I have been taking my 2 children to Bright Horizons Kenilworth over the course of the last 7 years and our relationship will soon come to an end as my second child goes to school. As a family, we are really sad to be leaving this chapter of our lives behind, but also so incredibly grateful for the all-around care, attentiveness, empathy and opportunity to develop that the staff have given to our children. The culture there is one of complete equity for each child, understanding their needs on an individual basis and letting this lead to the care provided. The food menus provide an opportunity for a varied and healthy diet. They give total assurance to parents, are always ready to meet and discuss anything face to face, are quick to respond to questions and communication through the app is both reassuring and heartwarming during the day. I have always left my children in the care of the nursery with total confidence and would highly recommend it as a brilliant place for your child to flourish.

Our daughter has been at this nursery from 1 year old and is due to leave here in September for school and we are gutted. The Bright Horizons team have been nothing but supportive, understanding and keen in everything that they do. This team do arguably the most important job of us all, looking after our children, and we couldn't recommend the Kenilworth team any more. We love interacting with them, our daughter loves being there. The facilities are great, we especially love the outdoors Forest School, and we have never doubted the safety of the children there. We can't thank the team enough for so many years of love given to our daughter and we really will miss you! 100% recommend!

We absolutely love Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool! Our little girl has already developed and become more independent. She has only been there since April but already I can see a big improvement. The team in the baby room are great. We especially love one member of staff, in particular. Our girl has made a lovely bond with her along with the other teachers. I love hearing her report when I pick her up. The activities are always well-planned! I love reading the app every time she goes. Couldn't recommend Bright Horizons and the team at Kenilworth any more!

Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool is amazing. I looked at all the other nurseries in the area and was considering not going back to work but as soon as I visited I had a good feeling. The staff are amazing, so caring, always check in the morning how his morning has been. They always give me an update at the end of the day and I can see genuine pride when my son has eaten well, said a new word ect. They do lots of activities with them and I love that the children get to spend a lot of time outdoors. The meals sound delicious, my partner and I are jealous when we read what had been on the menu for the day.

I couldn't be happier with the care provided by the nursery for my two children. My nearly 4-year-old son has been attending since he was 1 and absolutely loves it. He has learned so much and speaks fondly of the nursery at home. The staff have been incredibly kind and supportive, especially when his baby sister was born, encouraging him to bond with her and easing our family's transition. My 1-year-old daughter has settled in like a dream. Though it took her a little while to adjust, the staff were incredibly supportive, caring and loving. She now loves going in and has become much more confident. The positive impact on her development is clear and I look forward to seeing her progress, just like her brother. The nursery has provided a nurturing and stimulating environment for both of my children. The dedication and warmth of the staff are truly commendable. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a supportive and enriching place for their children.

Absolutely amazing staff. Very kind and so welcoming. They've been so incredible with the onboarding process and the care they've provided has been second to none. Our son comes away so happy from nursery and the activities they involve the children with are great. The children are experiencing eye-opening tasks day to day which broadens their mindset, I couldn't ask for better care of our child.

Bright Horizons are amazing! My daughter joined in September 2023. She has come on leaps and bounds. She's become an outgoing, inquisitive, well-rounded 3-year-old. The team in preschool Kenilworth are second to none. It really feels like a family. I'm kept up to date and informed of her progress on a daily basis. My only regret is that she didn't start sooner.

Our son loves this nursery, the team in his room are caring and patient and we are really pleased that we chose this nursery for our son. Our son is developing really well, he has become confident and independent which is lovely to see!

My daughter started going to this nursery at the beginning of this year. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and their attitude towards the little ones and the support given to parents. The environment is wonderful and it's a place where you want to leave your child because you know they are safe and taken care of. My little one goes there with such excitement and comes home happy every single time. I have seen great progress with her speech and how she interacts with other children her age. Thank you to all the teachers and management team.

My son started two months ago. He really likes it here. We are happy with the nursery. More detailed descriptions about everyday activities and more photos in the app would be nice. Staff are very kind.

My 3-year-old absolutely loves Bright Horizons Nursery. She settled so quickly and has never looked back. The variety of activities they do each day is wonderful. There is a lot of outside play and the outdoor area they have, particularly the forest school, is a wonderful feature and very popular with the children. The food is a hit and the staff are very popular with my little one. We could not have asked for a better nursery experience.

Our daughter will be leaving Bright Horizons Kenilworth this year for school and we are sad to be leaving. As two full-time working parents, we are so grateful for the adaptability and communication at the nursery. She always has fun-filled days with healthy food, packed with learning. Today she told me what alliteration was, she is 4! Their dedication to nature and outdoor learning is especially important to us. Teaching our smallest kids how to look after the planet is so special. If I had to criticize one element of this nursery, it would be the parking, I imagine though this is out of the nursery's control and more a council issue. Sometimes it feels unsafe loading and unloading the car. Our daughters talks about the wonderful staff, and the special things they have been doing together. Thank you to the hero staff in the preschool room that are so wonderful that I don't ever feel the need to worry about my daughter while I'm at work.

Our child has Special Education Needs and the nursery have been fantastic with support. The staff are fantastic and always keen to support us. Our child enjoys going to nursery and is making great progress.

Our son loves coming to nursery, he's been going there since he was 4 months old. The staff are so friendly, positive and have given us good advice (as we're first time parents). They're also so good with keeping up-to-date with informing us any news and feedback on our child's progress/development. Thank you all for being amazing and supportive.

Our son loves coming to preschool; he has a lovely set of friends and is always doing a different range of activities, which are both fun and educational. The teachers seem to genuinely care for the children and create a friendly and warm environment.

Bright Horizons Kenilworth was a clear winner when it came to choosing a nursery for our first child. Since day one, the staff and management have been the perfect mix of professional, welcoming and attentive, and our son is very happy to arrive at the nursery each morning. Bright Horizons has such a wonderful, family feel to it where the staff go above and beyond to care for the children. My child has developed so much in confidence, independence and problem-solving since starting at nursery, but also, in social interaction! At pick-up, the nursery staff seem genuinely excited about the day they have spent with my child, telling me all about it with enthusiasm and in so much detail. I'm so glad I chose Bright Horizons as a nursery for my son!

Excellent nursery! We moved here when my daughter was 2 years old. The staff were wonderful helping her to transition. They have been caring, supportive and fun throughout her journey. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.

Since my daughter started, I can see the confidence both in her speech and how well she relates to others. The staff are professionals, dedicated and caring. My daughter looks forward to going to nursery (she calls it the fancy school). The best decision was getting her into this nursery, only wished I started from birth.
