I'm very pleased with my daughters development so far, whilst attending Little Owl Childcare, Cannock. She always leaves in a happy mood, which is a testament to the quality of care and facilities that are provided. I especially like the communication via the app and conversations with staff at drop off and pick ups. We've noticed a marked improvement in our daughters speech and understanding during her time at Little Owl Childcare. We're looking forward to this continuing alongside more improvement in her sociability. I highly recommend this nursery to parents looking for their first nursery and to those looking to switch.

I'm very pleased with our choice of nursery, from our first viewing with the manager to now. Our daughter appears to enjoy her time spent at nursery and has formed good relationships with staff. My only concerns and I don't feel they are concerns as such, are that we've gone through a period of not having any photographs but this has hopefully been resolved. I have been a bit worried about the amount of accidents my child has had too, I've been unsure if some of them may have been preventable but have been reassured by staff and do not feel it is anything to be overly anxious about.

Absolutely amazing setting. Can't ask for more supportive staff. They are wonderful and have been great with my eldest child. There was no question as to whether I would try and get my younger in also. So pleased.

I was apprehensive to send my daughter to nursery but Little Owls put my mind at ease from day one. They update the app regularly to inform us of the activities, food, changes and sleep our daughter has. They also post pictures which is great to see. All staff members are lovely to speak to and willing to help. They have great policies in place and like to promote positive relationships between nursery and home.

The Little Owls team are always ready to listen and has supported us in dealing with lengthy illnesses and behavioural challenges. More recently they have been very accommodating of our requests at short notice to help us out. Our child enjoys attending this nursery and has made some good solid friendships. They get on well with the staff and are comfortable around them. This is a testament to the great team looking after the children. The setting is safe, fun and engaging for kids. We love being invited to stay and play to see it all first-hand. The app is great as we can see what they have been up to, what they have eaten and even how many times they have been to the toilet. It is also a convenient way to communicate with the leadership team who are always quick to respond. This nursery setting is perfect for our family. From the off, we have been considered as a complete family unit which has meant a lot to us. Thank you Little Owls!

My daughter started Little Owl in her baby room after an awful experience with a childminder. The staff helped her settle and made her feel at ease. They always go the extra mile with care and activities. She has never cried when I drop her off. Staff always seem so happy. I cannot recommend Little Owl enough, we will be sad to leave in September, they have been like a little family to us all. Thank you all so much for all your hard work!

Staff are very warm and welcoming on arrival and pick-up. My son always comes out happy with a big smile, he has always been eager to go in on arrival which is reassuring. Daily updates on food, toileting and napping is great to be able to check on his day regularly and with ease. Daily pictures are lovely to see him and his friends playing and exploring together.

My daughter has been at Little Owl for almost two months and she really does love it there. She only goes once a week so I was surprised that she had settled so quickly, but I think the consistency of the staff in the baby room has really helped with this. I love their use of the app so I can see what she’s been up to throughout the day and how she interacts with the other children. I’m also happy with the food she gets and that they have a good rotation so she doesn’t have the same thing every week. We chose Little Owl as it was recommended by some friends who work with children, and I certainly don’t regret it.

Excellent nursery, my child has thrived at Little Owls. All of the team are wonderful, warm and welcoming. I was particularly impressed by the way the nursery management handled the Covid pandemic. Would highly recommend Little Owls.

At Little Owl, it is a lovely setting where my children have settled so well. The staff are so warm, kind caring and they go above and beyond. I feel at ease when my children are in their care, and I can relax knowing they are being cared for. It took me a while to find the perfect nursery for my children but when I found Little Owl I just knew it was the right place for them. The managers are so caring and I see them as part of my children's journey, after all, they have helped them to flourish into who they are today.
