Little Steps is a brilliant nursery. Really understand your child's needs and are more than willing to adapt the care they give so your child gets the best from nursery. My child has autism and they have gone above and beyond to help him. Thank you so much Little Steps!

Absolutely brilliant nursery, my little boy loves coming every day and always tells me about what he's done after each day. Currently in pre-school staff are working hard to get him ready to transition. You're amazing!

My little girl was finding settling into another nursery extremely hard, after lots of bad experiences with them and many weeks we decided to move our girl to Little Steps and oh my when they say babies/kids know when they are safe and if people are good, well she knew. My girl settled in the room in the first 30 minutes of the first session. The staff have been so lovely and friendly that we all feel comfortable at Little Steps. My girl loves her nursery room and the staff that are there, they are amazing. The nursery do lots of activities with the kids, caters lots of these to the child's interests, also do lots of activities where families get involved. They are amazing and myself and family would recommend them highly.

Little Steps Nursery is a brilliant learning environment for young babies up to five years old. It's very clean, it has a lovely setting and a very safe space and environment. The staff are lovely and welcoming and made it so easy for settling in as well as personal care toward your child. The learning curriculum is outstanding and the best thing is it's child-led. It's personal to your child's development and what they do out of nursery which is tailored to suit their individual development needs. The facilities are very good as well as breakfast, snacks, and lunch is provided. This was a huge bonus factor when selecting the nursery. They also provide a halal option too, I love the fact they are so diverse. The opening hours really suited my work. It's a very warm friendly environment and all the staff are genuine, caring and really friendly. I would most definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

My little boy loves being here and has made lots of friends. I love the fact that they are teaching him phonics and numbers in ready for primary school. The class leaders always keep me informed, especially one lady in the preschool room.

My daughter just turned one and even though she only goes to Little Steps for one and a half days, she absolutely loves it and comes home so tired. It has been the biggest help sending my daughter here as the staff are wonderful and tells me in detail what she has done and eaten that day.

I can not fault Little Steps, the staff are polite, professional, caring and so friendly. My son loves going, he goes in happy, and he's formed great relationships with all the staff which makes going to work easier as I know he's in good hands.

The staff are amazing at little steps! They're all friendly, and loving and treat each child as if their own! My girls have been attending since 11 months old and it's the best decision I have ever made! My girls have come on leaps and bounds and are well ahead of their age and I really believe Little Steps have been a huge part of this with tailor-made activities to each child's needs/interests and just a genuine caring nature! The best! My girls always have seconds of their dinner as the food is yummy and the cook is amazing! Not just a cook but a friendly smile whenever I see her! The nursery is always clean and tidy and communication is amazing from fees to holidays/bank holidays and revaluation updates to keep us parents in the loop with children's development and nursery matters.

Always a friendly face at the door. My child always tells me he had a good day learning playing and making friends. Staff get to know each child and can tell when a child isn't themselves, always kind and caring.

Little Steps has helped my son come on leaps and bounds with his speech and learning new things every day especially songs from the music man! He has always been very attached to me and I wasnt sure how my child would take to nursery, the staff are all very attentive and caring and have always been so helpful with helping my son settle in and keeping me updated when I needed. I couldnt have chosen a better group of people to look after him! He always tells me how much he likes his lunch too which is great to know as he is very fussy at home!

My twins have been in this nursery for around nine months now and the care they receive is nothing short of spectacular. My son has a care plan in place due to his medical conditions and I am always updated on their day. The staff are polite and friendly and love my children like their own fantastic nursery

My daughter attended this nursery and has now moved on and my son currently attends Little Steps. The staff are so loving towards your children and truly care the way you would want someone to who you've entrusted with your babies. Every single staff member works so hard and prioritises interaction with the children and building strong bonds from the moment they start attending. My daughter was deaf so had some additional needs and the manager at the time made sure to liaise with other professionals and sat in on their sessions to learn how to support my daughter best which meant the world to me. For younger children, it's more free play but as my daughter got older I noticed more structured activities, which helped her so much developmentally. Communication is extremely open and any concerns or things you want your child to work on are attended to quickly and activities are personalised to your childs Likes, wants and needs. Great, balanced and variety of meals. Couldn't recommend it more!

My daughter loves her nursery. She has attended since she turned 1, and her development has come on, I put this down to the skills taught at nursery and the interaction with other children. All the staff are friendly and supportive. It is quite obvious they want all the children to flourish whilst there. Would definitely recommend this nursery

I absolutely love this nursery. Out of the three nurseries, I have experience with, Little Steps is by far the best. The experience of sending my child here feels deeply personal. You get so many updates, and they really get to know your child for who they are, celebrating their differences and catering activities around their interests and budding aspirations. My child has progressed so very much with personal growth, phonics, numeracy and confidence. You can see the massive difference in just 4.5 months. The nursery setting is very calm and relaxed. It doesn't feel frantic or chaotic as some preschools/nurseries can. The staff are so approachable and friendly. I would never feel worried or anxious to relay information or ask for advice or share a concern. There is an outdoor play area, various toys and imaginative play areas, structured activities and proper 'home-cooked' lunches.

My son has absolutely loved his time here since he started. He never wants to go home at pick-up time. Super friendly staff and an absolutely beautiful environment for babies and toddlers. Would highly recommend.

The staff have been amazing with my son. He really struggled, in the beginning, to settle in, and they gave him more settling-in days, which really puts me and my son at ease. They have been amazing with my work timetable, as it is constantly changing each week; they have been so flexible with his days which is amazing. My son comes home and tells me all the activities he has been doing throughout the day; he loves the music man. I also love that the staff get professionals in to teach and entertain the children, like the karate teacher and the football coach.

My daughter started here in June 2022. She was very shy and wary of people due to Covid. She has come on leaps and bounds in the past months. She has created so many lovely bonds with the staff, and her confidence has flourished. She only does two days a week, but I've seen such a big change in her. The staff are always friendly and welcoming; they are eager to tell you about the day your child has had, and you can keep up to date with a provided app which shows you their routine. My daughter struggled with her eating, and the staff have done their best to accommodate her. Each week children have a new theme and activities to enjoy and learn from, and they have a large variety of toys to play with. Overall, I am very happy and excited to see how my daughter transitions to the toddler room.

It's a wonderful nursery with wonderful staff, our daughter attended when she was younger and now our son who loves the staff and always has a wonderful time at nursery. The staff are always helpful and informative about the day to day activities and feedback about how our son is doing at nursery.

I needed a temporary nursery for my son whilst my house was getting renovated in London. I contacted little steps nursery and spoke with staff. They were very accommodating and booked my son in for a couple of weeks whilst I stayed at my parents. The nursery is fantastic, really friendly staff. My son enjoyed himself and settled in quite quickly. The food choices were good too. The nursery is great value for money with some nice outdoor facilities.

Lovely nursery and lovely staff. The rooms are great and both my children are here and they have both come on so much. They love going and settled in really quickly. My son's social skills have come on so much which he has always had issues with and the difference is unbelievable. We get lots of updates on what they're doing in the day which is great. Really recommend them to any parents.
