My daughter has been attending Smileys for 4 months now and I couldn't be happier with the setting. She settled well and she has made strong bonds with the staff and leaders of the nursery. I feel confident that she is being well cared for by a group of staff who are experienced and who genuinely love being around children. I receive in-depth daily feedback from the staff with lovely updates including photos of my child enjoying a wide range of activities. Having previously used a different setting for my older child this nursery is worlds apart and I regret not having put my eldest here. The nursery is clean, well-organised and well-managed. Special thank yous to the manager who is approachable and so enthusiastic about her nursery and to the staff in baby room who have gone above and beyond to provide my child with a safe and loving environment.

They are the best and all the staff are excellent. Smile staff and also very helpful. My princess is just 8 months but she loves all the staff and they take care of her. I feel so relaxed when I'm at work because I know she is in safe hands and a safe environment. The nursery is very clean all the time. I will recommend Partou Smileys to everyone I know.

A great nursery, the change of management has immensely improved the dynamic of the nursery. The staff are consistent, kind and caring. I feel comfortable when I leave my child in the care of Smileys.

My child seems to be getting along really well at nursery and is loving it. The staff are really lovely and welcoming.

I've been impressed by all the positive changes lately. The nursery looks very clean and appears to be a good place for children to thrive. The staff are very caring and engage well with my child. Overall, I'm very happy with Smiley's and feel my child is well cared for.

My child really enjoys the nursery. The girls are brilliant and have been great with her allergy. Nursery is much better since refurb.

My little boy started here in September. He was a little unsettled at first, which was to be expected, but the girls in the baby room really made him feel welcome and helped him settle in really well. Would highly recommend this nursery. He now really enjoys coming and loves playing with all the toys and his friends.

Smileys is a great nursery and I noticed my son has come on loads since he started with his speech. Staff are all friendly and great with helping my son when he has been overwhelmed.

My son is really happy at Smileys and has come on really well. We had concerns regarding the food changes but they were dealt with really well.

I feel very happy with bringing my son into the nursery, the girls in the baby room are always very smiley and he is always excited to come, I have no concerns and feel that I am always listened to.

I would like to start by saying that Smileys helped my daughter to develop and integrate. All the staff are very nice, helpful and respectful, and I would like to thank every single one for looking after my child! Thank you very much!

My son has been enjoying his stay at the nursery. I regularly receive feedback from his teachers about how his day has been, which is really helpful. My son seems to be getting on really well with his nursery staff and even talks about them while he is at home, eg my teacher did this it that, which is really funny sometimes. I feel my son is really looked after at this nursery.

Really happy with our experience so far. It was really hard for me to leave my child, but the girls have really helped me, as well as my child. My child has settled in really well, thanks to the staff.

My child is really settled in the big room. She loves the new toys and set up of the room. She loves the staff, and they always let us know she has had a fantastic day.

Very professional, and all the staff are great. My daughter's been with them since she was nine months old, and she's developed very much only because she has the greatest staff looking after her. Thank you so much.

I feel the staff at Smileys are working really hard. They have been so supportive with potty training. The activities they do every day really help with development. The food is always enjoyed. I would like to thank the tweenie room for their care and for being so enthusiastic. It's so reassuring knowing my child is left in a safe, caring, fun environment.

We have had a very disappointing experience with Smileys in Stafford. We have found them to be unreliable causing a lot of stress to find replacement child care. We have had dates confirmed and then cancelled by Smileys. They tell me this is because of a change of management but the current managers have confirmed dates not knowing if they can provide the dates then leaving us having to take time off work. There is no excuse for this poor planning by the new managers. If you are looking for a nursery and reading this I would urge you to look at another nursery and keep away from Smileys. They might sort themselves out in the future but at the moment they are not fit to be open.
