I love this nursery. The staff are amazing and patient! I can't recommend this nursery enough! My son's speech has come along so great and he plays well with other children because staff are very encouraging of his development as well as engaging in group activity. I love all the staff here especially two staff members in particular, they always smile when I come pick my son up.

Bright Horizons Didsbury is the best nursery I've come across. The care they provide is outstanding. I put my complete trust in the practitioners. Myself and my daughter have built great relationships with them and I am proud to be part of the nursery.

We send our daughter to Toddler 2 and we love it! She has really thrived and developed so much! We are sending our second daughter here soon and cannot wait to send her.

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons Didsbury Day Nursery and Preschool for almost 3 years and my 11-month-old son has just started, so I have grown to know the nursery and staff pretty well in that time. I honestly can't think of anywhere else I'd rather my kids went. There's a real community feel and warmth to it, from the nursery management to the room workers and the support staff. Our daughter has thrived since day one. She's confident, well-socialised and a happy child. She's stimulated in new ways daily and often surprises us with new skills, words, insights and knowledge. Of course, whenever I ask her what she's done that day all she says is 'played with my friends' but if her takeaway is that she spent the day playing then I'm happy! What else to say, Communication is great, there's a balanced menu which changes regularly, there's clear thought and planning that goes into the learning side which is delivered in a fun way, and I'm comfortable leaving my children in their hands. Well done Bright Horizons.

I have found Bright Horizons Didsbury Day Nursery and Preschool to be an outstanding nursery that is providing my granddaughter with outstanding care. The nursery has a wonderful, pleasant and calm aura. You are treated and greeted on a daily basis with the utmost respect and are made to feel extremely welcome. The care my granddaughter is receiving is over and beyond my expectations, the staff work closely with the families in order to maintain the outstanding care of each and every child in their care. Confirmed by other parents who I am acquainted with, whose children attend the nursery. I must say it is very rare to find such an amazing nursery. For me, it ticked off all the boxes for a high standard of care.

I can't recommend Bright Horizons Didsbury Day Nursery and Preschool enough! The staff are superb, learning development plans are clear and engaging. Our daughter loves nursery which makes it even better for us knowing she is cared for whilst learning. Toddler room 2 staff are incredible, five-star review. Management is engaging and brilliant, they know all children's names on welcome and byes in the afternoon.

Bright Horizons Didsbury Day Nursery and Preschool is an excellent and welcoming nursery. The activities provided by the team are of a high standard and provide constant educational stimulation. The staff at Didsbury are caring and constantly provide updates about my child's day. Any enquiry is answered quicky and professionally. There are always staff available to discuss my child's day and progress.

We have had two children here for the last five years and are always happy. Staff are amazing, caring and supportive and we never have any issues. Very happy children and parents.

Thrilled at the progress the girls are making in the four months they've been here! Language skills are really coming along. Big shout out to four members of staff, in particular, for general awesomeness.

The baby room has been excellent at supporting my son during his settling-in period. The staff are attentive, caring and ensure that my son is happy. The activities are age-appropriate and provide my son with experiences that he won't receive at home. He loves the baby staff and I know that he is safe and well cared for when at nursery.

From the moment my son steps into his room, he is greeted with warm smiles which makes the whole dropping-off process so much easier. He is happy all the time, the practitioners do such a wonderful job ensuring he is happy and well taken care of. I feel reassured that he is safe and well looked after.

The settling process has been so enjoyable for both myself and my son. The staff in Baby 1 went above and beyond to make the transition very smooth. Since starting, I had loads of updates and lovely photos on the app which made me feel very reassured. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough, I have been so happy with all the team in the room as well as the management team who is also very supportive. My son has settled in really well and he is developing so well.

We have had a great experience with Bright Horizons Didsbury. They have taken excellent care of our child, with great communication of progress and issues. The facilities are excellent with plenty of activities to keep the children entertained and engaged. We’ve sadly had to leave due to relocation but will be moving to another nursery within the Bright Horizons family based on our experience with Didsbury.

Great nursery - my almost 2-year-old has a great time for her two days a week here. All the staff are lovely and seem to genuinely care and enjoy spending time with the kids. Would definitely recommend.

My child has been going to Bright Horizons Didsbury from 10 months old and the staff have been fantastic from day one. The room is beautiful and I receive regular photos and updates of the ever-changing activities they participate in. I've noticed a big change in my child's development in a relatively short time. Highly recommended.

My little boy has been here for over a year and he loves it. The nursery is friendly and welcoming (especially baby 1 and baby 2). The care they give is fantastic, the setting is great with lovely outdoor space and the food they serve is excellent. I would highly recommend the nursery. We love it so much that my 10-week old child has been booked in for when I return to work.

The experience did not start well. We went to registration and were informed they only had 2 days available (Monday and Friday) and that they only were considering people for full days - no half days were offered. This seems extremely strange. Why offer half days at all, if you aren’t accepting people who only need half days? So we had no choice but to agree. The month we had the nursery welcome walk-through (March), the next two months had 5 public holidays that all landed on Monday and Friday. Bright Horizons requires payment for all days, even days that land on public holidays and days they use for training or if your child doesn’t attend. Being that this would have been his first months, we didn’t feel it was fair to pay nearly £800/month when he only attends two days a week and because of these holidays, would miss 5 of those days. Do you think it is fair? No exceptions! So we decided to start in June. During the short one month there my son was bitten 3 times. We don’t recommend.
