Our experience here started ok and our child seemed to like attending, but he began to not want to go to the nursery towards the time when we pulled him out, and to make our decision final, we picked our baby up from Dolly Mixtures with undeniable sunstroke. He was inconsolable, was presented with only an undone vest on, couldn't look at us without his eyes wondering, and had wet hair, and dry and fresh snot all over his face. When I expressed immediate concern, the nursery said that he woke up from a nap half an hour ago and that's why he looks that way. The whole way home he was sobbing quietly as if he had no energy, and once we got home he drank a large bottle of water in record time and slept. When I addressed all this to the manager (who was not present on that day), I was met with deflection and was told that they always make sure that the children are presentable upon collection time. They must have checked their CCTV because when I phoned I was met with countless apologies.
