After only two months at nursery, I feel happy dropping my daughter off- she's excited to go every morning. I look forward to her weekly observations which are sweet, informative, and funny. Communication with staff is easy and we get quick responses through the app. Each member of staff are so friendly and helpful, and even those who don't directly care for her recognise her by name. My daughter has visibly grown in confidence and ability. Her overall appetite has improved too. My daughter is very attached to her key worker and this plays a big part in how well she's settled. I am so grateful to her for looking after her so well and with such affection. My one regret is that the kids don't get time on the farm. Seems a shame to miss that opportunity. I realise numbers are an issue but surely a rota system could be established so that time can be spent on a semi-regular basis? Nevertheless, I am so grateful to the White Post and very glad we chose them.

I have nothing but praise for the staff. My daughter joined the nursery in April last year. The manager was informative, supportive, and knowledgeable during the times I visited prior to my daughter's enrollment. My fears were quickly allayed upon starting through staff consideration, attention, and dedication to all children in their care. My daughter's smile upon seeing her key worker is the greatest compliment I can pay. Staff go above and beyond every day and are exemplary. The management team at the nursery are incredible; they know all the children's names and are always happy to help. They are quick to respond to queries and are organised around sending updates. It has been an absolute joy to watch my daughter happily develop and grow whilst at nursery, developing new skills and I am thankful for having chosen this nursery for her to attend. I am absolutely sure she will continue to progress and flourish through her time coming. All staff here are quite simply priceless in value to me as a parent.

Myself and my wife want to thank and express recognition of the team at the White Post. Our children thrive at this location. The cooperation in working together for the success, of raising and educating our twins have not gone unnoticed. In both these respects, the staff here have excelled. We appreciate all the staff for all of their efforts and excellent work! They have made the transition into education a breeze. We are expecting more great things to come. Cannot recommend this establishment enough.

My daughter started at Kindred White Post in September for a full day once a week. Every week she strides in confident, smile on her face, without a care in the world. This gives me so much confidence that she not only loves her time there but excellent care is being provided. Since starting in September, my daughter's language and social skills have come on leaps and bounds, every week I look forward to finding out what she has learned that day. Yet another reason why we love sending her to Kindred.

Friendly nursery, regular updates, supportive. Both our children are flourishing. The children always come out happy and tell us about their adventures for the day! The staff are always willing to listen and help.

My daughter gets the possible care from all the staff in Learning Lane. It is such a huge relief to see her happy to see staff in the morning. The updates on my daughter's progress have been so detailed and the relationship she has developed with staff in a short space of time is a testament to the care she receives.

My granddaughter who is nonverbal and has autism and pica was at another nursery for 18 months. She just never progressed. We started to look elsewhere and Kindred White Post was by far the best, they helped not just myself and my son but my granddaughter. They accommodated in every aspect of the help needed, from answering the phone to staggered getting to know them visits. My granddaughter is thriving and is so much more comfortable and confident. She's still nonverbal, but she now makes sounds to let staff know what she needs. The SEN lady is absolutely fantastic, everything we said she knew all about. Can not thank her enough. The manager has been on the other end of the phone, making sure they and we have everything needed. Thank you! The granddaughter has only been there for 6 weeks, but she is a totally different girl now, and that is thanks to the staff and the hard work and dedication they not only have put into ours but to all the children.

We feel incredibly lucky that our son attends Kindred White Post, 3 days a week. The staff are absolutely amazing, they work so hard and put in so much effort with all the children, our son is so happy going to nursery and coming home he always has a big smile on his face. The food is amazing, our son has a well-balanced and varied diet at Kindred White Post and there is a good variety of activities to facilitate fun learning, there are trips to the farm next door regularly which our son thoroughly enjoys! The staff are excellent at communicating any concerns or anything that has happened that you need to be aware of and take time to speak with you at pick-up time about your child's day. If you are thinking of sending your child to nursery we cannot recommend Kindred White Post enough, we think they are outstanding at what they do and we are so happy with the excellent care our son receives!

Excellent nursery, my daughter really enjoys her days here. She absolutely loves going to the farm and enjoys seeing all the animals. She always comes home happy and has always done a variety of different activities and gets offered a wide range of food. All staff are approachable and it's easy to contact them during the day if needed. They keep us updated during the day with what our daughter has been doing and also food/nap times. Management team are also good and approachable.

