I'm absolutely delighted with my Best Friends Day Nursery! The staff are caring, attentive, and create such a warm and nurturing environment for my little boy. He has blossomed in confidence and enjoys every day walking into the room and then always coming home with a big smile. The activities are engaging especially the weekly baby ballet, and I truly appreciate the emphasis on learning through play. I couldn't ask for a better place for my little one to grow and thrive!

Fabulous nursery. My little girl absolutely loves going to pre-school here, she even asks to go in on the days she isn't there. All staff are so warm and welcoming and so lovely with all the children. They do such a wide range of activities for the children.

My little girl loves attending Best Friends. She particularly enjoys the stretch and grow and all the other fun activities that are planned for them throughout the day. Tasty and healthy food and lots of learning through play. Thanks to the manager and the team for creating such a professional, warm and nurturing environment.

Our son started at Best Friends a little over a year ago. In all that time, he has been nothing but happy and it's been a joy to watch him grow. Now in preschool, his key person is investing so much time and effort into developing our son, we can barely keep up. We are so grateful to our key person for all he does for our son and for all he does for us as parents in aiding and assisting us in the challenges of raising a toddler. Thank you to him and the team at Best Friends!

My daughter has been going to Best Friends Nursery since she was 9 months old (she is almost 3 now). She settled in great, staff were and are amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable team, which makes you feel at ease knowing your child is in good hands. The stretch and grow is one of my daughter's favourite activities there, they definitely know how to get the kids involved with lots of fun educational activities! Every room transition has been gradual with taster days, which really helps. My daughter has developed so well with the help of the nursery, we have noticed changes in her development throughout the years. She absolutely adores all the staff and knows everyone's name! I am sure they know her very well too! A great nursery and very pleased we picked this one! My daughter will be staying on during preschool as we feel she would prefer being at the nursery to going elsewhere.

Very caring and energetic staff. My child goes willingly and easily to nursery 5 days a week and has a smile on his face when he comes home - which says it all. Staff in the preschool room are attentive and don't shy away from child conflicts which I have seen handled fairly and with care. I am always informed of any unavoidable issues or accidents in a professional way. I feel like my child is in safe hands with caring staff, having an interesting and varied learning environment and a healthy diet every day! My son loves stretch and grow and we will be interested to see how Spanish lessons go this month! It really is an excellent nursery. The set up especially outdoors is great for children to burn off energy. The ball room was a big hit when my son was in toddlers and I feel the staff do a fab job of keep the children engaged in playful learning.

We have loved this nursery since our son started a few years ago. We've really enjoyed seeing his development soar, especially since starting preschool. His key worker is fantastic. He is clearly very passionate about his job and the impact he has on his students. It's always a pleasure to come and collect my son and seeing all the staff and the positive feedback they are more than happy to share. My son has also never slept better since starting in this class! It's obvious how stimulated his brain is. Very happy parents and child.

My little boy has been going to Best Friends since he was 9 months old and absolutely loves it. He is now in pre-school and all the staff made the transition so easy and stress-free. Huge thank you to the manager and the team for all their efforts and support, especially in getting my son toilet trained within 3 weeks. Couldn’t ask for better teachers. Thank you all so much!

My little girl attended Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley from 11 months through to pre-school age. I found great comfort that she enjoyed and looked forward to her nursery days. She received excellent care and thrived from the learning provided to her. She made lots of friends and I will be using this nursery in the future.

My daughter loves Best Friends Nursery; she enjoys playing with the other children and mostly talks about the teachers and how much fun she has had each day. Such a lovely nursery and the team are always so happy.

My child has just moved into preschool and really happy with the wide range of activities and how well the staff know him. The staff are always happy and give me feedback every day. Great facilities and management always happy to help. Looking forward to my son starting Spanish and swimming lessons.

Both my girls have been coming to this nursery and both thoroughly enjoy their days here. The staff are pleasant, friendly and attentive they make you very welcome. The nursery is bright and comfortable. Since they’ve started they’ve really come out of their shell, especially with the pandemic limiting their involvement in the outside world. Generally very happy.

My older daughter went to Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley and then my second child followed as I was so happy with the nursery I honestly cannot fault it. My daughter literally runs to nursery. All the staff are amazing all are consistent, really help and listen and that’s really important and very, very, very welcoming and nice so I would definitely recommend.

Our little girl has been attending Best Friends since April (at 11 months old), she settled in really well/easily and is so excited to go to nursery. The staff are lovely, provide updates at the end of the day and there's a good variety of meals provided. We always feel that our daughter is in safe hands!

My little boy's time in the Big Babies room has been brilliant. His development has come on leaps and bounds and he has absolutely loved all the girls in the room, especially three staff members. They have taken such good care of him. My little one has now moved into the next room and I am sure that, after adjusting, he will love it in there just as much. The parent's evenings are so useful and the daily handovers help you to understand what they have been up to, what they have enjoyed and how they’ve eaten/slept each day. There is an app which is occasionally updated with photos and information about development. I do wish this was updated more frequently but otherwise, I can’t really fault the nursery, we’ve had a great experience with everyone so far.

My son has attended since he was about 10 months old, and he absolutely loves it. At almost 2 he's about to move into the Toddler room. I could not be happier with the room he is currently in - the staff seem to genuinely care about him. They are great at distracting him during drop off, so he rarely gets upset. They provide varied activities and he loves stretch and grow! He is absolutely thriving, when I look at the milestones expected at his age he is exceeding them and I give some credit to the excellent care he receives at nursery. When he moved from the baby room I asked for more detailed feedback, so they started a book recording his food, sleeps and activities. So far the contact I have had with the toddler room has been great. They are so positive about my son, and I really feel they will treat him as an individual, and continue to stretch him whilst also looking after him with the same care and attention. Although I would love to see more pictures on the app.

Our son is extremely happy in the Big Babies classroom and he always leaves with a smile on his face. We can see that the staff take so much care in looking after him and have really developed a loving relationship with him. His confidence and speech has really come on over the past few months which is down to the staff and the environment that he is in.

The girls at nursery are extremely caring - amazing staff. My daughter has learnt so much since she started here. Food served is healthy and varied. The management staff are approachable and accommodating.

Excellent daycare nursery, with lovely staff and great activities for the kids - especially the swim class - don’t know many other nurseries that do this. The stretch and grow are also fantastic and have taught my child a lot.
