly cooked meals from an onsite kitchen introduced her to lots of new foods. Thoroughly enjoyed her time there, will be returning for holiday club.
AMAZING!!! The staff are amazing and you feel like they really do care about your child. My son is very happy there and happily goes to any member of staff there. During his first week, he choked on some food and the staff were swift to empty his mouth of food and reassure and comfort him. The place from the outside doesn't look great, but get inside and have a look because it is clean and there are plenty of things for the children to do. Food (currently) has a 5* rating and Ofsted is (currently) Good. I would rate it as outstanding. Thoroughly recommended to anyone who wants a cheap and reliable nursery for the little people in their lives.
