I highly recommend this nursery and the especially the staff in the Toddler Room. The staff go over and above when it comes to the care of my child and the personal touches are so innovative and caring. My child loves going to nursery and knows all the names of the staff. The nursery often have family days where you get to meet the staff and talk about your child and answer any questions. The days are always such fun and the fine details are impeccable. They think of the children and the parents. The children are always made feel special and given the most thoughtful gestures like making Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthday cards for parents, Christmas cards....the list goes on. The most special gift we have received was a bauble with a length of ribbon in which was dated and the ribbon was the length of our child that year. I will treasure that forever. I really cannot express in words how grateful I am to all the staff and the work they do.

We love Yellow Brick Road Nursery at Bracebridge Heath. All the staff know our daughter and say hello, they're helpful and provide detailed reports of the activities each day. They're always coming up with new and original tasks and events, especially following on from events outside of the nursery (for example a holiday or an exciting weekend activity). Our daughter is always enthused by Yellow Brick Road and learning. They instill key values such as 'kind hands' and 'listening ears' which have been great to transfer to behaviour at home too. We highly recommend Yellow Brick Road. PS. The chef's cooking is amazing!

As a mother of a child with allergies, I cannot speak highly enough of the nursery staff and the extra mile the cook goes to ensure my daughter's allergies are catered for and that she is kept safe. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring there are risk processes in place to ensure she is safe while in their care and I cannot thank them enough for this. The staff are excellent, my daughter absolutely loves her key worker and going to nursery and does a wide variety of activities which she thoroughly enjoys. The nursery provides updates on the app and it's very easy to communicate with staff via a simple message which is great. The updated outdoor space is great and all the children enjoy it.

Yellow Brick Road is a lovely nursery with fantastic staff, they have home-cooked fresh meals every day and I love the added bonus of them providing nappies, wipes, creams etc. It takes the stress of being a working family every day just knowing they provide all of these extra things and it is such a creative and educational environment for the children to thrive in. Couldn't ask for a better nursery.

Very good with the kids I have that go there. My kids have gone there since they were babies and they love it. The staff are so friendly and do a lot with the kids. They always look forward to going and I can't say a bad word about the place.

Fantastic nursery, all the staff are lovely, my little boy loves his days at nursery and has formed a lovely bond with all the staff who he talks about regularly, he has come on in leaps and bounds since starting, we really cannot rate this nursery highly enough.

The nursery is amazing. My daughter is in the baby room and she happily walks in and leaves so happy. They truly care about the children in their care and I couldn't think of a better place for my child to go to. Their activities are great and they go out for a walk to see the community whenever they can which is incredible! I couldn't say anything negative about the nursery, my daughter is thriving there.

My son has been attending Yellow Brick Road since April this year in the baby room, and I couldn't be happier with the service we have received. I was extremely anxious about returning to work however the staff at Yellow Brick Road made this transition so much easier with how well they helped my son settle into his new routine with them. The staff are kind, patient understanding and are extremely informative when I need any help regarding my son's childcare, and I always feel so confident leaving him at the setting when I am at work. I would like to thank the staff in particular as she really does go over and above to ensure my son has a fun-filled and educational experience whilst in her care. I would highly recommend Yellow Brick Road to anybody considering placing their child here.

Yellow Brick Road has been (and still is) a wonderful place for both my children. All rooms are equipped with lots of engaging toys for imaginative play, and each day a new activity is available for them to explore, including messy play! They have a lovely (newly refurbished) garden to play in all year round, they also take the children on walks to experience the world outside of the nursery, including visits to the local shops and playground (when age-appropriate!). The staff are warm, friendly and approachable for any queries or questions you may have. My children always eat every meal they provide at nursery which is a high compliment! I would recommend this nursery to anyone wanting their children to receive top quality care in a local setting.

Yellow Brick Road have provided fantastic childcare for both my children from a young age. The youngest now attends the kids club and loves it. The activities through the holidays are always of a great mix and always changing with new activities.

A fantastic nursery with lovely staff and great facilities. My daughter loves going and learning new things with the friendly staff and playing with her friends. She seems to learn something new every nursery day and they're great at getting her to try new foods and take her naps. Highly recommended.

Yellow Brick Road is a fantastic nursery and pre-school. Both my children have loved their time there. The setting is beautiful, the care given is wonderful and all the staff over the years have been so kind and lovely. My first daughter started there in 2018, and I've never once had any issues regarding the care of my children.

Fantastic nursery, both my children love the nursery and staff who they have built a great relationship with. The longer opening hours are great for us with work commitments and they also have family events which are amazing.

Our daughter is so happy and settled at Yellow Brick Road. The setting is like a home from home. All the staff know every single child, and genuinely care about them and their wellbeing, and always go the extra mile to create wonderful experiences for the children. Our little girl is constantly learning and always comes home with fond tales of her day at nursery!

Incredible experience at Yellow Brick Road, couldn't be happier with the service we get. The staff genuinely care about our child and we get regular updates about his progress. The staff always go above and beyond in events, activities and special occasions.

Overall, a fairly good nursery. Some staff are excellent and genuinely care about the children. Since the garden refurb the outdoor space is so much better and a huge hit. The app is great so you can check throughout the day what they're eating. Would be nice to include the daily activities but understand this may not be feasible due to the time it takes to input. I do feel due to being full in capacity not all children's different developmental needs are always met. Unfair for the older ones to be held back from being surrounded by the younger ones. My son was kept in the baby room way longer than he should've been but couldn't move up due to no space. He did go up some part of the day leading up but not enough. I've had a few instances where he's come home with dirty nappy pants which I highlighted at the time and it wouldn't happen again for a while. Food menu is great, he eats some things at Yellow Brick Road I would never make (in a good way)! I feel listened to when I raise concerns so can't complain there.

I cannot thank the staff at Yellow Brick Road enough, for the support, confidence and experiences they have supplied our daughter with. From only attending 1 half session per week for around a year and recently being increased to 2 full sessions per week, she has come on leaps and bounds. Her ability and confidence was seen at home, but in public, her shyness and lack of confidence was all people saw, even with external family members. Since attending the setting, we continuously receive positive feedback about how amazing it is to see her chatting away, playing and just being happy. This is entirely down to the confidence she has built up from attending the setting and I couldn't be more prouder for her. Me and Dad both extend our gratitude to the kind, patient staff who have and continue, to make a huge effort to build up relationships with her and give her the reassurance she needed. Thank you!

My son absolutely loves coming to Yellow Brick Road! From being at home with me for 3 years I really worried about his transition into the setting but I couldn't have got it more wrong! The attention to detail, the personal touches, the staff members' dedicated approach has made it the smoothest most fun transition for my little boy! Every staff member is welcoming warming and work super hard with all the children, I'm so pleased I chose this nursery!

Our daughter moved from being in the care of a childminder and has attended Yellow Brick for just over a year. Since then she's grown massively in confidence and enjoys going to nursery. She knows the names of all the staff and comes home with lots of stories from her day there. The staff are brilliant, sending regular updates and they do a lot for the children and parents.

I love this nursery. My eldest was here and now my youngest is in the baby room. The staff are amazing, the nursery itself is decorated to a high standard and they provide an amazing standard of food.
