Lovely staff, excellent care. Communication with parents is excellent. Staff are friendly and kids don't see them as staff- they call them aunties and treat them like aunties. This gives the nursery a homely feel cutting out the anxiety for the child.

Staff have supported a child-focused transition to nursery, good communication and interaction with the children. Staff are prompt in sharing information and communication. The children have settled quickly and are picking up so much with achievable clear goals and targets, all of the staff are aware of their needs and supportive. Brilliant start to their early years. My daughter has been coming to The Bridge Day nursery since she was 9 months old and has loved it from day one. The staff are all very friendly and approachable and have helped my daughter learn new skills and grow in confidence as well as keeping me informed of her progress and developments. She loves playing outside and with her little friends and seems to eat everything provided. I highly recommend this nursery. Thank you.

My child really enjoyed his time here. He learned so much and is ready for school. All the Aunties in the preschool room are lovely and really went above and beyond to help encourage and bring on my son's learning journey.

We had to remove our child from this nursery after 2 months. We suspected he had some additional needs but he has no diagnosis and his previous nursery had never raised concerns. After a few weeks of attending, I was told that if they had known he had these additional needs they never would have accepted him. They changed his hours to hours which did not fit in with our childcare needs and said that if he wasn't any better we would be given notice to take him out without even trying to put support in place. They refused to apply for additional funding to support him as the manager said they would not be able to find anyone who would want the job. I asked them to apply for an EHCP as suggested by the Health Visitor and was told 'We don't do them'. We eventually removed him ourselves due to the total lack of effort and unwillingness to support him which is what I feel they were hoping for. There is clearly a significant lack of knowledge of SEN procedures.

The Aunties at The Bridge have always been very friendly and welcoming. My son has grown in confidence and settled in well to nursery. He enjoys the activities and outdoor play and is positive about his key worker. The value for money is excellent. I have used my 3-year-olds for 15 hours and paid for food and snacks, just term time only which is so helpful. I have appreciated how nice the manager has been, friendly reminders if I've been late with a payment, readiness to find a last-minute space for emergency childcare, and just all round making it feel like a nice experience when dealing with the admin side of things.

My baby started recently and it has been the best thing ever for me and for her! The staff have been amazing and so supportive. Think this is a good learning atmosphere for my child and myself. Thank you and keep up the good work! Thank you for your understanding!

Our little girl went to nursery at The Bridge for 2 years from 11 months old. We were welcomed and supported from the start. She has had a wonderful time during her 2 years - lots of communication with us about her development and staff were always very approachable. She was happy to go in every day - ate well and had lots of fun. For me, going to work each day knowing she was safe and happy with her aunties was priceless! Highly recommend - thank you!

I feel confident in leaving my child at the nursery knowing he will be well looked after for the day. The staff are so good with him and he even talks about the staff when he gets home. I would highly recommend and this nursery will give your child a good foundation to progress successfully onto school. Thank you.

My son has been going since November 2022, he's 19 months now. He's doing really well and thriving. He loves going and always has the best time. He has learnt so much from going and the main thing for me is that it seems very clean. He doesn't come home with too many bugs or illnesses which was one thing I was nervous about. Thanks to the management and the whole team of aunties!

My son has been going to The Bridge for a year now, and he has massively progressed since joining. He has learnt so much and has made some cute little friends. I also love how we get daily updates on what he has been doing in the nursery that day. Honestly couldn't praise The Bridge Nursery enough for all they do for their children.

The staff and management have been fantastic with our son from day one, the range of activities provided and fed back to us through the portal has been first-rate. As have the themed days based on British and International celebration days. The support shown to us and our son throughout his development challenges were above and beyond and we can think of no place we would rather send him. All in all, a fantastic nursery - would wholeheartedly recommend to any parent.

My little girl loves coming here; she has come on leaps and bounds since joining the nursery. The staff are amazing with the children, and there are always smiles in the nursery. They make you feel reassured and keep you up to date with what activities they have been doing in the nursery. Honestly couldn’t recommend the nursery enough; I won’t be sending my little girl anywhere else. So glad I found the little gem of a place.

My daughter really enjoys coming to The Bridge Nursery. The staff are fantastic with the children, and they do fun-filled activities with them every day. The nursery is always so bright, inviting and very clean.

My little girl has attended the nursery for nearly a year. She loves it, she has made so much progress and we are so happy we chose to send her to this nursery. All of the "aunties" are brilliant and she talks about them at home non-stop. My child is happy and so are we! We love the way the nursery records everything our daughter does on a learning log (tapestry) and we get to see how much fun she has each day. Thank you for all of your hard work, I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

I'm so happy and proud of how much my little girl has progressed throughout the years. That's thanks to the love and care of all the staff at The Bridge Nursery. They always show love and care towards all of the children and are very approachable. My little girl has attended for almost three years and the staff are truly like her "aunties" she talks about them none stop and can't wait to get to nursery on a Monday morning. I would and already have recommended the nursery to friends and family.

I find the nursery's standards are very high. They are very caring towards my children. They have always eaten what is put in front of them and it's excellent value for money. They have always really enjoyed going and get very attached to the staff there. Their progress for learning has been fantastic and have come on lots since being in nursery.

This nursery is fantastic, my baby started very early at 4 months and has come on massively. He really loves it and his key workers. I get regular reports about how he's doing, a daily book to tell me what he's done and support if I need or my child does. I can't recommend it enough.

My son has just attended the holiday club at The Bridge Nursery and he had an absolutely wonderful time there. They had lots of different activities going for the children. I cannot praise the staff there enough, I would definitely recommend this service and will be using them again next half term.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for the last 8 months and thanks to the fantastic staff here she has settled into her "second home" extremely well. The staff are very attentive to the children and enthusiastic in their roles. I am very happy with the progress my daughter is making in her development and can't thank the staff enough for doing a great job!
