View Full Details of Little Lambs at LambleyMy child started at the nursery at 9 months old. Staff at the nursery have looked after him like their own. His development has been encouraged and promoted through the activities they do on a daily basis. Really pleased with the nursery and all they continue to do for my child.
My son has been attending full time since he was 9 months old (he's now 18 months) and can comfortably say, his development wouldn't be as far along if he hadn't attended Lambley Day Nursery. An example of this is, it was nursery who encouraged him to use a fork and spoon, we were still spoon-feeding him at home. There's plenty of space both inside and outside for the children and are encouraged to get involved with both messy play and playing outside in most-weather's, there's a slide that rivals that of a small, child's park. Whilst he has a key worker who is brilliant with him, it feels like each member of staff considers every child to be their key responsibility. They also feed them proper meals. If you're a parent who wants a structured (school-like) day, it's not as formal as that; but you receive a daily update on their day and in terms of allowing your child to develop their skills and personality, then I can't recommend anywhere else.
