Awful communication, straight-up lies, no empathy or professionalism. It seems like the staff have given up and seem completely uninterested. Gone massively downhill. Ended up removing our son after 2 sessions as they first rejected him at the door when the manager had failed to tell the staff his hours which really upset him. Then they tried to lie about the government changing hot meal rules for funded children which were just pathetic and very easily proven untrue. Son was not welcomed when we dropped him off and he was left standing in the doorway not knowing where to go. They honestly seem like they would rather be anywhere but there. Very much looking forward to putting my son in a nursery that actually wants him. Finally, when we let the manager know we had decided to withdraw him and detailed the issues and how uncomfortable and upset we were, we just received a one-sentence reply which was basically nothing. Truly unprofessional.
