My daughter loves this nursery! She is thriving here. The staff are amazing, they genuinely care about the children and the family members who attend. The outside space is brilliant, the food is very good and there are lots of activities that the children can enjoy. I would highly recommend Kiddi Caru.

My daughter is very happy here. She does 4 days a week and she loves coming to nursery. They have a buzzer system to get in/out of the building and a code to enter to get into the corridor where the children's rooms are - very secure! The food menu is varied and my daughter enjoys the food, they do various activities such as painting, and they allow the children to go out into the garden which is nice and big (younger children have their own special area away from the bigger kids). The youngest children have tiny beds to sleep in and the older children sleep on a quilt cover area on the floor. As the children grow, the nursery encourages more and more independence such as toasting their own bread for breakfast etc and prepares them for school although my little one hasn't reached that point yet. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Excellent day nursery with caring and compassionate staff who are very responsive and well-led. Staff have a positive attitude and are proactive in facilitating various enriching activities and experiences. My child's love of creative activities is encouraged and supported and the love of learning is encouraged as well as building friendships - this is wonderful to see. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their role. My child now walks into the nursery and this is due to the staff supporting and building his confidence and making it a wonderful environment for him to want to come to daily. There is a clear structure of management/leadership. One of the most brilliant things about this nursery is the leadership/management team. Are visible and have an open-door policy. My child feels well supported and cared for and their individual developmental needs are regularly assessed/reassessed and staff provides regular updates, overall excellent care, and team communication throughout the nursery.

I highly recommend this nursery for any new or existing parents. I moved my daughter here from another nursery setting in 2023, and now my son attends here too and it's the best decision I have made. The building is safe, all staff members are friendly, approachable and welcoming. Each nursery room has play equipment and set-ups perfect for the age group intended for that room. There is a lovely garden for all children of all ages to enjoy and is supervised by the staff members at all times. The nursery have a portal/platform to communicate with parents to update you on daily updates (such as nappy, eating, sleeping) with your child and keep you posted on development, milestones, incident reports and reviews. My children absolutely love being here, you can see they are content, feel safe and excited to start their day and also leave happy and that's all you can ask for as a parent.

Friendly, experienced staff, meeting my child’s needs. Very accommodating. Great communication through the app as well as in person. My daughter loved going to the nursery every day and from not talking much she made huge progress.

I was really impressed with the nursery when we went to view and look around. My child was very anxious in her first few weeks but the staff were amazing at helping her settle in. My child loves the garden and its facilities. Thank you to all the staff for helping my child adapt to nursery life.

I always find the office staff very standoffish. They don’t seem to interact with parents. I find at times the rooms don’t seem to be under control. The children are let run wild. My child comes home filthy, clothes ruined. Not enough updates on my child’s progression. The outside space doesn’t have enough toys or equipment. My child has been left unable to wipe or clean himself after the toilet properly without any help or assistance. The food does seem to be good and he enjoys it most of the time.

Great, friendly staff. We’ve had many happy years of our children going to Kiddi Caru Nursery. Whatever room they have been in, they’ve had good experiences. A varied menu and plenty of fun daily activities mean our children are trying new foods and skills.

Overall have a satisfying experience. I felt at the beginning that not all staff were confident in how to handle a child who has not learnt English yet in terms of frustration or communication. But the main staff were confident and encouraging. My child is enjoying singing and different games that she is bringing home as well. I feel like she was not an easy one to get settled but she did. I am missing some equipment from the garden, such as a slide/climbing frame. I think these would make the garden more attractive for children. And also, something similar to an occasional forest school and someone who comes to play on a guitar and children can sing along or similar would be nice as it would bring some excitement.

I feel that at Kiddi Caru, my child is treated as an individual. I don’t feel like he’s judged on his less-than-great days, and he’s celebrated for his good ones. He gets all the care and attention I could want for him. I know I can ask the staff for their advice and opinions, and get support when I have concerns. It makes a huge difference to feel so confident in the care he receives. It would be five stars except that I’d like more regular updates on the day-to-day things like what they’ve been up to, menus, etc, but that’s only being picky!

Honestly, the best caring and interactive nursery! Wouldn’t take my daughter anywhere else. Very tidy, clean and modern with great facilities for the children! Staff are very welcoming and lovely and go above and beyond to help you and your child. Great communication and frequent development updates. This is a nursery where I 110% feel comfortable that my daughter is safe and well looked after!

It’s a warm, steady, very informative journey. We have been there for 3 years and really can’t fault it. Staff are all very approachable, keep us informed at all times and general management of the nursery is smooth.

I’m so grateful we chose Kiddi Caru Wellingborough to be our little one’s nursery! The staff are amazing, always giving us updates on how our son is doing and sending us photos which makes all the difference, especially on his first days! The facilities are also great, we appreciate the effort they make to minimise plastic toys replacing them with wooden ones. We know our son is being well looked after and that’s what any parent would like.

I can't fault the nursery, three of my children have attended one 16 years ago! I was never in any doubt that any children I had in the future would attend Kiddi Caru, the staff are so lovely and my children have been so happy here and have learnt so much, they really do prepare the children to start reception, my son is thriving in school. I'll be sad when my last little boy leaves (no more babies for me). My children have been and continue to be extremely well looked after and safe. I will always recommend this nursery.

We've been really happy with Kiddie Caru and it's been such a relief to find a place where he's not just another number. The staff are amazing – they're kind, patient, and really got to know my son. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in the way they interact with the children. Communication has been spot-on, too. We get regular updates about what's been happening, and it's always a nice peek into his day. It feels like we're in the loop. All in all, we couldn’t be happier with Kiddie Caru, It's a place where our son is happy, safe, and thriving, and that's all we could ask for. Would definitely recommend it to any parent looking for a spot for their little one. It's been a great start for our son, and we're grateful for the team's hard work and dedication. I want to mention on a separate note how fantastic two of the ladies have been with him. I'm going to miss speaking to them in the morning when he moves up and I know he will miss them too!

My daughter has been attending the nursery for ten months now, and it's the best decision we have made. The nursery staff are very welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff. My daughter has been in two of the nursery rooms so far from joining and has maintained professional friendships with her key workers in both rooms. Every member of staff is friendly and will always say hello in the corridor. Security at the nursery is very safe and secure, as it should be, and checks are carried out regularly to ensure the safety around our child is well kept, as there are times when different members of staff from the nursery move around the rooms. We are well informed of events the nursery room is taking part in, such as World Book Day and can view our child's care diary on the online app and receive a notebook each day with how our daughter has been throughout the day. We are very happy with the care our daughter has received. We would definitely recommend.

Really happy with this nursery. My little one loves it and is happy to go. We can see that attending nursery helps our little one to develop his communication and interaction skills, as well as creativity.

Very happy with the nursery and all the staff! The facility is perfect for the toddler with a lots to explore. My son love all of the teachers, they are always very helpful, understanding and super friendly.

My child has really thrived at Kiddi Caru he has learnt lots and has become more confident. It’s thanks to his nursery workers for bringing him out of his shell. They go above and beyond for his care.

I am very happy with my choice of nursery for my daughter. I find all of the staff friendly and engaging. The communication from nursery to home is very good and I am always made to feel comfortable when I drop my daughter off and pick her her. The management team are great and this reflects on the positive environment that the nursery has. I always feel confident that my daughter will be fine when I leave and can see how much the key workers and staff embrace her character and encourage her to be the little explorer that she is. I would recommend this nursery to all parents.
