Very happy with the nursery. We receive regular updates on how our child is doing. Our child seem to be developing very well since attending the nursery. Good verity of food choices at meal times and for snacks.

My child has settled brilliantly at the nursery, the staff are very welcoming and do a brilliant job helping my little one to achieve new milestones, it's so lovely seeing photos of what my little one gets up to at nursery.

My little boy has attended here since July 2024 and he has come on leaps and bounds since joining here. He has made many friendships and relationships with the children and staff in his room. He particularly has great bonds with his key workers. The menu has a great variety of different types of foods. The activities and snapshots what get put onto the app are also brilliant and I love seeing what he gets up to throughout the day.

All the staff are very welcoming and will go above and beyond in the settle-in sessions. My little girl enjoys exploring her room, making new friends, and bonding with all staff members. Management are really helpful with any questions or queries that I have had.

Excellent nursery I've never had a problem. Two staff members in particular at preschool are fantastic with my little boy. They are both so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable leaving my little boy there even with the mum's guilt of going to work. Fantastic nursery thank you so much!

Hanford Kids Planet has been a wonderful school for my son. He has progressed so much since starting and he loves his time there. He tries new foods, plays new games and learns new songs. The staff are all wonderful, caring and encouraging to the children. We thank them all.

Kids Planet Hanford is a brilliant nursery. My daughter enjoys going to the nursery and making new friends. We receive regular updates so we can see all the activities my daughter has taken part in. The staff are very welcoming and always there to help where needed.

My son has been at Hanford for over 2 years. Since Kids Planet have took over it has been fantastic. There are so many learning opportunities for the children. My son is excited every day to go to nursery and the staff always go above and beyond. Highly recommend. I will be sad when his time at Kids Planet comes to an end.

A beautiful nursery with a beautiful ethos linking to the child-based theories, helping children reach their potential. Lovely friendly staff, always wanting the best for your children. A clean neutral feel to the rooms and display boards with lots of resources and information. Lots of information via their app and social media about events, to involve parents, and information about your child. Love the outdoor areas for the children and the uderskol approach to outdoor learning. There's a chef on-site cooking fresh meals for my children and they always come out happy.

Fantastic nursery. Staff are knowledgeable, caring and supportive. My son has been going here for 6 months and he absolutely loves it. He has come on leaps and bounds and you can see the time and investment put into his early years. I’d highly recommend the nursery to anybody.

I cannot fault the nursery. After feeling very anxious sending my baby, they have been so supportive. After little one started, took some extra settling sessions. Since settling, the nursery have been amazing, really accommodating, kind and little one loves it, no tears when dropping off. We had some invoice problems/incorrect fees, but management sorted this out so promptly without any stress. I would recommend the nursery to anyone. I was concerned about it being a big chain, but it's so personal and family-orientated.

Our daughter started at Kids Planet Hanford in July 2023. A huge effort was made to integrate her into toddlers. Hayley especially really helped us feel at ease. Important conversations were repeated back to us that were little sentences that held special meaning to our family which let us know that they listen/take the time to talk and get to know/understand our child as an individual. All of the staff in toddlers are very friendly and approachable. One particular staff member especially has a love and passion for her job. She enthusiastically explains things to us and includes Thea in the conversations. The children get plenty of fresh air. They have little trips out and are currently taking part in little athletes each week. Sometimes the app takes some time to come through however staff update at pick up and regularly talk about the day/little moments. They are caring understanding and happy people. It’s an extremely inclusive and welcoming nursery to all family members. We are excited about the preschool transition.

We've been really happy with the smooth transition and the care our daughter has received in the baby room. It's a big thing, putting your trust in others to care for your little one, and we've been pleased with everything so far. It's nice to know she is well cared for whilst we work. she always seems happy to go and happy when I collect her. Communication via the app is good, it's good to have updates during the day and puts our mind at ease. Great classes from external providers too, as well as offering family events, sibling has loved seeing the nursery and what her little sister gets up to!

My daughter absolutley loves her nursery days. I'm kept up to date with her day via the app and all of her key workers make her feel so welcome. She always comes home smiling.

My son has settled into the baby room much quicker than I had ever anticipated. The staff have been so welcoming, supportive and caring! I'm so grateful for all that they have done to make the transition so smooth for both myself and my little boy!

Kids Planet have been so supportive during my journey of going back to work and having my daughter join the nursery. Staff have been looking after her and in turn my emotions too. They acre for my daughter and keep me updated. They work with me, keep me included in choices to be made and have been so flexible. Absolute pleasure to have team for my kids to grow and learn.

My grandson has been cared for by the team in the baby room. He has just started the nursery and has settled in extremely well. All staff are very informative, welcoming and knowledgeable in their approach. I feel happy and relaxed at leaving him in their care, fully knowing he will be safe, loved and have an amazing experience.
