My little one has been with the nursery for a little over one month now. I couldn't be happier with how supportive and encouraging they have been with both me and my daughter during this settling-in period. I have been so grateful for the care they have shown my daughter and how they have eased us both into the nursery experience. I was so impressed with their settling-in policy of building up sessions towards her start date. All free of charge and done to help my daughter feel safe and secure within her new environment. My husband and I are always appreciative for the updates we receive throughout the day, which helps us feel involved and up to date with how she has been throughout the day. The weekly development updates show how seriously they take your child's development regardless of their age. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a positive, happy, caring and professional place to send their little ones.

Our daughter is always excited to attend nursery. The staff are always friendly and creative - thinking of new ways to help our daughter. Our daughter has formed a strong bond with everyone. We are very happy with our chosen nursery.

Our little one has attended the nursery for nearly 1.5 years now, and we are still over the moon with the service we receive. The staff is always kind and extremely accommodating no matter what request we have. Our Little One settled in much sooner in the different rooms than we had expected and he is in love with his key-workers. The facility is neat, tidy, and contemporary. I would highlight the extra effort that the staff is making to organize messy plays, cooking, gardening, and other sensory activities. They regularly follow the lead of the children by tailoring the activities based on their latest interests. Their App is also easy to use, and it puts our minds at ease that we receive updates during the day. In summary, we are truly happy with our choice and cannot recommend it enough!

Our daughter loves coming to nursery. The staff are amazing and as a parent, we cannot imagine her going anywhere else. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Special mention to one staff member in particular, she is so approachable and caring - our daughter loves her.

My son has been here since he was 6 months old ( now he's 4 years old) and I couldn't praise the nursery more. I recommend it to everyone. The staff are lovely, friendly and so helpful and my son is so happy here! We will miss it!

Since starting at 10 months old, our daughter has flourished. Her speech and development have improved considerably. The care the staff provide is exceptional and our daughter develops a fantastic bond with her key staff members and other staff in each room. Management are super helpful with any queries we had during our whole time at nursery.

All the staff that our daughter has contact with have been absolutely lovely. They treat her with such kindness and comfort. If we have ever had any queries or concerns, the staff and management have always been able to answer us. We would definitely recommend Bright Horizons, Hinckley to anyone in the area.

Bright Horizons has been amazing with my son who has major separation anxiety. He now enjoys his days, playing, eating and exploring both indoor and outdoor spaces. Couldn't be happier with having Bright Horizons as my son's nursery. All the staff we have interacted with has been lovely and super helpful, especially his key workers! Thank you, especially to two staff members in particular.

My daughter has developed so much since she started to attend Bright Horizons. She has gained a lot of confidence with other children and trusting other people to look after her. Her speech and understanding has improved drastically. She loves her time here.

Brilliant nursery that looks after my daughter very well. Her confidence has grown so much since being at Bright Horizons and she tells me all about her friends. I get updates now on how my daughter is doing every week and am happy to raise any concerns i have which is very few.

Our son has grown so much in the year and a half he has been at Bright Horizons. His speech has come on no end and his friendship groups are fantastic. I would/will send all my future children here.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons since the age of two, and we have always felt comfortable and happy with the staff and environment. We have never had an issue and will be enrolling his younger sibling.

I am very happy with our experience with Bright Horizons, Hinckley. My son has settled very well due to the caring and friendly staff. There's always something exciting for him to do, and his interest is incorporated. They were fantastic when an allergy became apparent. The staff are approachable, and my son is always happy to attend.

The nursery is absolutely amazing. All the staff are very friendly - nothing is too much for them. My son loves coming here and has learnt so much. My son's been coming here since he was one. He is four now, and all the age groups were brilliant. I highly recommend Bright Horizons.

A really amazing nursery and preschool. We have had two children there over the last seven years, and our experience has been great. Kind, friendly staff and a lovely environment. I've never once worried or had any concerns.

I cannot praise this nursery enough. They have been brilliant with my little girls since she started at nine and a half months (now two). She has thrived in the warm and caring environment the nursery offers. I have every confidence her learning and development will continue and prepare her so well for school.

We visited a great many nurseries and we are so glad that we opted for Bright Horizons in the end. The staff is always kind and helpful, and extremely understanding, no matter what request we turn to them. Our little one settled in much sooner than we had expected and he is in love with his key worker. He even developed a special smile that he only gives to her! Their menu is top-notch, there is no juice, high-added sugar, highly processed, or any other trash food, and they can cater for all kinds of dietary needs. The facility is neat, tidy, and contemporary. I especially like that the rooms are equipped with proper wooden toys and books instead of plastic flashing sound-making toys. Their app is also really easy to use, and it puts our minds at ease that we receive updates during the day that our little lad is doing well. All in all, we are grateful for all their support and hope that we can stay with them until school starts!

I cannot recommend Hinckley Bright Horizons enough, they were so welcoming when we came in as first time parents with our three month old. I was so nervous going back to work and leaving him at nursery but they really put me at ease. He joined in Oct 2022 and has been there ever since. The staff are great with him and he is coming on so well with his development. We get regular updates via an app all day as well as development progress reports weekly and pictures of him having fun. The staff are also attentive at giving his medication on time and help accommodate any requests as best as possible. Everything is included from nappies to formula and food, you literally just need a spare set of clothes in a bag for your child. Big shout out to the staff in the Baby room, they are massive credits to the team!
