We are so grateful for the wonderful care our two sons have received at Ashbourne Day Nursery Stoneygate. From the very beginning, the team has been warm, supportive, and genuinely invested in our children's development and happiness. Both of our boys have absolutely thrived here - they've grown in confidence, made lovely friendships, and are always excited to go in each day. The staff create such a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment, and it's clear they truly care about each child. We really appreciate the regular updates, creative activities, and the strong communication from the team. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing they're in such safe and caring hands. Thank you to everyone at Ashbourne Day Nursery Stoneygate - we couldn't ask for a better start for our boys!

Ny son absolutely loves to come here. He says 'yeah nursery' every morning that he attends. The nursery have been great in informing me of how he is progressing whilst assisting in that natural progression. As a mother who struggles to leave my son in other people's care I have felt reassured at the service and level of nurturing that goes on in this fabulous montessori academic setting. Hats off, truly.

My little one started in the baby room at 10 months old in 2023. From day 1 the manager has been amazing at making sure that all of his needs were met, as he wasn't the easiest child to transition into nursery. He quickly learnt to love nursery, the staff and his friends. He tells me all about the food he has eaten, the toys he has played with, the staff he has spoken to and the activities in the garden. Developmentally, the nursery take into account what each individual is working on. They go above and beyond the expected curriculum. At the moment, my child is being supported in learning his second language. Emotionally, his keyworker is helping him to express himself more and he loves a cuddle when he needs support. All of the staff are so caring that he will happily go to any of them for a cuddle. I am kept informed on everything daily via the app and in person. I can't wait for baby number 2 to start.

As soon as we looked round the nursery for the first time we knew it was the right place for us. The nursery has a warm and inviting feel with a variety of stimulating outdoor and indoor spaces. Staff are committed to supporting our child in a caring and professional manner. They are clearly very experienced in childcare and development and always reassure if we have any concerns. Our child has flourished and is always happy to be dropped off. We can't thank them enough!

My son attended this nursery 5 years ago. Now that I have a new baby, I enquired at this nursery again. 5 years ago when my older child was there, he was very happy and settled. 5 years later my youngest is in this nursery and is soaring with confidence. All staff are very informative and supportive of each child's individual needs. They offer a variety of items on the menu and the app they use to communicate with parents is very informative as it gives an extensive breakdown of the day. My son settled in very quickly and warmed to all staff with no hesitations! His key worker had gotten to know him very well and they also have a parent's evening for parents looking at each key area of your child's development and identifying strengths and areas for improvement. They have an amazing outdoor area. The booking system is also flexible and has allowed for additional bookings when required. I would highly recommend this nursery for any parent considering daycare.

We love this nursery, it stood out from the rest, you are updated on collection, always welcomed inside, the Montessori approach for the older ones is great. A particular member of staff is amazing! We've got 2 children here now ages 1 and 3 and would highly recommend. Another particular member of staff is amazing with the little ones and the manager is very understanding!

My child has grown in confidence and seen good development in her learning. She had many friends who work well together. Excellent start to her school life. She gets involved in many activities including outdoor playtime.

My 2-year-old girl has been here for nearly a year now and she absolutely loves it here. When I first put her into this nursery, I had more anxiety about it than my girl, but the staff were very informative and supportive. Since she has joined, I have seen a quick development in her. The nursery staff are absolutely lovely down from management to the staff, they are all very welcoming, nurturing and will meet your requirements happily and efficiently.

Good nursery, staff is very friendly and caring. Very supportive and kind. My child feels like it is a home. Always go to nursery happy, even most times, don’t want to go home. It’s a very safe place for a kid. Thanks to all the staff who have been caring for my child.

We have two children in the nursery, the older one being there for more than two years. I remember during lockdown our older one had difficulty with his language and social skills, as soon as he returned to the nursery, his speaking and social skills improved in a very short period of time. The manager and staff are very helpful whenever needed; even when we have difficulty with the kids at home, we consult with them, and they are always happy to help. We used to live close to the nursery when we registered the older child, even though we moved house, we are still happy to drive a few miles and take them to the same nursery.

My 2-year-old is a Covid baby and only attends nursery once a week. The level of development he has shown has been amazing. The staff are amazing and friendly. My son looks forward to going in every session, and I know he’s well looked after. I’m so happy with this nursery.

As soon as I walked into this nursery, I knew it was the right place for my little girl. The staff are all so kind, patient and loving. The nursery has supported milestones like potty training. There are so many activities, learning opportunities and events that take place at this nursery. My little girl loves going and has a great bond with not only her key worker but all of the staff. I would highly recommend this nursery if you are looking for a home from home nursery for your child.