Fantastic nursery, both me and my son have received amazing experiences from all staff even before I confirmed my registration with the nursery. As a previous nursery manager I found choosing a nursery extremely difficult however, I couldn't be happier with my choice and I honestly can not recommend this nursery enough!

My son has been coming to Kindred since I returned to work in April 2023. My son absolutely loves it here. I love seeing the updates from the staff with lots of detail about what my son has been up to; it’s so nice to see that he’s happy and being kept busy with lots of activities. The new app is great as I get more updates on how my sons day is going. Food; he eats everything! What more can I say. Management and staff are supportive and always at hand if you have any questions.

We had taken our son to a different nursery when I first went back to work but found it didn’t quite suit us. We tried White Post and couldn’t believe the difference in both how we felt as parents, but also how different our son was. The staff at White Post do everything they can to make the whole nursery experience wonderful: the activities, photos shared, meals provided - the list could go on.

The staff at Kindred Nursery White Post are absolutely amazing! The management are so understanding and supportive of any issues ongoing at home, they keep you informed regularly of your child's progress and any changes that are due to occur via the app. All the staff engage with the children with warmth and empathy, when my son leaves in July I will be very sad to leave them behind. My son absolutely adores his key worker who goes above and beyond for him as much as she can, entertaining his little quirks which I really appreciate. The nursery takes the children to the farm which is amazing and they also have extracurricular activities such as dance, tennis, parents' breakfast and they recently did an Africa day exposing the children to the African culture. The transition from Alphabet House to Kindred went smoothly and any queries answered in a timely manner. I honestly can't thank the manager and the team enough for everything they have done!

The team that work with and have worked with my children are all fantastic. They have the personal touch but I feel like the structure and vision is not as it was. Since Kindred has taken over and at first the suggestion was with little change other than uniform and branding. A month later we have been hit with a difference in how we are billed, fees increased as they are yearly (although National Minimum Wage increases do not take affect until April). Communication was unclear and left many questions open for existing parents. That took 3 weeks to be resolved! I have raised my concern a few times around the process of drop-off and collection. Currently we walk down stairs that are a hazard. We are taking toddlers, which is fine if you have 1 to supervise but when you have more than 1 this is a daily challenge. You are then queuing to drop off and collect your child outside in all weathers. You then feel rushed to handover and say goodbye due to the queue behind you and the conditions.

It really is the staff that makes this nursery amazing. My son has attended White Post since April 2021 going into the baby room, each time he has moved up to the next class I’ve been nervous but every time the staff have been amazing and he really has come on a lot, they recognised he needed additional help with his speech as by the time he got an appointment for speech therapy it wasn’t required and that’s down to the staff giving him one to one support. I would definitely recommend this nursery. He is always going out to White Post farm with the nursery and he absolutely loves the staff, coming home and talking about them nonstop. To be able to go to work and not worry about your child is such a relief.

I absolutely adore everything the staff do, they go above and beyond and I can never thank them enough for all they've done over the years for both my children. Very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, loving and caring.

My twin boys started at Alphabet House in March 2019 after the closure of their last nursery. I was worried about them starting at a different nursery at 2 and a half years old, but I didn't need to be. They settled into the toddler room easily and are now progressing into the pre-school room. I love that they have access to the farm next door, there is a variety of food available and they are looked after by dedicated staff.

The staff are always warm and welcoming. Our children both go to their key workers and staff quite happily and readily. There is a great array of activities indoors, outdoor space and regular trips to include the farm. We receive regular updates through tapestry and have good catch-ups with staff.

We cannot speak highly enough of all the staff and the Alphabet House team since our daughter has been attending. The care and attention they have shown has been outstanding and we would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to our friends.

What sold this nursery to us was the staff and the visits to Alphabet House Day Nursery. My little boy started in August - he cried when I dropped him off and again when I fetched him but six weeks in and I don't even get chance to take his coat off before he's walking over to one of the ladies for a hug. I love that he's enjoying himself and learning new things daily. Pretty sure he enjoys the food too!
