Staff are really polite and friendly. Our son loves going to this nursery. He is always bringing home his paintings that he has done, and we are always kept in the loop with which activities he has done for the day. To improve I feel like the nursery need to be updating the app with what the children drink, how much and at what time. I also feel that with the price it should include things such as baby Wipes. Overall a really good nursery for our son and very happy with the staff.

My daughter started nursery here in January 2025 and already loves it and smiles when we drop her off. All the staff are really friendly and she has already come on so much since starting, so it's obvious to see how this has helped her in reaching developmental milestones. She can now walk with the assistance of her walker, can make some animal noises and signs a kiss.

Stepping Stones is such a lovely nursery. They have looked after my child so well and they are always so excited to go to nursery. Great updates throughout the day from the staff. The activities that my child has done so far are brilliant. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Lovely nursery. Staff are friendly and attentive. My daughter started going in January and enjoys it. You can tell since she's been attending, there is development and we receive pictures throughout the day and updates re sleep, feeds, etc. which is reassuring. Would recommend to all.

Our son is very settled here, in a homely, cosy environment. We chose this nursery because of this. All the staff are extremely welcoming. We enjoy the daily updates on the app and seeing his nap times, lunches and dinner, and of course the pictures throughout the day. If you ever need to contact the nursery staff we get a quick/prompt response. We also enjoy the stay-and-play sessions they hold, they have helped our son settle in as he sees us in the setting with him. Our son has allergies which are catered for.

Can not fault anything. The staff and manager are spot on. The joy we see in our son's face when he is going and being picked up says it all about how much fun he has. As well as the times he doesn't want to leave. Couldn't say a single bad word.

My daughter has been attending Stepping Stones since February this year. What attracted me to Stepping Stones was the homely cosy feel to the building which I thought would help settle my daughter rather than a bigger nursery. On my show around I was instantly impressed by all the staff and could see all the children loved the staff. My daughter loves all the staff at the nursery, especially the manager! I find all the staff approachable and easy to talk to if I have any concerns. My daughter has developed a lot since attending nursery, and we have noticed a massive improvement in her speech. She has made many friends at Stepping Stones and has started talking about them at home. She has also started to role play nursery at home with her dolls pretending to do drop off and pick up. I would definitely recommend Stepping Stones Nursery!

Our daughter loves it here, she's a confident, happy little girl and enjoys the various activities and crafts that take place. Always comes out at pick-up time with a big smile on her face! We have found the nursery has really helped her progress and develop as a little person and would recommend Stepping Stones to others.

Overall the carers are very kind and nice. My daughters are very happy all the time after we pick up. She seems to enjoy being in the nursery. But no daily photos are shared with us. If we can receive more photos and see what she is doing and what she learns in the nursery that will be good. Thanks!

My 2-year-old has been going to the nursery since April 2024 and we could not have asked for a better team of staff or setting, brilliant communication, meals, naps & nappy changes, etc all logged on an app, and amazing setup! My son absolutely loves going and has come on leaps and bounds in all ways since joining, always singing lovely nursery rhymes and knowing so many new words. Great that they have a few rooms for age groups but not solely based on age but ability also so you're really getting the best learning/correct room for your child.

Our son has been attending Stepping Stones since I returned to work in July. As our first baby, we were nervous about choosing a nursery but the staff have been nothing but great. He has settled in well and we can see that his development has come on considerably since attending. We are kept up-to-date with his nap and eating times, as well as sent photos of what he is up to which gives us peace of mind. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

This nursery is a gem, we are fortunate we have found it. Ever since my 1-year-old started to go to the nursery he improved a lot. This nursery has a lot of fun-filled activities for children every day which include art, counting, self-care, turf tray, bubble party, gardening, singing and dancing, integrated play and a lot more. I do believe that these activities helped my son a lot in improving his confidence, social skills and speech. We are always updated with my son's development through their app where I can see his photos playing and enjoying all the activities. All the staff are very professional, caring and supportive. The nursery manager is very approachable and kind as well, easy to approach when I needed extra sessions. Thank you to all the staff, We really appreciate everyone who is involved in my child's development.

I had to change nurseries due to moving house so was really apprehensive about sending my daughter somewhere new. My daughter has settled so well and is so happy every day going to nursery. My baby son now also goes in the baby room and he loves his time at nursery also. With the setting not being too big, you get to know all of the staff and everyone has such a lovely bond and is very caring and loving to the children. They also keep you updated regularly through the app and any updates. We really love sending our children to Stepping Stones.

Overall a really good nursery and really local to us, the activities are brilliant on settles and day-to-day, my daughter enjoys going. The staff are really nice to me and my daughter, she is coming along with her play and education nicely!

Lovely nursery! The staff are amazing, and my daughter loves attending the nursery. Great range of activities, they make the kids feel safe and happy. The food they offer is Halal and they serve fruits and milk. My daughter has learnt a great deal since she joined, and I'm grateful to all the amazing staff for helping her settle in so well. I'd recommend Stepping Stones Nursery!

My daughter started at Stepping Stones in November of last year and she loves it! All the staff are just excellent. They are so kind and friendly and care so much about the children in the setting. At the nursery, they do great activities for the children, which are really well thought out, educational, and lots of fun. The setting itself is very clean with lots of great facilities in the rooms and great outdoor space. My daughter loves attending the nursery and has developed significantly since she started. The staff have been wonderful in looking after her. I have been so impressed, and I highly recommend the setting!

The team at Stepping Stones have been incredible with our little boy. He has autism and is a very energetic child. After some difficulty getting him to settle, he now adores nursery and loves playing with his friends. The team are so patient with him and has helped him progress in incredible amounts since he joined. Their support for us has been invaluable with the extra help he needed and their understanding. All together I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nursery.

My little boy has very recently just started here and I’ve already seen such a big positive change in him! The staff are amazing and from the start with his settling-in sessions the staff have lived up to the expectations if not exceeded them. It’s such a friendly little nursery and I can see my little boy thriving here already and I just want to say a huge thank you to all of the staff here for making this really hard process for me and my son an even smoother experience and I’m really impressed with everything they do here.

Our little boy started at Stepping Stones at the end of January and the change in him already has been amazing to see. His confidence has grown so much in such a short amount of time and he has settled in so quickly. At a previous nursery, he would get very upset when being dropped off, but already now he happily walks in which is a lot less stressful for us! We are confident that he's being well looked after by the lovely staff when he is there, and the app is great for regular communication or if we have any queries. I would highly recommend this nursery, moving our son here is the best decision we could have made for him!

Amazing nursery. My youngest child has just started in January. This is now my 2nd child to attend Stepping Stones. This setting is amazing and the level of care is fantastic. Both my children have been so happy, which has made my life so much easier, as a parent it’s very hard to leave your children but the staff at Stepping Stones always make this so much easier for me. My children love the Stepping Stones staff, but my eldest child who now attends primary school still wants to stay with the ladies on drop-off and collection. Thank you for all you do for my daughter.