We are really glad to have found this place for the education of our child. With my wife being in education, we were already aware of the benefits of the Montessori system, but the child-centred experience has exceeded our initial expectations. Also, the fact that with both of us not being from the UK, the management, key worker and rest of the staff have adapted and accommodated our child needs. This also made this nursery our number one option as they clearly promote diversity and inclusion values from the management, staff to the children. Our little one has improved a lot in her social and communication skills, even if she just does 2-days a week.

A huge, huge thank you to all of the teachers and staff at Stoneygate Montessori Nursery! I genuinely couldn’t be any happier with our choice of the nursery, as the quality of education and overall care of my 4-year-old son has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff are so warm and welcoming, and my son happily talks about his teachers each evening and all the fun activities he’s been engaged in! From the moment we visited, we could see how much the staff cared about the children and their learning. The environment (both inside and outside) is set up beautifully to cover different areas of the curriculum, and we’re delighted that he’s being encouraged to prepare for school. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Being a parent sending your child to nursery can be so daunting! Especially when it's the first time and you have never done it before! All we knew was that we wanted a home away from home for our daughter, somewhere where the transition from home life to school would be seamless. Stoneygate Montessori gave this and more. The staff are so caring and attentive to every need of both the children and parents. The method of teaching, playing, and learning is just amazing. Communication between parents and the nursery is always open and honest; they will always put me at ease regarding any situation. It is so clear that each individual member of staff take their job seriously, and the kids are very happy and comfortable in those surroundings. I am so glad that we made the decision to send our child there and just grateful for all the hardwork they put in into the children. I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

I cannot praise this nursery and the staff enough. My daughter absolutely loved the year she spent there every day and I thoroughly enjoyed hearing about all the different activities she did and different foods she ate each day. We both had a fantastic rapport with all the staff there and still miss them all a year later. They helped my daughter achieve so much in that year and she is now so forward with much thanks to them. During lockdown, she was the only child attending and they still attended each day just for her and had all their attention helping around the nursery which was a great help while I was still working. We had a fantastic relationship with the Manager as well so much so that we were all a bit emotional when my daughter left their care permanently, I will never forget all she did for us personally and professionally, all the staff here will forever have a place in my heart and I cannot recommend these people enough Absolutely brilliant and caring place.

The prospect of sending our daughter to nursery was a nerve wracking experience. However, once we visited the Stoneygate Montessori Nursery and met the manager, our minds were eased. The team made us feel welcome and our daughter took a shine to her immediately. Since starting nursery our daughters physical, social, emotional and cognitive development has come on in leaps and bounds. Her language skills have improved, as have her creativity, cleanliness, toilet and eating habits. As an only child, we were worried that our daughter would struggle to share and play with other children. However, her time at the Stoneygate Montessori Nursery has more than made up for this and she is developing into a thoughtful and polite child. When she is not at nursery she is always asking for her nursery carers and misses them dearly. I cannot think of a better review than her smiling face, when she arrives and her tears upon leaving. Choosing Montessori is a decision you won’t regret.

Very happy with this nursery. We have seen a huge difference in our 3-year-old in terms of interaction and in general confidence in him is growing day by day and honestly, the staff at this nursery have been a massive part in this. My child has been attending this nursery since a very young age, the staff were very accommodating in taking us in at the last minute due to a letdown at a previous nursery and we haven't looked back since. The facilities are excellent as well as the resident cook. If you are still looking at a nursery place for your child then look no further than Stoneygate Montessori, wholeheartedly recommend this nursery.

My first daughter has been attending this nursery since January 2019 when she was 8-months-old; she is now 3-years and 4-months and in pre-school. We have been delighted with the progress she has made both academically and socially. This is due to the dedicated staff members and the sense of warmth and belonging they instil. We are so happy with this nursery that my second daughter (9-months-old) has started going there from the 1st September 2021. She had four settlings in sessions of 1.5 hours each prior to her starting, which really help her to build bonds with her key workers.

I enrolled my son in April 2021. The nursery staff made my son and I feel extremely comfortable about the transition and kept me very well informed about his progress. For the few months my son has been attending, his language and social skills have become much more advanced, and his interactions with other children have matured. The staff have shown great care and love to my son, and have ensured that we, as parents, feel happy with his progression.

I enrolled my son in April 2021. The nursery staff made my son and I feel extremely comfortable about the transition and kept me very well informed about his progress. For the few months my son has been attending, his language and social skills have become much more advanced, and his interactions with other children have matured. The staff have shown great care and love to my son, and have ensured that we, as parents, feel happy with his progression.
